Good selection of Aldi Finds whichin some locations are not stocked or items are not available. Very well stocked and clean.

This is my first time here and maybe this is what Aldi customers just do, but a white male customer was looking through a grape bag. He was in the grape bag touching to verify the freshness. He then put that bag to the side and grabbed the bag behind them. I couldn’t find an employee to let them know. The wipes at front was dry, the sanitizing dispenser was empty and there’s none throughout the store. Social distancing was not being practiced by all but everyone was wearing a mask. Remember to wash your fruit thoroughly before eating.

This market is very good with excellent prices and different items that we cant find elsewhere.

I would’ve given this place 4 stars. The only reason this place is getting 2 stars and not 1 star is because one of the employees was helpful when I couldn’t find certain items. However, it’s getting this score because I am appalled at the customer service i experienced at the check out line.I was doing InstaCart and had two orders and separated them on the belt, as I was separating the orders I politely informed the cashier that I had two orders for InstaCart and she gave me a mean face and said and i quote “ next time get two carts because it’s not our job to separate the orders” as i was i was trying to explain to her that i already separated the orders on the belt she cut me off as i was talking and said “ i know know as i said it’s not our job get two carts next time for now i will put this order here and this order there in the cart” i said “how am i supposed to push two carts at once, and she said i don’t know but do that next time”.I’ve never experienced rude customer service before while shopping for InstaCart at Aldi and being a local who lives around the area i will no longer shop at this location.I will be contacting and the manager at the store and corporate. The person at the register was working around 4pm and her name was Mary France and I called corporate.

There should be a better way to organize produce. I had to dig through boxes of bananas to find and almost fell preg and all.

Couldn’t even get a lemon or a single lime. Half the avocados were bad and/or smashed in. Cashier was rude. Two stars since I have been in more chaotic Aldi stores, but that’s a low bar.

Running for a coin to get a cart 🛒 is a bad customer service. And theyre doing it and nobody is saying anything.

I’m very frustrated and disappointed by the quality at Aldi and how the employees don’t care about making up for inconveniencing customers because of poor quality-By that I mean MOLD on sour cream at time of opening the seal and having over a MONTH before it expires (4/17/2021)! Here is the story, I purchased my groceries over the weekend and today I was in the middle of cooking, when it was time to mix in the sour cream into the soup, I grabbed it out of the fridge popped the lid and opened the seal, only to see that there MOLD on it!!! This was an unopened sour cream! It hasn’t been sitting in my fridge opened for weeks or even being close the expiration date. I couldn’t believe it! So what I’m gonna do now?! I have 3 different meals in different stages cooking in the same time, and a pastry to waiting to be put in the oven. Oh and a large dog that I can’t leave in the house alone with all that food being exposed to his always hungry belly. So it’s pretty hectic in the kitchen. But I can’t finish without the sour cream so I juggle around secure everything so the dog can’t get to it while I dress up for the cold, get in the car, drive to Aldi, wait in line to talk to someone, who calls the manager who tells me “sorry grab another one”. Yeah I will grab another one of course but what about all my time, extra gas to go back again and all the inconvenience?! This is unacceptable!!! How is that even possible to sell sour cream with mold on it that is expiring in over a month?Well guess what?! As I was grabbing another one, the first one I touched had spills dried on it so I go off to the next one. I started walking away with my new sour cream, when something tells me, how about you check if this one is okay before you leave...so I pop the lid and see that the seal is not attached at one point!!! I’m like wow, thank god I checked probably this one has mold on it too which I’d see once I remove the seal. So I go to switch to another one, now I pop the lid on this right away, and I see immediately that this seal has a hole on it as well!!!! I couldn’t believe it! So I went to grab the another one and now this 4th one was sealed finally....So please everyone be careful what you buy!And Aldi-you need to get it together because I’m off to file a claim with HHS at this point!The manager didn’t seem like she took this issue seriously at all but it is a big problem and a little sour cream caused me a huge inconvenience today and nobody cares about all that...I don’t know how to attach the pictures of this moldy sour cream but I have them in my phone and will try to find out how to do it.Also! Do not purchase Strawberries and blueberries here, I had to throw them all out-they were tasteless or better said, SOUR...horrible!

Other than being very small this Aldis is nice. The employees are friendly and helpful. Because the store is so small there isnt a lot of selection but I have always been able to get staples that I need for the day. my only complaint is that they never have enough checkout aisles open for customers.

