Owner and employee are very friendly and helpful, not like other places where they try to make you buy a tap or a supporting bubble wrap. If they have it extra they just offer you without any money. Worst experience in a FedEx store ever. Not only was the employee not wearing a mask, she was also super unfriendly and not paying attention to what we wanted at all. Ended up leaving the store and headed to a UPS store with much better service even if it’s a lot more expensive.Don’t go there!

First off , I would like to say the owner and staff are very nice & helpful people. The location is great and they even have a parking lot located next to the store the hours are very convenient and Now, they are even open on Sundays which is wonderful. Your not just a customer when you are here. They are always willing to go the extra mile . I had a letter I needed to be delivered the next day and although Fed ex already picked up at the location - they went out of their way and still made sure my package was delivered by personally bringing it to a Fed ex office just to make sure that my package made it on time. They take their time finding the best possible price and method for ypur things to be shipped. They offer to help you pack your things as well.
