I had a great experience when I went to this store. Stephanie and Maddie were great help and assisted me through all the steps of my phone setup. They were really friendly and fun to talk to. All in all I had a great experience in this store. Thank you Maddie and Stephanie. :)

The ladies where great and helped me switch over all my stuff on my new phone.

The employee Madelyn was super helpful! Walked in for an upgrade and not only got an upgrade but also got quality customer service! She was very informative, talked to me throughout the whole upgrade process, answered any questions I had, and really knew about the products she was selling. I even got a phone case, screen protector that she was able to install for me, and a wireless charging pad! I might even go back for a new Apple Watch soon! The manager Stephanie was also very helpful and let me know that Maddie is newer and that she would step in if Maddie did need help, then Stephanie stood right next to us and oversaw the whole process from start to finish. Really smooth transaction over all, got in and out very fast and was really satisfied. Highly recommend this place!

Customer service support from Stephanie has been consistently poor. Possibly the worst in-store experience over several years time. She makes her own rules: none of the recent rules she tries to enforce verbally are printed in the store, on a bill or on At&t website. Since she began at this store, customer wait time is longer. Id rather go to another store 30-50 miles away than deal with her ever again! SMH

Went in to update my data plan and Stephanie gave great customer service and was well educated on the new unlimated plans helping me get more for my money.

Even though I bought my phones at AT&T in Lodi, I had to come back on here and give credit where credit is due. Stephanie is an awesome Manager!!! My husband and I had the worst customer service at AT&T in Lodi by a guy named Santiago Avila who claimed to be a manager, he was super lazy, rude and extremely unhelpful. He did not give us a receipt, explain how to connect our phones, go over our plan or anything. His attitude was BAD!!! We took our phones to AT&T in Galt who is an authorized dealer and Stephanie apologized for bad service not even caused by her, she was patient, helped us hook them up, transfer our data and even printed us a receipt and explained what to expect on our new bill and what our plan was. She deserves more than 5 start. I could not thank her enough. If this store had the phone I wanted in stock I would have purchased I there and really wish I would have.

So I’ll be honest with you, this location months ago is something I used to avoid heavily. Keep in mind we live just a few mins down the road so this is our local/convenient location. I decided hey let’s give it another whirl. The initial intake was in and out as it should have been until we got home and noticed multiple issues/concerns. Naturally my frustrations were heavy and I was less than satisfied. I spoke with the manager (Stef) and she was understanding, empathetic, advised me that she had staff still in training (apologized for any inconvenience it caused us) and advised us she would resolve this. To my surprise she did, it is not something I expected due to the interaction of how upset I was after this location (in my perspective) failing us again. However she stayed on top of it, communicated with me through the entire thing, and remained professional. Madelyn also was able to accommodate our needs and concerns and address them when Stef was unavailable. Normally I would just toss my hands up and go to a further location to be accommodated but with the effort and concern these 2 put into resolving our issue has altered my perception and am thankful that I can depend on my local ATT store knowing they will promptly and throughly address concerns as it’s given to them.

The employee, Makayla, helped me and seemed like she didnt want to be there. normally when i buy a new phone it takes about an hour because they ask me if i want warranties or anything on the new phone, i was in and out in about 20 mins and there were no questions of warranties or anything. just seemed kind of rushed. i have a warranty on my new phone that i didnt want because she didnt ask and i didnt know if i was supposed to. the employees i have normally seen have always been friendly and socialize with me while my phone was getting set up, but instead all she did was stare at her ipad the whole time while we were waiting for stuff to be done. its great that it was done quickly but i dont even know whats protected on my phone and what isnt. i didnt get to say i dont want any protections or warranties. i was rushed out the door.

I bought a new Samsung smart watches and have had nothing but trouble with my watch. After Samsung repaired my watch it would not context to my phone via the cellular data plan I was paying for. The ATT store wanted to charge me for a new connection for my watch. What kind of service is this, not only did I not get help but 2 of the people working had no clue on what to do and the 3rd was very rude, she didnt even get up out of her chair to talk with us, just shouted across the room.

Im changing my 4 star review to a 1 star, when I went in to take over billing responsibility of a family plan they dropped the old plan to a no data plan to tobr the account over, then left the old account on a no data, no text plan resulting in my being over charged by $1,800+ in data/text. Thankfully a corporate AT&T store is helping my get this corrected.

