I usually don’t do this but it has to be really bad for the post! My husband & I have been very loyal to them we even told our friends & family to go here. My husband & I buy all kinds of cars through out the years and bring it to install the remote starter stereo backup camera and speaker. We haven’t been here for a while since the pandemic finally brings a car they got new young people to do the jobs back there which is fine if the job was done correctly the car I brought came with a Stereo already installed so all I need was backup camera remote starter and wires run to the back so I can hook up my amp and all that. Caution message won’t go away ground wire was installed wrong back up camera is blurry my stereo doesn’t work properly anymore something is wrong with touch screen it was working fine before they worked on it they stole my Ray-Ban sunglasses out of my car!!! When my husband call and told Cruz he said he would ask his employee that was on Sunday today is Tuesday he didn’t called back because it’s probably not important to him well good for him and his business!! Won’t ever go back review “CAN” be deleted if they ever do wright by me but I doubt it!!If ur car not fancy u will probably get the junk car treatment!

Horrible service for $900.00 key less fob. Product they used called viper was installed incorrectly with stereo wire instead of electrical wire, Don’t recommended now having car problems on my 2020 Jeep Wrangler

Not a fan of leaving bad reviews, but I don’t want anyone else to go through the same experience I did. In short we took two trucks to get a system swap and install some led mirrors. The led mirrors were just glued on, we weren’t notified that this would occur until after they did this horrible job, and with regards to the sound system it was not even working whenever we received the truck. Later we noticed that the amplifier was not even connected and all wires left thrown shoved under the seats. To top it off our truck was severely scratched and when confronted about this they refused to take accountability and Edgar Cruz (co-owner/company director) displayed an extremely unprofessional and unpleasant attitude and instead of trying to find a solution to the problem he urged us to take him to court since we were unhappy with their poor service. Please don’t waste your time nor money with this business. I wish I would’ve looked into their reviews prior to doing business with them.

First review of all time - it’s that bad. Wish I could leave negative stars. Got automatic door locks, lights and alarm installed in my 1970 classic in March 2020. Lights constantly go out. Door lock motors blow. My seat heaters don’t work bc they jumped wires; they told me they jumped wires after I had to go under the dash WITH THEM to show them another fuse box. Then they later denied jumping wires. Have spent close to $1k having a classic car mechanic undo and redo all their work. Clowns. Don’t go here with a nice car. Or really at all.

I came in to get my interior cabin light switched for an LED, headlight bulbs changed to HID lights and a Light Bar that gos between the tailgate and bumper of my truck. What I got was a waste of time and money. I waited over 3hrs to get my truck back with trash in the in bed of the truck and find out upon inspection that they changed the wrong lights, didnt even tell me that they didnt have the HID bulbs in stock when I asked for updates throughout which I never got by the way. To make things worse the lady in the front looked confused because she said the first guy I spoke with tried to over charged me with the quote he gave me. I definitely over paid and will not return. It was my first and last time for sure and definitely telling all my friends and family about this place I couldnt be more upset.

Cruz is the person who I deal with. If they dont answer the phone they always call back fast. I have always been treated very well and their prices are very competitive or lower. The wait times can be frustrating, however I have never had to bring anything back due to installation issues they are very careful. They do back their products very well and all installations if you bring your own material. They also will give honest advise on what you are looking for they never try to up sell simply for profit. I have been dealing with several car shops locally and they rate #1 on my list.

DONT GO!!! A total scam. I wasted over 1500 dollars for a sound system and it kept messing up. All up to the day the warranty expired. They wanted to charge me $100 every visit which was about 2-3 times a week!!! You have been warned.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. Terrible timing and efficiency. Don’t do anything they say they are going to do within the time they said. Very over priced. I paid $500 for a raptor grill for my 17 year old son truck. It took them over a month to get letter for the grill they said would take days. Then when finally came in the color didn’t match and they were too small and didn’t fit. They gave me the run around for weeks and never answer the phone. I ended up taking my car to Tim’s Elite right down the street and they did the work TSS could not do. It was a birthday gift for my son and they ruined it.

