The people who work here are cool and will help if you ask, and will leave you alone if you want to browse. They know that this is a place of business and will help get you out of there as quickly and quietly as you want. They place the merch in discrete and safe wrappings, so as not to get broken on the trio home. There is a great number of products to choose from and a variety of styles and prices on any thing a person could want for the relaxing happy world we have...AND THEY STAY OPEN TO 11 PM...

The prices seem to have gotten more reasonable lately. They are friendly and knowledgeable and they have a good inventory. They have glass pipes, papers, incense, Gas Pipe shirts, shot glasses, hoodies, pint glasses, face masks, water pipes, tattoo supplies, mushroom spores, and more! 21+ only!

Decent selection of smoking accessories. However I noticed that they mark up a lot of the prices on some of their vapes. So while in store double check online prices and determine if its worth the cost.4 stars because the staff is very informative, without putting pressure on you to make a sale. This is comforting to people who like to look around and think before making purchases.

Went in here looking for a specific cigar....they didnt have it. This wouldnt have been the end of the world had the staff been nice enough to assist me in finding something comparable or spmething even better. I specifically asked the staff to help me and/or give me information, in which they refused. Ive usually recieved great customer service at this location and/or purchased something new that was recommended by knowledgeable staff with great attitudes. Today the white girl and little person did not want to offer any assistance. Sad. I can find somewhere else to spend my hard earned money.

Walked in and was asked to leave when I had a mask. My friend had a mask and stayed. After it was all said and done they didnt have what we stopped for anyway.Very difficult to get in the parking lot. And again, they didnt have what we wanted. 🤬

Fun place to visit. The smell of incense tickles your nose upon entering. It is my most coveted purchase. (Try India Moon or Opium, Jasmine or Dragon Blood) It is clean, friendly and decorated well. The winners of the infamous coloring competition are displayed! A must see. The staff are awesome people. They are very knowledgeable about their inventory. Dont be afraid of the store pet, Ninja!!!

Trying to make second purchase didnt go so well. First purchase was a yocan evolve plus went smoothly they were very nice. But when i try to get me a battery and extra coil he ids me now remember this is the same guy who sold me the yocan, than i asked him why was that sold to me he tried to say it was someone else but it was you hro. Mabye if yall was workin more at the pipe instead of toking on the pipe buisness would go a lot more smoothly just a tip.

This place sells fake glass! All of their möbius brand water pipes are all knock offs and they try to say that they are real. Wouldn’t be surprised if everything they sell there is fake! If I could give this place 0/5 stars I would! Bunch of liars and ex employees can back it up!

Im a bit of a critic when it comes to places but this place? Ive been there about 4 times now and everytime Im pleased. Very friendly funny staff, very informative on what you need and questions you may have. Though the prices are a bit high compared to other smoke shops, just their friendliness and knowledge keep me coming back every time.

I have been coming here sporadically since they opened this location. I have spent enough time and money in there to be considered a valued customer... so. .... the sat. Morning I went for a cruise with my dog, seemed as good as any to stop in for my usual monthly shopping. I figured since there is a cat that lived there ,, it would be no problem bringing her in. However I consulted with the salesperson asked if my very well behaved Welch corgi could accompany me. .. he immediately said no because someone got bit b4.. really I thought,, what about the cat that could scratch ??And they were very rude.Not going in there ever again

This place sucks, not only is everything way overpriced, but you dont even get what youre paying for most of the time! I have bought three different Spore syringes from this location, and every single time they are bunk! I told the employee working last time I was there, and he would not even give me a discount! One of my favorite head shops in the Metroplex. Great staff, good prices, and amazing local blown glass pieces. Also its less crowded at this location, so the service is even more attentive than other Gas Pipe locations.

My brother and I we bought a awesome silicone bong my apologies I meant a smoking piece for less than 30bucks in our budget

Bought something 2 days prior, a battery my e-cigarette it did not work wanted to replace it with the same one they would not take it, told me three times they do not do returns or exchanges. I was upset at the situation as Im walking out the guy said he was trying to help me after telling me three times he could not help me. He would not give me his name. Electronics are tricky 70% failure rate. Which I understood what understand is why they wouldnt exchange it for me, I would not shop here knowing their return policies.

They have a good selection and generally know their merchandise. Nice gimmes too.

This location is always cool and easy to talk to. Theyll up sell on some stuff but youll most likely want it you jus didnt know about it,, so have a few extra bucks. Always a good experience. Been to others and not so cool.
