Garbage customer service

I had international calling added to my phone and paid for the add on while I was in the office and they turned my phone off the next day. Said that I never paid then my man went down there and they made him pay some more money to turn our phones back on.

Galt store has the best customer service !! The best plans by far. I had cricket when I lived in New Mexico/ El Paso, Tx , and when I moved to Sacramento I still had my phone, it worked ok, but then I lost it in the river. I went to boost, and was so disgusted with the service and when I had to call. .... Forget it! !! Pissed that I couldnt understand the person representing boost, cricket was finally in lodi ca, so I went back to my cricket and have had not one bad day of service. I love cricket and I tell people about them all the time.

Got there at 4 pm the Hispanic kid with curly hair charged me for 60 dollar plan he was to unlock my phone first he didnt blamed me said he didnt care about his job wanted me to meet him outside to settle this I will make sure to take my business somewhere else..this kid has been there for at least 2 years he is experienced theres no excuse for training he lied to me blamed me for his mistake this is privately owned ..
