My first time there in some years. My shopping experience was a delight, good customer service and no long lines. Enjoyed it, will return. Also getgo gas station is down the road where you can get your gas perks!

Went here because I wanted more of a selection. Out of all of the stores in Garfield Hts, The Eagle has more options than their competitors. You will pay a dime or two extra, but in the end it will be worth it.I like Marcs for their great prices. I like Daves because, well... who doesnt like Daves?🤷‍♂️. But Giant Eagle is the only 1 out of the 3 who have Graeters ice cream. Not only that, they have all of the newest Magnum ice cream bars,! Lady Gaga Oreos, Mikes Killer bread! I can go on for longer but you get the point!I love to cook, so I come here to see what I dont know is out yet, and they are the only store in Garfield that has a 72oz. bag of Lucky Charms.( not pictured). And that was right next to the 72oz of Cinammon Toast Crunch. If you want it, better hurry up. I heard supplies were limited!Check out what I got. Beefless burgers went hard! Just the right texture. Cauliflower rings were hittin on another level. Especially if you got a nice yum yum dip to go with. And you already know what that Graeters was talkin bout!!(Butter Pecan).I know folks on a budget now more than ever, including myself, but when doing you shopping at least stop in to get something the other 2 might not have like chicken stuffing stuffed chicken breast🤯. I make it a happen to actually shop at and support. Good finds😁

Got groceries from there online delivery 🚚 it’s not the grocery store fault by any means but this has happen to me more then once they set my groceries on the sidewalk no phone call no text they sat outside and melted all my frozen items i happen to walk out to go to work and seen them sitting there I spoke to the manger of this giant eagle she was super nice and offered to refund all the frozen items I had but for anyone ordering groceries to be delivered be careful

Nice store but they really need to give their employees a class on how to treat customers right and NOT RUDE WILL NOT be back

First time stopping in to this Giant Eagle ... but the wife needed a few things and I was in the neighborhood waiting for the son’s baseball practice to end. Located in the failed City View shopping strip way in the back past dozens of vacant big box storefronts (seeping methane gas caused the condemned status). Surprised at how large the supermarket was ... as well as the number of shoppers. Got everything I was looking for and was pleasantly surprised to see US Senator Sherrod Brown shopping with his wife ... and even bagging his own groceries.

There is 1 star because i cant submit with none. Placed pick-up order for 5:00-5:30. Arrived at 5:18 and a 2 minute phone call to let them know I had arrived. Why did it take so long? I had to tell the worker 4 times what my name was, and what spot I was parked in 3 times. Then, the customer in the spot next to me was inside, likely buying liquor. When she got back to her car 10 minutes after I had called, she called and they brought her order to her car after being inside more than 5 minutes not bringing out anyone elses order. Then, after I icall after waiting 16 minutes (putting me 6 minutes past my pick-up window) the worker tells me my order is coming out now. Nope, another customers. So 5 more minutes im finally loaded up. I look at my receipt and they are out of giant eagle frozen peas and carrots, and giant eagle French style cut frozen green beans. So I decide to go in and double check because these are for my homemade pet food. Wait, what, the shelf was full of both. What a joke.

Overall I like this store because its only 10 minutes away. I like that its very organized. Usually, the store is fully stocked. The only complaint that I have is with the Curbside service. I placed an order and after I got home I noticed that some of the fresh veggies and fruits were overripe. I usually by produce thats half ripe so that it lasts longer just in case I dont plan to cook or eat it the same day that I purchased it. Also, some of the items that were listed as being on sale via the Giant Eagle website didnt reflect the sale price on my final receipt. I called the Curb Side Service department to see if I could get a refund on my account and I was able to do so. But Im not sure if the credit was placed on my Giant Eagle card or on the Curbside account. Ive checked both and dont see anything. There should be an easier way to request a price adjustment other than calling the store or physically going back to the store with the receipt especially while were in the midst of this pandemic. Ive been doing my best to stay at home. I would prefer to have my groceries delivered but its not offered in my area at this time unless Im paying with a Debit or Credit Card.

It has everything you need there. The team is very friendly and cordial. I get my prescriptions filled there and you can walk in and take the vaccine shots there.

