The staff was friendly and funny, and made it fun to replace my dads phone. One girl was being trained, and her coworkers taught her patiently. It was a fun stop in a day full of tedious errands. They got us what we needed and didnt try to up-sell us things we dont need.

You ever called I was trying to get my wifes phone back up and she acted like she owned the place. Worst customer service ever. Fire these people

I hated my Verizon bill $400+ a month! My husband and I visit just to compare prices. CSR Louis got us approved within the first 15 mins of walking in. We would be saving 250+! We made an appointment to come back the next day. Now we’re all set. Thanks Louis for making the transition painless. We will definitely refer friends to your location.

I didnt but anything at this time just getting info on upgrades. The sales clerk was very helpful and honest. He told me that because I was a sprint customer it would a lot easier if I did the upgrade on line since their still learning how to do the sprint upgrades at store level. He did offer to help with any issues that might arise after I do the upgrade. Ill definitely be going back to this location for any issues I have in the future.

It was a really good experience! I was just curious and went into just to compare shop. A few other customers were already in there and only one employee but she greeted me and said she would be with me as soon as possible. After she took my info and I compared.... T-Mobile would save me almost $100.00 from my current carrier. Customer service was good to go!! Thanks for recommending the veterans plan!

Indeed the rudest people ever to come into contact at T-Mobile. Upon walking into the store, no proper greeting was spoken to us. The guy with long hair there (Worker) was just extremely rude and did not have a care for his job. Overall a very bad atmosphere. If you need T-Mobile services, do not come here. Go to ABQ stores, they have 5 times friendlier services.

Went to T-Mobile Gallup store yesterday and lady and a man were just standing there. No meet and greet what so. They acted more like why am I coming in the store to mess up their stand around time. So after a brief cold two minutes I left the store.Well I drove to Albuquerque to get my three line upgrades and add two tablets. This would have been someone’s commission in Gallup.Also the store looks like it really could use the business but it’s employees act like they don’t. The store owner really needs to make changes or just sell their franchise to a company that believe in customer service and repeat business.And to the employees who read this I hope you take a good look at your ethics and values in customer service. What I witnessed yesterday will not work.... look at McDonald’s automated kiosk that was a response to poor service.More likely after the employees read this they will go back to staring at their phones and watching YouTube videos out loud well customer walk in and get the cold shoulder.

Not sure what happened with everyones reviews but I went in to update a tablet line and had zero issues. In and out in about 30 minutes. With 1 customer waiting and 2 employees doing upgrades with 2 customers when I walked in. Zero issues here at all. Thanks guys.

This store is not user friendly. I’ve been a t-mobile customer for almost 2 decades now and have had nothing but good experiences until coming to this one particular store in Gallup NM. I waited for 35 minutes and no one said anything to me, finally get seeing to upgrade my phone and clearly this guy cannot multi task and his name is “Juan” by the way. OMG, I just bout lost it and then tried to sell me a phone I did not want. Good Lord, these people need to go.

Went here for what felt like the millionth time last week. I apologize to all the good workers in this store, but Ive been to this store so many times and id like to first say thank you to the manager, maam you are professional and kind. Now ... im sorry for the 1 star but 1 person cant make up for the undesirable attitude for the rest. If you are having a bad day leave it at the door i come to you to fix my phone problems not for you to act like my children and give me attitude. If you cant act like a grown up and give people the respect they deserve then you dont need to be working in customer service! I really hope things change here, because of this store and the people in it im seriously considering cancelling my service here. I dont want to travel to a different city to get good service when the store in MY city is supposed to provide it. I recommend to anyone going here to bite your tongue and hope for the best, if they want to they can be a great help but it depends on who is working.

Of the 5 people i came i to contact with, they severly need training!!!!! I got a new line added to my plan, i asked several times if she was using the new phone number n she confirmed. After leaving store i tried calling n number wouldnt go through. She (manager) hooked up my data line. I went back and BARELY got the right number after explaining my situation numerous times. Im hoping my tablet is still working, i live 200 miles away. Ppl there seem to avoid customers n dont seem to want to wait on you. Bad for the owner because meself n others will avoid that store.