Only experience i had was walking in and standing at counter for 10 min. Nobody in site. Go elsewhere

Got a sound system put in less than a year ago and Ive had to go back 3 times to have it check because it kept messing up. They kept saying its just a tune up and lastly they ended up saying oh it was the fuse. They wanted me to buy another one and I was like no thanks I dont want to keep coming back because yall cant install it properly and dont have reliable merchandise. At the end they said well since its past the 90 day warranty, that i knew nothing about because I wasnt given a receipt, were charging you extra just because we checked it. I was confused on why I need to pay them to check on the system that they sold to me and that they installed. But all they kept was the amount and that its past the 90 day warranty. Worst service ever.

Do not come here.. I had a viper alarm installed with remote start, 3 days later I started having blown fuses , transmission range sensor needed to be replaced twice , my truck won’t even start sometimes !! This is my work truck , my money maker , and they’re closed for 2 weeks and now I HAVE to come out of pocket to fix there mistakes , for my alarm they didn’t even have the correct remotes , they gave me a remote and told me to come back next week and when I did come back they’re too busy and I have to leave my truck , worst customer service I would give them 0 stars if I could

Worst customer service ever. Don’t ever go there. They are thieves and scammers. I tried to get some spoilers installed on my trunk and rear windshield. The installer did a sorry job. The spoilers were misaligned and already falling off even before I left the shop. They tried to charge me for $70 for labor, claiming it wasn’t their problem since I did not purchase the parts from them. and when I refused to pay, the guy cursed me out.

Decent place. Nice folks. Fast service. Good products. I took off one star because although they know how to install, they do not know how to tune car audio. I purchased and installed a new head unit, amplifier, processor and 12 inch subs. Sounded horrible when I left. Got home found the gain was all the way up, so I did what I could, was able to get it to sound MUCH better. Now I need to take somewhere to get a professional tune.Update 1/13/2020- took car to get properly tuned. Was told speakers were wired wrong inside the box, which JMK also installed. Tech re-wired, set the gain properly and now sounds INCREDIBLE!Update 1/21/2020 - Just noticed that they broke one of the voice coils on my old sub. These subs were working just fine previously. I guess this is what you get when dealing with a high volume shop.

They installed a alarm on my work truck it was a average installation for what I payed for it wasnt anything special, they was quick for the most part.

Got my tint and LED light and it made my car look totally brand new. This place is #1 to me and the work is QUALITY! Love how I can finance up to 5,000 of work NO CREDIT CHECK!

My car was brought here and they installed Fog Lights.... a week later i thought the light blew out i go to another custom place and they show me the light was missing out of the socket, and the lining in the inside finder wasn’t latched back in place so i assume that’s how the fog light fell out on top of it had to not been screwed in socket properly..... they also did my high beam Led headlights and they put the most BASIC BULB in to where i can’t see at night ..... i travel frequently and can’t see at night it’s IMPERATIVE i have everything on point..... if the job couldn’t of been done properly they should’ve told me that and i could’ve saved money instead of going elsewhere, and having to spend MORE MONEY!!! I’m very disappointed.

Bad experience with these people. Wish we could exercise Texas mutual combat law. They wont tell you about any defects unless you catch it. Overpriced. Left scratches on my bumber and some stains on the interior cieling. No point in arguing with them. Overrated. No kind of communication until you call them out.

Trash service payed 520 for remote start alarmAnd power locks install didnt want to give me a receipt didnt set the time on the alarm fob complained when asked to set it and didnt explain any of the features of the alarm system and they mounted the siren in a bad spot using a self tapper screw

Dont do your rotors, brake calipers, and brake pads here (theyll take it to a different shop). Last week I came by to switch my rotors and brakes and just yesterday while I was driving I noticed a really awful sound everytime I press the brakes, so I pulled over to check and what I found was my caliper hanging out, the top bolt have fallen off from it, just the bottom bolt was holding on to it, i had took my truck at noon and got it back at 7PM it took mostly all day when they change my brakes, so why the sloppy work ??

