The people that work there are rude. They are Always sitting in thier car and walk in the store after me. I started buying disposables ( glamee nova 4000 puffs) here since they are close to my house but the vapes are terrible quality... aka fakes. Every time I get one from here they last about 2 days max. Ive had several that are faulty and burn up because they keep burning after Ive hit it. The owner does nothing about it. They make you open and check them before you even leave . Which in most cases they work but only for a very short amount of time. These disposables last me 5 to 7 days when I buy them from any where else. Dont waste your money here.

The clerk was extremely rude I asked a question and she became very offended. I was asking about the number of puffs for the glamee. She stated she don’t know. Long story short she was not at all helpful didn’t want to help and playing music so loud. She even comment about me wearing sunglasses ( I don’t know what that had to do with anything) I will not be back and I hope she will get an attitude check. She was extremely unprofessional rude. It was extremely a very bad experience. There are so many other places to go

Been going here since they opened. I bought two puff XXL vapes and a Delta 8 Vape. All faulty. The two vapes died within a few hours of me buying them and I know for a fact that I did not hit the pens 2000s times in a matter of a few hours. (so obviously they are fakes) and the delta 8 pen is leaking and stopped working. I bought all three less than 24 hours ago. The store is not going to refund my money or switch out my items. Do NOT waste your time or money here.Instead go to this new vape and Tobacco store not that far from this place. It’s called chill zone Vape & Tobacco. They have an amazing and bigger selection of all types of things and at a better price.

I want to give the benefit of the doubt that it was close to the end of the night and this lady was probably just ready to close up... but the customer service was not present. At all.I wanted an experienced opinion - or at least AN opinion - had multiple questions that went unanswered and ended up with a blank stare or a one worded reply.I have visited a handful of vape shops in the past and felt much more valued (without even making a purchase). I hope that this was a one off on this ladys service.
