They were rude at my check out time, they charged me twice and at the first time the guy in the register told me in a bad way that my card didn’t go through, so I did it for second time and it was already charged😡 I will never go shopping again. So if you’re near this place please don’t waste your time going and having bad experience

I placed an online order for pick up today, they said they were open till 7:00 p.m. I get here and they’re closed, My Lyft driver drop me off and now I’m stuck outside in the freezing cold without my supplies. Why would they have it posted online they’re open but they’re closing soon? Looks like they were closed all day today but still I was able to place an order online for pick up today I live in Wichita Falls I’m leaving today how am I supposed to get my supplies now? It was over $300 worth of stuff that I ordered I’m very very disappointed and I gave them a one star for inconvenient and for not updating their online website. I hope they transfer that order to Wichita Falls Texas if not i will be calling their headquarters or main office in the a.m.

Was instantly denied an exchange and dismissed as my products were used despite the Love It or Return It Guarantee. When I mentioned the policy the woman behind the counter just gave me a stupid look. Just called to verify with manager that I should have been able to exchange my products. Please educate your employees.

I absolutely loved the staff! The lady who helped me was so informative! I had no idea what I was looking for but she gave me so so so so much help! Absolutely outstanding!!!! Thank you so much! Beautiful store and amazing staff!

Marisol was such a great help! Helped me pick out the right products to be able to dye my hair for the first time. Couldnt have asked for any better assistance.

Went by this location to get some lightening and additional products to help my fiance with her hair. Got some amazing tips, product suggestions, and nice conversation from Dana and Amira!! Honestly felt a little blind and left feeling completely confident with my girl. Absolutely will come back for the coloring round and I know EXACTLY who to ask if advice or laughs are needed. Keep it up ladies!!

The cashiers are really nice but theres this one hispanic lady that uses glasses I believe shes the new manager or an employee and I dont know her name yet but as soon as I find out ima put her on blast shes really rude not only to me but Ive seen her be rude with other people as well. Ive never seen her there before but i guess, ima just have to shop somewhere else. And if you cant find what your looking for at this Sallys location just go to another Sallys dont believe that lady when she says that they dont have the item you need and that no Sallys have it, shes lying she did it to me before and I went to another Sallys location and they had what I was looking for.

Nicest Sallys Ive been to, both the interior of the store and employees. Theyre always very helpful and knowledgeable. I went in for more purple shampoo/conditioner and the employee there thus morning came over and mentioned about the buy 1 get 1 sale they were having for a better brand than I usually get, making it cheaper than it would have been for the generic I usually buy. Well stocked, clean and organized!

I went in to get dye to cover the pink in my hair. The lady that helped me knew exactly what she was talking about! The color she helped me with worked perfectly and matched my roots almost exactly! I was so pleased with the outcome.

Just stop by there right now and at 9 oclock had to wait an hour to buy some brought it and when I went up there oclock when in and she didnt have a change for $50 bill so I to leave anyways doesnt make sense why arent in business is prepared!!! Waited for nothing!!

I absolutely love this store it’s opened and clean and the staff is always helpful and nice! I drive from Heartland Texas just to come to this Sally’s.

Always fully stocked and nice informative staff.

They have a wide selection of bleaching products. But the girls who are at this location continued to stand behind me and ask questions while I was trying to decide which products would meet budget of my client. They also continued to give me wrong information on toners and other products. Please don’t give people uneducated advice on hair care. It would have been traumatic had I followed their recommendations for bleaching.

They sold me some tape in extensiones for 139.00 told me one pqck would for sure be enough however it was not enough so no one let me know that hair was not returnqble or fefundable