Great service! Very professional and answered my questions, then had me in and out in 30 minutes. They replace the damaged antenna and reprogrammed 2 remotes.

Ive lived within a couple miles of this place, and never gave it a thought. A friend suggested it for car audio, so i stopped by. This place is far more than car audio. Amazing, extremely fast work, and incredible prices. Very knowledgeable and professional without seeming like youre talking to a machine. If youre looking to upgrade your vehicle, go here first. I plan to revisit JM KUZTOMZ many times in the future.

I went here and had an alarm/ remote start installed on F150. Also got my windows tinted. JJ was very helpful, the rest of the guys are great. I also had them hard wire 2 radar detectors. I will go back for any future installs I might need. Very affordable prices. I recommend this shop !

Prices are good. Selection is large. The place is huge and clean. Comfortable to wait with vending machines for drinks and snacks. 2 tvs to watch while you wait for the work to be done. Compared to other places I think these guys are upper tier for sure. They are called the stereo shop now but its the same as it was before. Overall I was happy with my purchase. Its the 4th time Ive done business with Julio and I will continue to go back. I guess that says something right? Give them a try check them out and see for yourself. Remember if you dont see it ask about it they probably have it or can get it.

Very impressed. Called and went to four different places to get stereo changed in Range Rover and they all were unable to do it. These guys were able to do it in 3 hours and for a fair price. They are well staffed and can get the job done.

I went here a while back to get my trucks windows tinted. I thought i would get a good deal when i called in as compared to other places. I went and waited over 2.5 hours and then ended up paying way more then what they told me. They did a good job but they false advertise on there prices.

Ive already come at least 3 times to fix and they say they fix my car continues to have the se issue. The viper alarm drains my car batter. They first time I came they said it wasn’t probably set up, second time they said it was the remote. Please do your research read the reviews and avoid this place.

So far havent had any issues, Ive bought HID kits and bulbs, Ive gone back day after wanting to get a different color and I had no problems. Must say Ive had better service than other stores and shops Ive been to. They used to be ay a tire shop on Miller rd, been going to them for years.

They lost the bulb caps to my headlight and kept giving me the run arounds and would not fix the issue !

I wouldn’t recommend this place they installed a rear dash cam for reverse parking they installed it.. a month later was raining and the reverse camera got wet and water when inside the camera. Now it doesn’t work at all because there’s water inside. They tell you they have good quality stuff I payed 450 for it now it’s just trash .. not good communication with customers and not good quality

I have a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado and of course have to be picky in what I want in the truck so I decided to scoop around and this was the best place to go too I put two kicker L7s and installed a viper alarm and did my window tint here. and so far so good I had to debate other places for the alarm because they were too pricey. but I had a better deal here great customer service they arent to uptight they joke around with you to make you feel comfortable. GREAT PLACE RECOMMEND IT!!!!!!!!!!

This shop for some reason does not like to answer the phone nor do they like to return your phone calls. They always say they will call you back but they never do which shows poor communication when it comes to customer service. They also do not like to explain things thoroughly so that there wont be any confusion about what you want put in your vehicle. They also dont notify you about when your stuff comes in so that you can come and pick it up. I would not recommend this shop.

I have used this shop for over 7 years, Julio the owner has always stood behind his product & INSTALL. I read a few reviews that state the install was off or product was priced different than stated on the phone....... I think those must be fake or possibly from competitors. My experience with this shop was NOTHING like that. They always quote me EXACTLY what they charge and the install has ALWAYS been on point. They have a baddddddass showroom, super high end stuff if you want to impress people, and entry level if you cant pay for top end but want something high quality - oh and their price point SMOKES car toys and best buy prices.Keep it up guys I will continue to give you my business and refer friends and family.

