This was my first but not last time to use Blackline Auto. There’s nothing at all that I have to say bad about the company nor the repairs done on my 2010 Audi Q5 3.2. I have been going to Blackline Auto Care for 4 years plus and have never been to a better shop then them. I can’t remember the guys name that is at the desk. But he’s very understanding. I took my 2010 Malibu in because of a misfire but had no check engine light on as I have a OBD II reader in my car. They found a second misfire and a small oil leak. I was only able to get the misfire done not the oil leak. But will be in next month to get the leak done. I have lived in the area a year and wish I would have found them sooner. I’m hoping this is the last shop I have to use for my car. I’m a woman and feel because if that I get screwed over. But with Blackline I didn’t feel that way. Thank you so much for understanding my situation and working with me.

Very honest and blunt people that work there. They tell it like it is. No BS. They take their time to show you what exactly the issue is. They explain the solution for it and how much it will run you. Owners are 2 brothers I think. Very cool overall. Ramiro and the rest of the staff. Including the gentleman at the front desk answering calls and greeting people as they come in. Wears a Hat. Will feel at home. Its hard to trust people nowadays but with these guys, they earned my trust. I dont know much about body communication or non verbal communication but I get a good vibe from them. I dont know. Great shop all around, very honest won’t give you any bs repairs. In fact it’s the most honest shop I’ve ever been to. They helped me out with a problem I tried getting fixed and pointed me in the right direction to be able to fix it myself.Brought my car a few weeks later to get some coilovers installed to lower my car and they did it quick and did an amazing job at it. Very good prices as well, will definitely recommend to friends and family.

This is a great shop! As a woman you want to find a mechanic you can trust. The way these guys work is if they cant explain it and SHOW YOU in real time they cannot sell it to you. When I bought my new vehicle I was experiencing crazy problems with. Multiple lights were going off on my dash, and I couldnt accelerate past 35 mph. A friend referred me to Blackline Auto Care. Not only did they diagnosed my car and fixed it within the week, they also offered to check my AC and charge it as well! Excellent care and quality work from professionals. Would highly recommend.

These guys work hard to get it right. Good communication about the job and chargesa reasonable price. Took my 2003 Toyota Matrix in and they used to work on this model. Not even at the dealership do the mechanics know how to work on the old school models. They have a passion for Toyota cars and went above and beyond!I highly recommended this shop to get high quality service for your car care.

Let them service my car 3 times for the same issue which was the check engine light. The last time they kept it for 2 weeks and still couldn’t fix the issue. Bright side they did give me a as partial refund but not satisfied with the service at all. I wanted my car fixed and my time got wasted and I still have to get the issue fixed.

First time coming here, the people are super nice. My tire missing 2 studs and they went out of their way to help me. I called the other places to check on pricing, but everytime I called, people keep jacking up the price or give me different price quote. It was frustrating. Im glad I found this place, already making second appointment for my other car next week with them. Recommended

This place was the absolute best place I could have gone to. Romero was very informative, explained the problems thoroughly, and provided me with honest solutions. Even through a morning backed up with several other vehicles needing to be worked on, he was able to attend to me and solve my issue rather swiftly. On top of that, he took a look at another problem I had been having with my car and solved it within a matter of minutes. He then took my car for a ride just to MAKE SURE that problem was fixed! These guys are absolute professionals. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Ramiro and his brother are exactly the type of mechanics you want to deal with for anything big or small. They know their stuff and just as importantly they were honest, direct, fast, and transparent about everything that was going on with my car. They were also able to fix the CV joint with dealer parts for a much fairer price than the big chains in Dallas. I usually dread taking my car to get it fixed because I know so little. My only expectations from an establishment when we do business, is good customer service and or product I paid for to be of a good quality etc... So when it comes to rating a business I am brutally honest. This establishment was a hole in the wall, but they have great customer service and do fantastic service work. I listened to how they interacted with other customers, and how they treated them, and they are true professionals. I will be taking my car back for any future servicing it may need and I have already recommended this shop to a friend.

Excellent job replacing the front axle on my Toyota 4Runner! They were able to accommodate me the same day and get it done quickly but thoroughly. Ramiro was outstanding! Note that I bought the axle myself online to save money and they were happy to install it for me. Highly recommended.

