Door says “open for take out orders” but the doors are all locked. Your reward for making a mobile order ahead of arrival is to sit in a 20 minute long drive through line. Won’t be back.

Starbucks good traffic sucks. The starbucks shares a parking lot in a big strip mall and is right next to the entrance and exit point. When you add in the drive through line there is always track jams.

I have never visited a Starbucks and would never pay their prices for a cup of coffee. Folgers and Maxwell House are good enough for me.

Me and my husband went in to try the pumpkin spice latte and it was delicious. The workers here are very nice about helping you decide what you should try.

I drive 20 minutes to this Starbucks 😄 staff is always friendly and if I dont like the drink theyll remake it for free

I was their first customer of the day. I placed my order online (frap and danish). I walk in at 5:31 and dont walk out until 5:50. I can understand a wait if youre busy, but you served at least 8-10 people in drive thru while I waited and had no other mobile orders. After about 15 minutes of waiting I had to ask about my order status, and they hadnt even started it yet. They just forgot about it. They ignore the fact that Ive been sitting there for 15 minutes alone in the lobby. The girl nonchalantly makes it, and gives an insincere sorry. I know its early in the morning, but I paid a lot of money for this lackluster drink. Wake up. Horrible service.

They are pretty fast about each order, they are friendly and ready to get you out and going haha. I don’t come often but every time I do, it’s a satisfying experience but I prefer the drive thru.

They are great but if you know hot espresso is going to melt the ice in a blended frappuccino why tell me when I get to the window and you hand me a watery frappuccino,just put extra ice in it so its firm an not water logged..thats my only complaint...other than that they are wonderful...hard workers, always smiles and willing to fix whats wrong with no problem

Stopped by on our way to Florida. When I walked in there was disgruntled customer being so rude and the employee was handling it so calm and cool. I am unsure of why this Starbucks hours are ALWAYS OFF , what time do you all close ? Your app is always unavailable for or ahead ordering and hour before closing and the hours are not listed corrected . What’s the problem here ? The Starbucks inside of Target in Fultondale has better hours than this one .ON THE FLIP-SIDE OF THINGS WHEN I CAN ACTUALLY GET SERVICE it’s GREAT!But please post a sign or something exhaling the hours and adjust the hours listed DAILY since they seem to change daily instead of just blocking off drive thru , locking doors , and stopping online ordering .

Great coffee, great staff, bad hours. If the hours are being adjusted due to Covid I would completely understand. But make up your minds and stick to it/explain. There for the longest time it was open till 8 or 9. Then it changed to 7 for 2 months and now its 6. Legitimately havent been in 2 months because I have no idea when its going to be open.

I bring my reusable Starbucks cup in everytime and order a Venti, Iced Decaf Caramel Macchiato. Everytime I tell them this is my cup, so they wont charge me for a cup and EVERY morning a short older white lady tells me rudely, We cant put it in that cup! I tell her I know that but if I dont say something you will charge me for the cup. Then she usually just looks at me like I said something rude to her. Lately they have been going super skimpy on the caramel, so I asked for an extra pump. Thats extra. I figured it would be, even though I have to stand there with one of those wooden sticks prying the cold caramel off the side of their cup. Im 38... not a kid. I like Starbucks ok, it does not hang my moon and stars, but Im kinda glad I used the last of my gift cards from Christmas yesterday. ✌

We go to Starbucks and get the same thing every time! This place maxed the best americano with steamed cream and honey ever. The store was very clean and had a really great atmosphere. It was raining outside like cats and dogs and they were welcoming to the motorcyclist who was stuck in the storm. I would highly recommend going here for any drink but I would especially recommend Starbucks anywhere because it’s super delicious.

Ive had many different Starbucks and how mugs but this ones drinks taste bland and watery. Its like they use water instead of coffee in their frappes and lattes. The service is usually ok. Not the best but not awful. I will say that the drive thru is quite expedient and thats the only good thing about this particular Starbucks.

The thing I dislike about this Starbucks is the long line and wait at the drive through which also blocks incoming traffic trying to get to the stores behind it. Definitely a design flaw.On the other side the baristas are always very friendly and professional- except for the mask enforcer when I had to come inside to get my debit card that they forgot to hand me back in drove through.

My Son and I love going in and drinking hot Coco for him and coffee for me. His treat when he has a dr appt. Oh and a treat brownie stick thing he loves them..

I think the coffee itself is awful, however they put a load of sugar, cream and flavors in and make you think you are dreaming (well my wife anyway). I however will get my coffee elsewhere, I just like a more smooth yet robust blend. But my wife is there with 5 dollars in hand to get her cup at least weekly. So you may want to try it for yourself before making a decision based on another persons preference.

This particular location had recently opened nearby. I was in a rush, so missed my customary Starbucks on the way to work. From ordering my latte, to my breakfast sandwich, everything was very smooth... until I sipped my latte. Last time I checked, caramel macchiato is not a vanilla latte. Same for my turkey bacon sandwich, which was a Gouda with cheese. Unfortunately, I couldnt go back as I was late to work. The label clearly said vanilla latte on being it. Other than the order snafu, the whole experience was great. The staff is very nice and friendly. Since that episode, Ive been back several times and havent had an issue.

Fresh and clean environment. Staff were friendly and punctual. My only complaint is their bathroom always seems to have a line, even though there appears to be enough room to expand the bathroom.