I went in to just get my speakers changed. Bought them myself just neededicated to pay for labor to put them in. They said 35 dollars and was hesitant when they said it. I was like sure. Not a good place to go to at all I went in for $130 alarm special ended up coming out and spending a total of $275 all I gotall I got added was one sensor. Ripped me off wanted to charge me extra for a receipt

Got some fog lights and a lower valance for my 2004 Silverado. Lost 1 fog light on the highway at 65mph the next day, checked to see what happened and the whole valance was being held with zip ties. Came back to JM to complain and the guys refused to do it properly, refused to give me a refund. I would not recommend this place.

I own a 2005 Navigator, and had my HIDs installed. Their service was good, I loved how the results were, and for a very good price. Customer service 10, Installation 10, and an awesome price! Im looking forward on coming here again to get my windows tinted.

Ive had 2 of my systems put in by them. The first install was great. The next one I had put in by them was definitely sub par. I took it to them to get my door speaker and 4 channel amp fixed because it would cut off. The guy said its the amp that I had. Came back to get another amp and they gave me a different amp then what I paid for and now my BRAND new door speakers mysteriously stop working even though they were working when I gave it to them. They also had all the tuning setting up on my mono channel amp and crossover, I didnt ask them to touch them BTW, this caused my subwoofer to smell. They have really went down hill in quality of service since I first started coming hear a year ago. Dont think I will be going back.

Charged me out the ass because it was an 05 Mercedes. My radio controls on the steering wheel arent hooked up. Radio acts like antennas not hooked up. Not everyone uses their cell phone to play music. Pretty fing sloppy.

They do a ok job, horrible at making sure your trims go back. They broke most of my trims, missing screws, and etc. They don’t work clean.

Went to get reverse camera fixed and after they fixed it, the camera was basically looking at the floor and tilted and before I could see the bumper to see how close I actually was to what was in the back and now I cant

I went a while ago and bought HID lights for a very good price they are good quality not bad I would definitely go back and also they have real reasonable prices.

Took 2 hours, and it wasnt busy. Just to get window tint. There are bubbles and gaps in the tint, plus they left trash in my car. Save your money. Dont not come here. They do not care.

Worst place ever. They installed a radio on my car without the dash kit and thought I wouldnt noticed the styrofoam they put around the stereo so it could hold. Told the owner about it and said he was going to order me the dash kit and to come the next day. Went back the next day and didnt have it. He kept telling me every time I would go back that it would come in the next day. Also called several times to check if it came in and he would just say hang on let me check then would hang up and would not answer after I would call back. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

Everyone that comes in there while I was waiting complained about how they had to come back and redo their work. I never write reviews but I really dont want anyone else to get screwed like this!When I called they had no sympathy and acted like it was a regular thing. Bunch of kids that have 0 education and no experience in installations.

This is not a professional business. People work hard for their money, and they expect their investment to be treated just as they would like to be treated. I came here to get a HID kit on hand, and an installation. I was given a quote and I paid the amount (not knowing anything about the kits) with an additional warranty he charged me. I was told to wait outside the work zone so I did, within 10 minutes my brand new cars lights were complete. The wheel well was bent in and torn with most of the clips missing, the left projector HID bulb was not bright and illuminated inward, while a distinct smell arose. I addressed the issue, and was told thats how the manufactures make them, I specifically told him something was burning. With every issue, an excuse was followed. Driving my car back home, I noticed a pop and I saw smoke coming from under the hood. It literally blew the left projector, I drove it back praying they would help me. Upon arrival I explained what happened, I was told that I messed with it. Furious inside, I honestly said I didnt and asked calmly what was the purpose of the warranty, and how this would happen. An excuse was followed, he told me to move my car out. I have never been so upset to write a review for anyone, but this matter has boiled me to do so at 3am. Easy money never lasts JM Kustomz, the time, quality, and respect you give to your customers can make your business flourish with only word of mouth. With my experience, I rather suffer with my historical yellows, than your cheap kits installed by unprofessionals representing an avaricious so-called business. By the way, I drained $600 for a new projector, the correct size was H11, not 9006 go figure. Peace.