Prices a little high but I dont mind paying. The store is super clean and they stay stocked up. Employees are super nice.🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

I know for a fact this is the greatest grocery store! The staff treatment of the customers is top notch, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Place is always stocked and clean, bathroom a pleasure to use. I feel safe from germs, which during this time is paramount for someone of any age.

I dont normally shop at giant eagle. I came to this store to purchase a gift card worst experience ever!I purchased two gift cards for $1000 total on the FIRST of FEBRUARY....cashier confirms its done correctly....card is declined everywhere I go. I call card, the money is there.... it was never activated correctly...fast forward to now they only want to give me $900 back (i still dont have) they want to give me the $100 in a coupon???? They have nothing for me but a im sorry.... so no compensation, I still dont have my money, ts APRIL, and I have to spend my 100 in the store....im furious!

Good supermarket with adjacent GetGo Service Station, but the totally vacant retail strip plaza around it looks and feels like something out of the Zombie Apocalypse.

My Experience.1.) I arrived 04/22/2020 at 8:01 am. for curbside pickup. My pickup time in my confirmation email was 8:00am to 8:30am.2.) I called the telephone number as instructed by the sign in front of me in the slot that I pulled into. The person answering the phone asked for my last name to which I responded “Lee”. She then asked me again what my last name was. I responded “Lee L-E-E” after a few moments she asked me my last name was, I responded very slowly, “LEE, you know, like the famous Civil War General Robert E. Lee” and after a few moments, she asked for my last name and confirmation number, so I gave her that and she put me on hold. At 8:06am a male voice came on the line and asked me, What is your last name? “LEE” I answered and he then kept saying to himself hold on a minute, hold on a minute, hold on a minute, What was your last name? LEE! Please Hold. At 8:07am a different female voice came on the line and asked me what my last name was, so I said “I have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and I already gave my last name 6 times over the past ten minutes and if I have to repeat it one more time, i am going to lose it and it will not be pretty. (Very slowly) my last name is Lee. OK Mr Lee, we have your order, and what slot are you in? Slot 36. We’ll be right out.3.) I ordered $212 worth of groceries but only received $141 of my order which means 1/3 of it was missing. I guess they figured I didnt need the butter, pork chops and chicken I ordered and some other miscellaneous grocery items. Add to that, some of the items I did order were smaller size than what I ordered.Overall, my impressions are that the staff answering the phones are unorganized and don’t know how to count past the number 5, and do not know the entire alphabet. Probably the same for the people filling the orders.4.) I probably will not utilize this service again.

Very nice store with a good selection of wine.

They were open so I went there. Took my friend there. There shelves were stocked there backery section is serious. There prices are pretty serious to.

This location the employees are friendly and helpful. In the morning hours theirs a deli lady that will ask you if youd like to sample the cold cut or cheese your getting. I personally Love that because a lot of people/places dont offer that anymore. The store is clean and well organized. Very wide selection of various food and other items. This location also has a big selection of wines and other spirits. They usually have at least 4 cashiers open for check out along with at least 3 self checkout open. Check out is a breeze at this location. Plenty of shopping carts. All in all a great place to shop. I have no complaints.

Curb side pick up is not very well done at all.First, we place an order in a system where you have to guess if it is in stock or not.Second, you pick up your order, and are given a list of substitutions with no possibility of discussing them or refusing them. Here are some of our more interesting substitutions:1. Chicken products were substituted with beef products2. 24 16.9 oz bottles of water were substituted with 24 8oz bottles that were more expensive.I then called in to ask if they could take the items back and I was told no.When I got home, I realized only the cold items were put into my trunk. That means all of the bad substitutions were still in the store.I called again, saying I didnt have most of my items. I was told I could come and get them, but they dont do refunds. After a bit of pressing on my part it turns out they can do refunds.Here is my advice to Giant Eagle:1. Link your stock to you website.2. Review substitutions with customers - especially when such outlandish substitutions are made - and allow the customer to decide if they want them.I was a lifelong Giant Eagle shopper; I am now switching stores permanently.

They will never call you to let you know if they are out of your item. You are better off trying another store. I personally like market district in solon but its hard to find a time slot for pickup.

