Great customer service. I went in 25 minutes before closing and bought 9 gallons of paint and some other supplies. We ended up running a little over closing time and not once did Jaylon act annoyed or rushed us to make decisions. He even helped pick some additional color suggestions for me to chose from and gave suggestions on which rollers and brushes were the best for my specific task. Durning painting I ran out of paint and returned to the store to figure out they closed in 10 minutes and thankfully Jaylon was working again and mixed my paint and not once complained. Great customer service.

If you want a great customer service experience without going to a big box store, please go to Ace Hardware right down the road. The service I received from Nyilah today is completely unacceptable. I bought a can of paint this week that was a color match from paint I purchased from the store 3 years ago. I understand that the colors might not be an *exact* match (even though it is a Sherwin Williams color) but what I received is not even remotely close when I put it on the wall. Instead of giving me advice on how to resolve this issue, she told me I should have bought enough paint years ago and I wouldn’t be having this issue. I also pointed out that the color codes on the cans did not match (one was 5gal and one was 1gal), even though the color name did, and she told me that was normal and that if I just multiplied by 5 it would match which is completely inaccurate. She was defensive, condescending, and completely rude. I will not spend another dollar in this store.

I like the paint just not the price. The quality of paint is excellent. I see why the pros like it. But geez they are high! Buying an upper level value paint at the big box stores may be a better value... But these folks know their business and mix custom colors much better than the value big box stores.The saying get what you pay for applies here.
