Just had my carpet installed on 9/1, and they did all 1,600 sq ft in a half a day! Crew was very professional, detailed, and respectful to each other. After getting three previous estimates from other places I went to the Garland location. Marty was very helpful explaining what to look for. As a result I was able to get to better quality flooring at a better price, cant beat that. Jacob and the rest of the install team were fantastic. Save yourself some time and money and make this your first choice. Everyone was fantastic,it was a great experience.

I remodeled two homes by going to big box stores all over DFW to find enough flooring for the first home--a miserable experience. The second home I called Marty and he made it all so easy to get new flooring and carpet down. Wish I used him on the first house too! Good Prices and Installation Crews! They get my vote!

Bruce came to my house July 2nd, to inspect the bathroom where I would have a bathtub/shower conversion and new tile installed. The chosen tile for the wall and floor was chosen from the Carpet Outlets samples. Bruce measured the areas in the bathroom. Before leaving my home, he led me to believe that i would be receiving a quotation from Carpet Outlets in a few days. As of August 12th, no written quotation. Dont need Carpet Outlets now. I have hired a good contractor who what to do business.

What a fabulous end result! Our new nail down hardwoods perfectly match the original floors installed in 1963. Laced new in with old seamlessly. They all have that soft look of old floors. Exactly what we were trying to accomplish. The custom stain color they helped us pick is spot-on and compliments/highlights the other colors in the house PERFECTLY! Great Job!!!

From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in the right place and was confident that I would get exactly what I wanted and not be taken advantage of. I had 3 flooring salesmen with other companies come to my house already and was fed up.The sales people at Carpet Outlets of Texas are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I rarely leave reviews; but I have to give a shout out to Brenda and Carpet Outlets of Texas. The other company I was working with failed to order my carpet. Then the carpet I wanted was out of stock and unavailable prior to move in. Brenda somehow made it work on a very short timeline and the cost was $800 less than the carpet retailer that dropped the ball. Working with Brenda was the best experience Ive ever had with any retailer. I would never buy carpet any where else now. Thank you all!

Loved working with Bruce Moreland the the AWESOME team from the Carpet Outlets of Texas. We had our carpet replaced recently at Cornerstone Baptist Church and they did an OUTSTANDING job! The also did the original installation of the carpet in 2008 and it held up well for 11 years. Our church sanctuary gets a great deal of activity as it is a multipurpose space but we have always been pleased with how the carpet has held up in spite of much activity.The installers were professional!!!! Ive used Carpet Outlets to refloor my house. The work was outstanding! All of the floors look great, especially the wooden/laminate floors!I recently had some cabinetry work done in the kitchen. Carpet outlets even came out and patched the flooring with the same tile. Looks great!

We have come back to carpet outlets because we wanted to put flooring in our sunroom. We would not go any place else. We had carpet installed a few years ago and found the service here to be the best! When we shopped before, we were given information comparing the different kinds of carpet giving pros and cons of each one. It was nice to come away knowing we had chosen what was best for us, knowing why a carpet even more expensive might not be the most durable.I love the honesty found here. Choosing flooring was simple with the information given. I took 3 samples home to look at it in our home on a Thursday, made the selection on Friday, and by Tuesday afternoon had a beautiful room with PVC planks that are waterproof and durable and look more like wood than the laminate flooring we have in other rooms. The installers were efficient, polite, and just plain good, answering my questions and leaving me with clean floors and furniture back in place.

Bruce, Tina and the entire team do a great job. We had 2500 of carpet installed in our current house and they did a great job. Installation team was prompt and on schedule. They moved all of the furniture and got the job done in 1 day! Everything back where it started and in great shape. They even had me go around with them to find all of the squeaky board to screw them down before pad went down. Well done job and great company! Thanks again and we will come back in the future.

They installed wood floors in the home I was purchasing. I had to change the install date 3 times due to delays in closing. They were so nice about the delays, and then the install came together perfectly, right before I moved in. The floors are beautiful! Im so glad I decided to get the new flooring put in!

