Do not ever order anything from this store... They will not give a dang if you get your shoes... They will give you the run around and avoid you... You do not matter to this company...

We ordered shoes from Hibbets two weeks ago to be delivered to our home. Customer service rep assured us that we would receive them in 3-5 days. Two weeks later I go up to the store in Gardendale to get a refund and was told after almost two hours of waiting my shoes could be lost and they have to do a investigation. Still no refund. Do not order anything from this store. Dont go to this store. Stay away. Waste of time and money.

Today I went into this location looking for running shoes for a surprise for my boyfriend!Instead of the associates there trying to help me and asking more questions on what I needed they profiled me and told me “Oh we don’t sell those types of shoes here ma’am we’re a Hibbett Sports, so we don’t carry those kinds”I didn’t even tell her what type of shoe I was looking for. Upon entering the store they directed me to the clothes instead of the shoes.Just be mindful that not all black people are looking for “those type of shoes” 😒