Disappointing! ONE CASHIER! A line of people & only ONE CASHIER! Plus...I had a young woman in front of me that had a cart full of groceries & a handbag full of coupons! And...unfortunately, I bought popsicles that were starting to melt by the time I got home! You would think the manager would help out on a register! Ridiculous! Never again!

Not enough cashiers to assist shoppers. One cashier light was off, and the sign noted that her lane was closed, and she wasnt closed. SMH

I was able to get what I came there to get and use the self checkout with no problem.I got some fried chicken and some italian kale salad from the salad bar. Both were very good and reasonably priced.I also had a coupon for $1 off 3 Naked Juices which were also on sale.The people who were working were very friendly and helpful 😊

Great Giant Eagle. Clean, wide aisles, good selection especially the bakery. Best of all are the employees. Best of any Giant Eagle. Kudos to the management for paying attention to details and great customer service training. Thanks to the employees who do the heavy lifting. Their quality job performance shows. I wish this store was closer to home so I could shop here every week!

Got in and out for what I needed store was clean checkout lines moved pretty well

I absolutely love this giant eagle. They always have most options for salads and Seafood. I like the fact that they have a liquor store in the middle. And I had got some fresh sushi made by a real live Asian. I love the way that they have certain items set up to where you dont have to go far to complete meals such as sandwiches in the deli section and hot food is nearby. Even if the food is not hot theres a microwave to heat up food if you want something fresh and on the go.

Sat in curbside for 30 minutes after calling in and letting them know what number we are parked in so fast forward to taking another 10 minutes to get thru to someone to ask what is going on with our order and then sit on hold for another 10 minutes so she can find the order since every single other vehicle has sat for 10-15 minutes and left while waiting for her to get back to us a kid brings it out totaling 55 minutes in the car with 2 kids, absolutely would not recommend this site for curbside

Very clean , friendly staff. Stocked shelves and it wasnt very busy but due to Covid-19 procedures, the wait in line was a bit long. Overall good experience.

I work at Giant Eagle and my honest opinion is I have been working with a lots of great people that make an effort to go beyond what they are expected to do for the customers and also there fellow employees

Went inside to use the restroom. On the way out noticed three employees inside near the exit no mask (worn improperly with nose exposed).

The store only had 2 lines open. The lines were very long. The worker was looking for the manager, to see if she could open a third line. I had 6 items spent 40 minutes in the store. DO BETTER GIANT EAGLE. I will patronize the Beachwood store. Its clean and well staffed at all times.

Really nice location and the first time I had the fried chicken where the breasts were not cooked to the point of being dry... It really is a careful balance with white meat. I have GE Fried chicken now and then for years and the breast is always dry; the rest is always outstanding. yesterday ALL OF IT was outstanding; first visit to this location. Will be back.

I love my Giant Eagle! Most of the employees are awesome! Prices and selections are good. Inside of the store is usually pretty clean.

Why have a bakery if no one knows how to bake or write on cakes? Honestly folks, I should have went to Discount Drugmart and bought a piece of pound cake and stuck a candle in it. This was not worth $19.99!

Did curbside pickup last week. Out of the 20 items that were in stock on my order, they misplaced 11 of them after they charged my card. So I paid for nearly $40 worth of items that I never received. After being contacted by the manager the next day and was told they would refund, I waited for my refund but it still hasnt came. I contacted customer service at their corporate office and they said no refund was ever issued!! I get that mistakes happen, but they should be corrected!

I was in need of some wings for a work pot luck since my dish did not turn out. It was 9:30am, and the warm bar didnt open till 11am. I guiltily asked if they were able to warm up the wings in the cooler so they wouldnt get soggy warming them up in our work microwave. The woman who helped me not only warmed them up in the fryer for me, but she put them in an aluminum tray altogether instead of the giant eagle containers to make them look like I made them! She was so kind and so helpful. I believe her name was Kelly, and I hope Im right because she deserves some recognition. Thank you!

Ive been shopping at this Giant Eagle since it was built. Great selection on anything you desire! Their Bakery is top shelf, cakes, cookies and the Italian bread is my favorite. They have a State liquor store, all kinds of wine and a cold storage room for beer. Great and friendly service and value for your dollar.
