I visited this store on Labor Day weekend and Michael was helpful in getting me the parts I needed along with the other staff working on this busy holiday. I had to return a part that didnt fit on Labor Day (today) and Mr. Robert Jackson was so pleasant and calm and helpful. I just want to point out how Awesome you guys are!! Thank you!

Michael is a super nice manager and very professional. He waited patiently while I waited on my phone to open an email offer.

Not sure how this store is still open with the amount of people who were in line and ended up just walking out because checkout is such a mess. Came here to buy a battery and ended up leaving empty-handed to go to a different location because the hassle of attempting to buy anything here was bad enough. Couldnt imagine having to go through the trouble of coming back for the core return.

My battery died and Martha was super helpful with getting my hood open (roadside assistance guy said it was faulty and I needed a tow truck - second road side assistant guy showed me how to open it) but Martha did it when I couldn’t remember how. She did it with a smile and a “my pleasure” attitude. Michael was fast and friendly while installing the battery. Great service at the end of the night means so much! You have great people working your late night shift! 10/10 would recommend!

Carlos was amazing, he helped me find the supplies I need and was very kind and patient. It was storming like crazy outside and he did not have a problem with coming outside to check my battery and alternator in car. I recommend him for help!

I love this AutoZone every time I go there they have everything I need for my Expedition and they go out of their way to show me and explain to me why such product is better than the other one I love that

I cant belive we go ask for help and the manager Cesar wants to yell at the customer unprofessional way to treat the customer it has not been the 1st time that I see terrible customer services please if this is not the job you want then please find something that fits your abilities.

Checked with two other Autozones, one off Broadway closer to I-30 and one on centerville and 635. Only this location was willing to test my alternator. Even the oReillys on centerville said their bench tester was broken. The other autozones were claiming the same. The crew at this locations review, were actually better than Ive seen in the past. I hope the professionalism stays aong with the crew at this place. I called ahead and the guy who answered promptly got my alternator in to test. I believe he was the ASM. Store also looked well stocked and clean. I was given a quote on a new alternator before he was able to get the one out of my hands. Passed all tests and we politely said our farewells. I noticed while I waited for the test to be concluded, the manager on duty was also courteous and helpful to other customers.

Thanks to Ivan for finding the tool I needed. He was kind and helpful even as late as it was.

Counter help comfortably nice. They always take old oil from my oil changes.

Found alternator after visting two auto zones

Daniel helped us from start to finish. He knew Exactly what we needed, and suggested other items we might need, which we ended up buying. Will go there again

The manager who attended me 0was very professional & courteous. He tested my old battery & he then installed my new battery in record time. In addition to training a new employee & tending to other managerial duties, not to mention 100° heat & having to wear a mask, he was able to change the battery in a matter of an half hour. All this with an attitude of I Love my job. I wish I had asked his name so I could name him specifically but Im fairly certain he was the manager, if he wasnt, He Needs to be!!

They asked me to wear a mask which is stu*id. At least I was able to see why I had a CEL.

Some of the employees are not knowledgeable at all and some can be very rude

They went above and beyond to find parts needed and prices...even printing out all parts not bought with prices. Great service.

What an amazing staff! Carlos, Wills & Daniel are 3 super amazing employees that auto zone should feel proud to have on their team! These guys went way far and beyond to assist me with changing out the bulb in my headlights!! I am so thankful for you guys!! Seriously you guys exceeded any expectation I could ever have walking in to at an auto parts store! ESP last minute at closing time!! I know you guys will never buy a Cadillac, ESPECIALLY now having gone thru so much bs just to get to the bulb but at least well know Incase theres ever another situation that lands at your location lol Im so sorry guys! Experienced terrible customer service at this location not only was Cesar Carrillo completely unhelpful but he was extremely rude and disrespectful.

There were two people on a BUSY Sunday afternoon. About ten people were in line by the time i left with the phone ringing off the hook.

Victoria went out of her way to help me fix my break lights! She was kind and did everything she could to help me, while pregnant! She is an amazing worker and deserves recognition. 5 stars for Victoria!!💯💯

Went in for oil and a filter for my vehicle not having much experience on what to purchased. I asked one of the guys that works there for his recommendation. I told him what vehicle I have and he managed to sell me a filter for the wrong car! The oil he suggested to was for high mileage 75,000 I asked if it was okay to use on my vehicle when it only had 33,000 miles. He said it was fine it’ll just last longer.

The crew were all very distracted and working slowly even though they saw there were customers lining up. They were talking with other employees when a customer asked for something instead of going to look for the item. They didn’t really seem to care very much about customer service.