Honestly one of my favorite places. Normally I am a DIY car person but they were able to help me get over a small hiccup in my plans. And was able to get it fixed without spending an arm and a leg... Very happy with the service.

As far as mechanics go, this place is definitely about par! They walk you through everything and I do mean everything. They explain every thing that they do. HONEST AC WORK FINALLY!!! The best in DFW! The first honest shop Ive found in Dallas after 10 years here. After two other shops tried to sell me a new AC compressor for $1000+ I took it to Blackine for a 3rd opinion and Blackline fixed my air for $69.99.Two other shops lied to me about my AC blowing hot air to sell me a compressor and Blackline was the only honest shop. If your AC blows hot Blackline is the place to go! They will not try to rip you off. They also did LOTS of other work for me as I was rebuilding my old Accord. ALL EXCELLENT WORK - NO PROBLEMS. And great prices compared to other shops. Over the past year Ive had Blackline replace my struts, motor mounts, front axles (CV joints), front wheel bearings, wheel alignments, oxygen sensors, spark plugs, brake pads, and new software for oxygen sensors to fix my check engine light - that nobody else could figure out. I am really relieved I found a mechanic shop I can trust, as I didnt think honest shops existed anymore after 10 years in Dallas. Please spread the word about Blackline as honest shops are like finding a needle in a haystack!

Ramiro and Alonso are fantastic. I work at a dealership and took my car there when it over heated. My own dealership wouldn’t even help me out so I had it towed to here. I had a blown head gasket. When Ramiro tore down my engine to have it fixed he discovered more damage than originally thought and said I needed a new engine. He didn’t charge me any labor for tearing down my engine and found me an engine at an excellent price. He then worked on my car all Saturday night and Sunday on his day off to get it fixed for me. I live about an hour away from these guys but I will not take my car anywhere else after the experience I’ve had. They e earned my business for life

Came here to get a headlight replaced and a cold air intake installed , and I couldnt be happier with the price and service. Ramiro and Alonso are hard workers and are prideful of what they do. Very satisfied with the outcome. In addition, I was able to use the TV and wifi with complimentary drinks while I was waiting. The waiting area is basically a living room with a nice couch and chairs. I had a long conversation about cars with them and they also showed me the issues with my engine bay and allowed me to get an in depth look. They explain everything that they do to your car. Would definitely recommend! They are some of the best mechanics I have ever met and taken my car to.

I had my 2016 Honda Accord fog lights replaced by the Brothers (Caps to want to show them my true Respect) they are the MOST Knowledgeable and Generous to explain to you on top of what you ask and want to know. The Brothers were REAL TECHNICIANS, they fix engine, rebuild engine and do so MANY THINGS.....HONESTY AND REASONABLE -- I FINALLY HAVE FOUND A GREAT MECHANIC AND PEOPLE. The AC in my car started blowing hot air and BlackLine Auto Care was honest and fixed it for $69.99. I was expecting worse. I was impressed with the honesty, and Blackline not trying to sell me AC parts I didnt need, If you have AC problems (or other problems) this is the place to go, I wouldnt trust anyone else.UPDATE 6-21-2019: Ive been back to Blackline Auto Repair two more times. First to install new struts (full assemblies) and another week I had them replace all the motor and transmission mounts on my Accord, 6 total. Blackline did excellent work on the installing for a good price. The Accord now runs, drives and handles like a new car. The prices are very good too. Also Blackline doesnt mind if you bring in your own parts for them to install if you like buying your own parts online - which is what I did. Again, these guys are actually honest and Im glad I finally found mechanics in Dallas I can trust.

These guys are just amazing! So my wife’s car is a Volkswagen SUV and I hate getting repairs bc it’s always so expensive. But these guys are just the best. First off, they let you bring in your own parts (they don’t warranty the parts obviously, but they do warranty the work) which already saves us a ton of money, especially on volks parts. This last time we were in, we needed the car back by a certain day and they stayed until midnight on a Saturday night getting it all done! I’m just blown away by the professionalism and honesty and integrity these guys have. They run a great shop, they’re honest, they work hard and they will treat you right.
