We primarily worked with Hassan and he did a great job answering the numerous questions we had and being patient with us as we made decisions and picked out what we wanted. We had them install Vinyl plank flooring across all of our living areas, as well as tile flooring in our sun room and laundry room. Both the vinyl plank flooring and tile crews were excellent. We also ended up having them install new tile on our fire place and they did a great job with the herringbone pattern we requested. Overall it was a very positive experience and we love our new floors. Hassan was very responsive to our calls and texts and was quick to update the quotes when we changed the scope slightly. Their prices were also very competitive compared to some other numbers we got. Highly recommend!

My room is 10 x 17 feet and was carpeted. The carpet was old and the victim of 2 dog family members. The Flooring Market installers removed the carpet, leveled the existing concrete, and installed a new laminate floor. I very pleased with the results and with how easy they made it for me.

We were looking to replace our carpeted stairs and upstairs hall with engineered hardwood that matched the existing downstairs - an extremely hard task given the age of the flooring and no knowledge of the manufacturer or where the previous homeowners had purchased it.I received quotes and options from 10+ companies and Ibrahem was the most responsive, easy to work with, and knowledgeable person! Neat job, no surprises or catches and great quality service - and more importantly: solid work ethic. I waited several weeks before writing this review, and found no single flaw on the job they have done. I have worked with Ameen Almallah and he was on top of the project at all times, whenever something comes up he called me, explain the options to solve that (i.e. uneven floor base) and we moved on - very transparent and competent. I have hired them to replace my entire 2nd floor carpet for the same wood floor I have downstairs, they did everything end-to-end.. from looking for exact same material (was discontinued and found inventory in a Distributor) to installation and left the house clean and neat. I definitely recommend them for wood floor work and I will use them again if I need.Thanks Ammen and team, great job folks !

I recently moved into a home with engineered hardwoods in the living area and hallway and wanted to extend the wood floors into the bedrooms. The previous owner left a box in the attic, so I knew exactly what I needed. The Flooring Market had what I needed in stock and were able to install the wood floors right away. The new flooring was integrated into the existing flooring and you would never know the floors werent all done at the same time. The floors look amazing! I met Abraham a couple of years ago at a different store, when I wanted to replace a sizable portion of the carpet. They did a good job, and I kept his number. I reached out to him in January 2019, and was very pleased to find out that he had his own store. He is very easy to work with, has very reasonable prices, and shows a genuine concern for his customers. I reached out to him to have another portion of the carpet replaced on a different part of the house, and the job went much smoother than the first time. Felipe and Mario arrived before the projected window, took great care in moving the furniture, and worked very efficiently. It was projected to be a two day job, but was completed in one. Im very happy with the job that they did, and am happy to be working with Abraham again, now as a shop owner. I will contact him as soon as I get ready to do the last portion of the house, as their work is top notch!

I contacted this company to install tile in kitchen, laundry room and bath. Initially they wanted 50% upfront, however I op for financing at 0 interest for one year. I completed application and was approve.The job was scheduled to begin between 9:00 -11:00 am. Its now 11:20 am and no one has showed up or called. I called office, they said driver had car problem and would be here 20 minutes that 0was twenty-five minutes ago, still waiting. This company is really aggressive about getting paid, but not so much as to getting the job done. I am concerned.

We needed to replace our living room laminate floor and Ameen helped us get that done fast and quick. He came out to our house with a few samples and let us know that there were a few more in store if we wanted to see. We went a couple days later and found the vinyl flooring we liked in store and Ameen had us set up for installation a few days later. Luis and the other installer worked extremely fast and efficient. They were done in about half a day! A day later my wife and I noticed a couple areas that looked a bit weird and reached out to Ameen about them. He informed us about the difference of thickness between laminate and vinyl and had his installers come out a few days later to add some culk between the door frame and floor for aesthetic purposes. Ameen was very prompt and quick when we reached out to him. Luis and his partner were great as well. We highly recommend the store and their work!