Robert and Michelle helped me out today. They were very professional. Robert really knocked it out of the park. I needed a new battery. He had the old battery out, and a new battery in, in a flash. Pulled in with a car that wouldnt crank. And left smooth sailing. Thank you AutoZone.

Very convenient location but customer service is totally disappointing. Went this morning to check my cars battery. Turned out bad. Went inside to check price and brand of what she had. I asked if she knew how Duralast Gold compared to Diehard...she said she didnt...so I decided I needed to go ahead a buy it there and go with Duralast. I asked if they would install it and get reimbursed for the core..she said yes. I purchased installation kit she offered to sell me as well. I paid for it, she brought the battery and put it on the table and that was it. She moved on to other things, answered the phone and then went back to continue with some type of inventory. I waited and waited for someone to come by, grab the battery and install it..but it didnt happen.Finally, very frustrated for the wait, I grabbed the battery, went outside and installed it myself. Luckily I had an old set of plyers with me. By the way, I had to go back inside again to ask her for the installation kit.I brought my old battery and left it on the floor by her.Not the customer service I expected.

I came to Autozone after stopping at two Wal-Mart Auto Service Centers first. I walked in and was helped right way. Had my battery tested and it was dead as I expected. Rig helped me purchase another battery. I had asked for some tools so that i could install this myself in the parking lot. Rig assisted me with replacing the battery altogether. I was blown away and was so please with the customer service here. I will always come here first in the future.

DANIEL AND HUGO ARE THE BEST!!! Seriously it was so fast. Daniel was so joyful and funny but at the same time very fast and helped me with getting the best bang for my buck on a car battery. He knocked out the line after me and Hugo cashed me out (along with the line as well)It was in no time my battery is switched out, and Hugo gave me some tips and taught me a few dos and donts all while working the switch. Before I could pull away, he was already elbow deep in a huge truck helping someone else out. They are so nice, helpful, informative, efficient, and pretty competitive on pricing. Thank you guys once again ❤

Bought a battery for my car, had to bring it back cause it was too big, and there were no others to choose from.

Very helpful staff. Took the time to help me sort out an issue with my car with a store full of people, all while maintaining a great attitude.

Theres never enough staff. They always need more help behind the counter. It would be such a better experience if there was more staff. Ive went to Napa on Forest at times because I was tired of waiting here.

Im a disabled veteran. They came to my car, popped the hood and checked oil and all other fluid levels. Told me straight up that I needed nothing added. Honest, excellent service at Ross Ave location, Dallas.

Awesome place for cheap parts

During the day I can expect to have to wait but when I went in right before close it is a lot faster. Staff seemed semi knowledgeable, more so then most AutoZones. When I needed a steering gearbox rebuild kit they knew what I was talking about and assisted in figuring out which one and found a store that had it and would still be opened, had them place it in hold so I could get in and out. Overall good store.

This is another Autozone that is on my route into work so I stop here to make purchases. The convenience of the location and the ease of the in and out parking is good. I also like it that there are usually no lines when I stop there in the morning. And Ive only gone to this one in the morning. Good and fast service.

Had issues with my card being ran 2x and the transaction not going through yet my bank cleared the $ for them and now I have to wait 72hours to get my $ back. Not sure if it is their fault or my banks, but the attitude I received from the girl working last night was totally rude. I feel like I had a little bit of a right to be upset when ALL of my $ disappeared, but she acted as if I was dumb and she shouldnt have to explain how it happened to me after she had already told my boyfriend. I will say the girl working this afternoon was much nicer and more helpful.

In this particular store, I received a great customer service, the only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because an employee shuts off the exit door, when it was open when I got there and I was about to fall because of this

Its not a 24 hour store they close every day at 12 am to1 am If you get there between that time you have to wait until they open I understand you have to update the system but at least let the people know. This process please dont keep the people waiting Outside until you guys open. Please update the website and then customers know about the real hours

Great knowledgeable team members. I went there to get a battery replacement. They checked the alternator, after installing the battery as well to make sure there wasnt any other issues. Also gave advice on how to keep the battery clean.

The best customer service from the manager (David Romero) that I have gotten at any Auto-Zone ever, and Ive been going to Auto-Zone since about 1979. Okay, then they were called Chief Auto Parts, lol. He was friendly, courteous, very helpful, and went beyond what you would expect from an auto parts store in solving my problem.

My car wouldnt start, the staff worked really hard help diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle. Thanks to the staff at auto zone I made it home. I will still have to put it in the shop but I didnt have to spend the night at auto zone.

I have a older vehicle that requires a lot of attention . 1997 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 with a v10 engine , so you can imagine . Auto Zone has never let me down on parts or service . A smile always with these guys .