They need more cashiers open for checkout but other than that every time I go there its been nice and friendly thats all I got to say thank you.

This is a great store. They have a good range of quality produce and other items I’ve not seen anywhere else. Great deals.Don’t go there if you are expecting a “full service” shopping experience. The store is not designed around you getting the typical supermarket attention. Staff at Aldi won’t pack your bag or waste time chatting to you - it’s: scan, pay, go. You need to pack yourself and have bags at the ready. When customers realize this then the line goes very quickly.I get a good range of produce, fresh and cured meats, bread, snacks etc for easily half what I pay in a regular store.I find the store very clean and setup for speed. Is it perfect: no. If you are the kind of shopper who struggles packing your own stuff or quickly paying then moving you won’t like this! No time to chat and hold the rest of the queue up!

There’s currently only two registers open and I’ve been in line for half an hour. The line literally goes back into the store Black Friday style... Crazy.

Love shopping here because they carry wide variety of new items to try. When we are travelling in Europe, their stores are the best for lunch or snack items. They also carry lots of gluten free items. Prices are fantastic.

So happy aldi is finally here.I used to shop at aldi Germantown.Aldi have theirs won brand.There are offering great deal on $0.65 bread, $0.85 bun, hotdog, $2 of 8 oz cheese, $2.15 pizza, produces, also carry $1 spices, milk and $0.88 a dozen eggs here also bargains.Tomato, green beans, corn cans under a dollar!And then flashing sale that rotates each week making shopping here more exciting.Here the tip, you can take empty box to reduce using plastic bags which is nice.

Everything ok but remind the cashiers that even though there are a lot of clients, they have to offer a better service at the checkout, especially because Aldi is a supermarket that works with instashoper: today was my first day at Aldi and I didn’t know how everything works, the cashier didn’t offer bags or asked if I needed, even when I said I was instashopping. She doesn’t have to know this was my first time but for God’s sake, in every supermarket cashiers ask!!! Or at least tell you, if you need bags grab them first, before you pay! I was told this until I asked after having paid and there was already another customer (very mad and not supportive) already checking out. We are in the middle of the pandemic and I understand social distance so, please let your cashiers know that they have to take time and when possible clean the area and *wait* until one customer already left to call the next!

I was surprised at how small the store was. Its about half the size of the typical grocery store. Its been dubbed the Walmart grocery killer. But I think its going for a different audience. Its complimentary to Walmart. For the products that it has, the prices are unbeatable, however it just doesnt have enough products to directly compete with Walmart. Got a single origin coffee 12 .oz for under $5 though. Also most of the products are off brand products thats why the products are so cheap.

Ive been shopping at ALDI since 2006 at their very first store in Hagerstown, Md in this region. I currently shop at their Gaithersburg, MD location for just about all my grocery items. I love their food products theyre of good value. Their prices are reasonable and better than surrounding grocery stores. Their cashiers/ associates are courteous and focused on getting your items rang up and you cashed out so they can move on to the next customer. Excellent Customer Service! Keep up the good work!

Quality products, affordable prices and more importantly the fastest registers

Best Aldi in town. I hear people say about Aldi its so inexpensive that I dont think I should buy their stuff meaning its like low quality. This is absolutely not the case. They cut their cost in many other ways with things like carts, bags, and other policies. They then return the cost savings to the customers. The food and goods at Aldi are very good quality, mostly sustainable, and budget friendly. Their produce can be a little iffy. We usually dont buy more than what we will eat in 2-3 days because it goes bad kind of quickly. I highly recommend Aldi to anyone who likes the get the most for their money between Costco trips. Check it out if youve never been there. Youll love it.

The prices on items are good but the amount of savings on brands I do not use is really not worth it for me. The quarter for the shopping cart I find belittling. The staff apparently expects everybody to be 100% familiar with how things are done at the store. While I visit the shopping center frequently, at least two or three times a week, Ive only been in the store twice and I do not expect to return.

I was able to find a few gluten free items as well as organic romaine lettuce. The store was relatively organized. It would have been a good shopping experience if they had had more cashiers working. I waited in line for 20 minutes before check out.

Relatively good selection and prices are great on most of the items, including produce. Store is clean and organized. Cashiers are efficient. However, the lines are awful. It can be 10:30 in the morning, 2 pm, it doesn’t matter. They seem like they are perpetually understaffed, yet always hiring!

