Jimmy was very helpful! Took his time to make sure I understood the changes and even wrote it down to give me the better deal. Lastly he found a phone he thought he didnt have and put a smile on my sons face.

I was having trouble with my phone for three weeks. I could not receive incoming calls it would go straight to voicemail. I had talked to technical support and it just wasnt resolved so I decided to go into the store on Rockside Road and the store manager named Jimmy was sohappy to help me while helping another lady as well and answering phones ( multitasking to the fullest) he went through my apps and immediately found out what the problem was with in minutes all of my 3 weeks of frustrations were gone THANK YOU😃 Kudos! to the manager Jimmy at the Garfield Rockside location

Garfield Hts Store - Briana, DeJaa and Moe N. were all very helpful when I purchased my new phone a few weeks back. I explained how important it was to not loose my photos and videos and they were very patient and willing to help me transfer everything that was important to me! Very much appreciated!! When I go I will only speak with Alyssa who seems to always be working ! She is the absolute best and she’s only been there since this year I believe. She is kind and and will help with anything the customer needs as far as she can. Extremely professional and friendly ! She has experience from previous stores yet seems to enjoy this store the most. I have been through 2 services providers for over 20 years, and I can be sure to say that T-Mobile has given my family and I the best experience possible! Where as other stores try to scam you out of money by saying they “care about the customer”, T-Mobile and their team has made my family and I feel like a family. In particular at this Garfield Heights location, Azeem and Brianna have and continue to treat me not only as a valued customer, but as one of their own! When my family and I stopped into the store, they welcomed me with a warm smile and open ears. I vented to them my frustration and terrible experiences I had with previous providers, they took every extra special step to ensure the same things would not happen to me, and especially now because I have family. Anytime someone mentions to me about switching to a better plan or company, I always recommend going to see Azeem, Brianna, and the rest of the T-Mobile family! Terrible customer service couldnt believe how unprofessional they were. They cancelled my warranty after having me come up there 3 times and lied in put in the notes that I requested to get my warranty cancel bull$&+ liars I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone mess up my whole day almost made me want to switch over to another phone carrier....

Horrible experience there at the store. Beware . Caused me to lose all my pictures and contacts and then tried to say it was my fault. Pictures of deceased loved ones that will never be found again. Terrible store to go to.

Terrible service! I am a mobile customer with a business accont, with a business in the area. There has been a tower down since last October. I have called and complain time after time still the tower hadnt been fixed. Well today I went to this mobile store to use the guest Wi-Fi to update some of my devices. I asked for the guest password to the guest Wi-Fi. I was told I couldnt have it. I then called to mobile and asked for the guest pass word. They called the store and was told there is no guest Wi-Fi. But when you go to setting on the phone there is a guest wifi. The only professional at the store was off today. If Erin was there I would not of had that problem. She goes above and beyond to help here customers. But without her in store you get the worse service ever from those people.