We received three bids on replacing the carpet in two rooms and Carpet Outlets was by far the lowest. Because they were recommended to me by a friend who was very happy with their work on his home, I did not hesitate to give them the job. Two days before the scheduled installation, we decided to replace the carpet in two additional rooms. Bruce came out and measured and gave me a price on the spot, and they still showed up on schedule and did the installation. They did a quality job that included moving all the furniture out and then back after they had installed the carpet. We cant be happier with the price, customer service, and quality of the installation. I would highly recommend Carpet Outlets.

Their prices seem very good, but their customer service is horrible. I came in with measurements I already had from another company and was quoted a price. For accuracy they came out and did a free measurement and quoted me a lesser price. When I asked how did he come up with that total I was told that’s not how he does his estimates. I did not ask for specific measurements for each room, as mentioned I already have that from another company that I paid to come out, I simply wanted to know the total number so I could compare and contrast as a customer looking for quality work at a fair price. With other companies I’ve spoken to I’ve been told how much the carpet, padding, removal, etc. is. This company just gave me a number and refused to tell me exactly what I was paying for. That seems shady to me and that’s not how I do business; I like to know exactly what I’m paying for. Their prices seem fair, but at the end of the day I will pay extra for awesome customer service.

Professional, fast and friendly. Listened to what we wanted. We got an excellent quote and they did a fantastic job on installing our floors.

This was our first stop out of 5 for the day to look at the Big Green Egg and gather pricing and package information. We had called a few locations and had already received pricing but wanted to see them in person. The customer service and pricing was so great that we didnt even go to another store. They have a great selection of products, with friendly associates who know their products and to top it off they offered the best pricing for the Big Green Egg. I cant wait to put the egg to use and come back to the store to purchase more accessories.

The Mesquite location is where we purchased from .I had already had the carpet style in mind I wanted Marty and his team were very helpful , even though they didnt have the sample there they got it whithin a couple days and were very helpful in answering any questions we had .We had the entire house done with both hard flooring and carpet. The cost was less than we planned which is always a plusspluss, there were two teams of installers both were prompt and on time and in three days after left our home spotless. We couldnt.be more pleased . I would recommend them to anyone.

Horrible customer service. This carpet company acts like they are doing you a favor, they dont take into consideration that you are a paying customer. The two ladies up front and store manager are very rude and need to learn how to communicate with their paying clients. I would definitely not recommend their sales service to anybody. Plus they are totally overpriced. I would recommend you look elsewhere!

I visited Carpet Outlet of Texas last week three times to look at carpet for my home in Lakewood. I first spoke with Marty and he was very informative. On my second trip I spoke with Brenda and she was was also very nice. So after finding several carpet samples I liked, I then scheduled Marty to come out and get accurate measurements on 8/24. Later that day I called to get the total install price for the carpets I was thinking of purchasing. There was some confusion so I drove down to the store to speak with Marty directly. The confusion was cleared up and I then asked him how he came up with the total amount and how many SQ ft was it based on. I simply just wanted to know if the blueprint measurements that I provided him days be for were accurate. He then became argumentative and refused to let me know what the total SQ footage was. He said Im not Home Depot I dont charge for my measurements and that if I want to know what they were Id have to sign a contract and pay for the carpet. So at this point he tells Brenda I can go elsewhere and get quotes and Im done arguing with him. At which no point in this whole conversation did I ever remotely argue. I just simply wanted to know what the measurements were based on the total price I was getting charged. Clearly open honest business practices are not something that The Carpet Outlet practices. Marty was extremely rude and unprofessional, because of his actions Ill take my business elsewhere. Also fyi majority if not all carpet companies are more then happy to come out and give a FREE estimate and share their measurements and how they came up with the total cost.

Carpet Outlets installed hand scraped, engineered hardwood flooring in our foyer, office, dining room and living room. Old tile was removed from our kitchen and replaced. Carpet was installed in 4 bedrooms, a game room and stairway. Additionally, they replaced our kitchen countertops, sink and backsplash. All of this work was done professionally and on time. Our interaction with the owner (Bruce Moreland) ,operations manager (Tina) and crew supervisor (Gustavo) was fantastic. The price was competitive and the workmanship was high quality. We are thrilled with the result and would recommend this business team to anyone.