Customer service at this store is OUTSTANDING!!!! Employees went out of their way to help me out. Employee was able to locate and even pickup equipment that was not in stock at their store. All employees provided excellent service and I left extremely satisfied. I would definitely recommend this store for your internet/wireless needs.

Maddie and Stephanie are thieves. They will get a hold of your credit card and post bogus charges to your account. To say that they are unprofessional would be an understatement, these girls are downright criminal and need to be investigated.

The young staff presented as friendly. However they couldnt figure out how to transfer over a number from Verizon. They promised as a bill lower than our current bill by changing to the unlimited plan. This resulted in nearly four hours on the phone with customer support to untangle the extra $120 a month that the new setup ended up costing. Not to mention the huge hassle of changing a phone number. In hindsight we wish we would have just said no thank you and walked out when the staff gave up so quickly on transferring the number over. Our fault for not recognizing the first red flag.

The customer service was great I went in to pay a bill and the manager of the establishment was very helpful on setting up my service plan for me and my family.

Wow this place is the best! Manuel, Felicia, and Saul helped me tremendously!! Really friendly and helpful!! I would advise anyone who has questions or wants to chat about AT&T services and promotions go into this store.

They just tell you to go to a corporate store . I heard him tell the lady in front of me that she should go to the corporate store . Then told me I would either have to change my number or go to a corporate store to get off someone’s plan and start my own with the same number

Went in for a new phone, sales reps were amazing and knowledgeable. Didn’t try and upsale me on anything. Store was very clean and inviting. The manager there seemed like she loved her job and was so friendly.

I went in today and spoke to two women. One kept interrupting my conversation and cared more about selling their products. She also kept interrupting to try and sell me $200 worth of stuff just to add a hotspot to my plan. She was rude and they had overall poor customer service as she did not bother to find a different way of adding a hotspot. She wanted me to add an additional $200 to my bill just for a hotspot which I can go somewhere else to find a cheaper plan. When I decided not to pay $200 for the plan, she told me to go somewhere else then. She shouldn’t be working customer service if, 1. She’s going to get mad when stuff doesn’t go her way. And 2. When her coworker isn’t selling, she shouldn’t feel the need to jump in and ruin it for the both of them.

Went into the store and the manager Manuel was able to help me with the problems I was having on my phone! Come see him for any phone questions you may have !!

Went in to finalize transfer of my wife’s number to my account and they wouldn’t even talk to me even though I had the ATT Transfer Of Responsibly email from the account holder. The Employee kept telling me the account holder had to be in the store. I stepped outside and called ATT directly and had the transfer complete in 15 minutes with zero issues. Basic customer service skills are lost on some people, most notably the employees at this location.

Poor customer service and they dont know what they are doing. Walked in and he was watching Netflix on the stores TV

There isnt a AT&T store where they have answered all my questions and fixed what I have messed up or malfunction on my electronic components knowledgeable and very patient and kind .willing to make me comfortable with understanding all .before I leave store .

Awesome service with saul

This is the worst service I have ever had. The company supposably lost my iPhone that i ordered from them. I did not receive any calls or emails from them telling me that it was lost. After going into the store three times I finally decided to call another representative of the company and spent TWO HOURS ON THE PHONE. After that they told me I could get a different phone at the Elk Grove store. Finally after spending an hour there they tell me I have to wait 72 hours to get my new phone because they have to investigate the situation. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF SWITCHING TO AT&T, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM. They did not apologize for the misplacement of the phone (I think it was stolen) or offer to take any money off the price of the new phone OR apologize for me having to wait over two weeks and still havent gotten a phone. Terrible customer service and did not seem to care that they did not have a solution to my problem (the galt workers especially). Do not use their service.

Heres what the agent at this store told me: I dont have to take this from you. The this was my showing him and joking about how broken and lame the mini-tablet that I got from that very store, for free (except the $10 month charge for wireless access). When I replied that he did have to take this since I was a paying customer, he told me that he had the right to refuse service. When I asked him if he was refusing to serve me he said no, he wasnt, which leaves open the question of exactly what he was going to do to follow up on not having to take this. I never found out because my sister, who was with me and witness to this and who is the primary (20 years or so) at & t account holder, walked out.Wont go back to this store in Galt (on Twin Cities, 2 miles from my house) again. Will cancel at & t as soon as I can. My sister is sort of trapped since she has multiple family members other than me on her account and its just too complicated.
