I havent been to Garfield Hts location in awhile. I was pleasantly surprised today! It was nicely organized and clean and well staffed! Many of them are just the opposite so it was a nice shopping experience.

This location is alright - every time I shop there the store needs to be restocked. The aisles are often filled with boxes of merchandise waiting to be put on shelves. The staff is always helpful when I ask a question which is appreciated.

The whole store looked like a earthquake just hit and stuff was thrown all around the store. Tons of stacked boxes everywhere that would fall over if you bumped them. Could barely walk around in the store, Ive never seen a store this messy before. Needs to have someone cleaning up the store at night if the people up front arent going to.

The store wasnt very busy today but normally its a zoo in there. I noticed recently with my last few visits that theyre not as busy early in the morning. With that being said, if you can get there early thatll be your best option to make it in and out in a timely manner.

Not very impressed it use to be a good store.Shelves are empty and not very clean. So sad :(

They are very slow to check you out. Always a line at check out. Shelves not kept stocked and poor customer service from representatives.

I was there at about 8PM tonight (1-22-21), and the young lady who was the only cashier was SO disgustingly rude! As I was taking things out of my basket, she was huffing and puffing as if I was taking too long or something. Finally, everything’s on the belt and as I look up she is standing there rolling her eyes. Then as she’s ringing/bagging the items, she is slamming everything down and still huffing and puffing the ENTIRE time. Every time I come in this store, she’s the cashier (lucky me), and every time she is rude, but tonight I am so disgusted with her rudeness I felt the need to let someone know. I am contacting corporate and I would like the manager of this location to contact me ASAP!!

They really dont have a great atmosphere and I have a problem almost every time I go 🙃

The store was very messy. Many customers had their masks on improperly and there was a dog walking around the store. But my cashier was very nice and wrapped my breakables well.

Clean and organized store.

It okay its a dollar tree, it definitely needs cleaned up, very unorganized and things are EVERYWHERE! It was extremely dark inside seemed like lots of bulbs was out. Just needs some work in there.

Customer service was satisfactory and once they get restocked things will go a lot better

This store is always a mess, you have to either ask someone or go to a different store.This store should stop selling balloons they NEVER have helium.

In need of reorganize and better setup and design in the store. The carpet is dirty, stock boxes in the isles and too many overstock items that are all over the shelves,not neatly in place. The Garfield Hts. and Bedford Hts. stores especially need better attention.

Very well organized and clean dollar tree, they always have what Im looking for. Its a pretty big store too, so they usually carry items you wont find at the smaller dollar tree stores.Staff are very friendly and helpful everytime I stop in.

I shop at several dollar stores I find some more friendly than others. The merchandise has the barring on if I frequent that particular store.

Worst Dollar Tree there is. Take the time to go over to Ridge Road instead. This one is dirty, most of the shelves are either empty, messy, or blocked by carts. The employees that werent hitting on me were SO rude. I have gone in there several times now and after this last time, Ill never be back!

One of the better dollar trees in Cleveland

The cashier yelled at me because I used the separator between my stuff and the lady behind me.she continued to tell me why I was wrong to use it. She was a little psycho.

Not sure if its because of the holiday shopping, but the coolers were low on items, there was a spill in the aisle (laundry detergent) and the lines were long.

Shelves have been empty for the 2nd time that I have been there in a week. Stock up and youll make more 😀

One of the bad Dollar Tree stores. Never stocked up and always a long line.

My favorite store.

9:30am on a Sunday and the doors were locked, no employees to be seen. Went to another store instead and when we passed by 20 minutes later, the doors still not open. Watched multiple cars drive off frustrated.

This dollar tree should be shutdown a horrible example of dollar tree go to ridge road or steelyard

Stock always in the aisle ways. Empty shelves and long line for the register. This store needs a complete revamp starting with management.