Excellent chain grocery store for food and household items. Clean, modest inventory, large selection for the store size. Some items do sell out, but the stock is constantly refreshed by the staff.Lots of weekly specials, with good pricing on cereals, milk, and eggs.Many of their brands or house brands and not major manufacturers which means you save a lot of money.the store features free parking and you have to bring a quarter to rent the shopping cart which you get back when you put it back in the rack. This means you dont go to a place with a parking lot filled with shopping carts.the store has handicapped parking automatic doors and wide aisles for people who are disabled.My new favorite place for groceries. Their customer service is very poor, you can hardly find one to assist you. Stuff are not organized in a reasonable manner. I will prefer to shop elsewhere.

Pricing is a breath of fresh air. Off-brands dont bother me in the least. I seek them. Yet, there are a fair number of market leading brand products for very reduced prices. Some idiosyncrasies, but nothing that would put me off.

The prices are really good but the selection is often limited. Staff have to work hard to keep shelves stocked and lines moving so they earn their pay. They tend to stock a lot of non-food special items; too many in my opinion given the lack of selection for food items. Great value though.

When I visit my mom in Winston-Salem, we go to the ALDI there. And when Im home in Maryland, I like the Germantown ALDI. Awesome prices, great quality store brands, good selection of fresh fruit and veg. And they are top-notch at keeping the store clean during the COVID-19 epidemic. I never shop anywhere else.

It may seem strange the first time you have to pop a quarter in a slot as a deposit on a shopping cart for you to use, but once you get over that, think of a cross between Trader Joes and Costco with normal-sized packages instead of bulk. You walk out of there after a super-quick check-out, with more than you can believe you actually got for the money. And the food is good!!

Busy! Unsure what the usual shopper flow is as I usually shop in Germantown or Frederick.

We; my wife & I love this place. Although our first experience of Aldi happened to be in Germany; a place we often frequent when we visit family in Celle, Germany, the Aldi stores here in our little neck of the woods are still nice. I love the different food choices/brands. Although many are American, they also sell products like chocolate from Germany and there frozen Breaded chicken patties; although I have never heard of the brand before which comes in red or orange packaging, is to absolutely die for. If I wasnt dieting, I could eat an entire bag in one sitting. They really are addictive.

Inexpensive grocery store, with decent selection and decent quality.Biggest selling point is just how cheap their prices are. But they way they achieve those low prices doesnt come at the cost of staff wages, as Aldi pays more than many rival stores.On the whole, this location is just great. It can be a little crowded and a little noisy at times, but there isnt much anyone can do about that.

My absolute favorite place to shop. Great prices. And yes they are store brands but everyone I have tried is as good or better than the advertised brands at other stores. Highly recommended you go to ALDI and save a few bucks.

This place is the joint! Almost everything Ive tried was good. Mostly minor brands but i find the processed foods are generally healthier than the major brands. Im a fan for life!

Aldis prices and selection are a treat. So nice to buy necessities and leave a store without feeling that youve overspent.Great selection of goodies like preserves, cookies and chocolates. Tasty pizzas. Various cheeses are reaonably priced. Dairy prices are amazingly low, without sacrificing quality. Aldi finds are always fun.Usually theres a bit of a wait to check out, but the cashiers keep things moving.

They are rude to their costumers and say the customers are not always right they don’t care about your complaints and brag about them opening many stores I would not come to any Aldis if you want this experience they are just trashy and rude!

I found everything I needed

I just got fresh blackberries and raspberries for $0.88 a quart. Got a nice size basket full of quality food for 90 bucks. Nowhere else I love all these.

You can find almost anything with reasonable price. But “almost anything”; if you are looking for some brand items might not be best place. Other than that I enjoy shopping there.

Always great savings here and good quality products. I used to shop at Aldi in England for 7 years and now here for 2. Todays visit was the first time ever that i found it difficult at times to find price on some items. Several times there was no price posted on the shelf.

Cheap prices, but a narrow selection and makeshift shelves where its a little difficult to find what youre looking for. Good place to grab a few quick things, but not for making a full grocery shopping trip. Also, make sure you have a spare quarter (25 cents) before you come, as using a shopping cart requires you deposit one, which is refunded when you put the cart back.
