Absolutely amazing, Im new to vaping, but these guys are TRULY THE BEST : they value and reward their customers, dont act like youre an inconvenience when asking questions, but actually are extremely helpful and fun too, and heres a kicker - they charge a whopping $10 LESS on their items than other places (example : $16 for the vape juice Charlies Chalk Dust in Fuji Apple, which is seriously the BEST flavor EVER, compared to $25 at Xhale City. Im new to vaping, but it was their help and guidance that actually helped me quit cigarettes, so in fairness, theyve helped save my life in that regard. Im officially never going anywhere else. Bad customer service ! Went in and the guy in front just plain rude asking him questions while he is on his phone not answering or just short answers.Then I ask him if I can see the other item and Im asking him about the product and just plain out ignores me and blows smoke in front of my face. Repeadtly with his vape pen.

My first time there was so good! But I went there again today and the customer service was so bad!! It was like the dude couldnt be bothered with me. I asked what vape flavors they had (I couldnt see the labels due to bad eye sight) he responds with all I asked if he could be more specific and he asks what kind of vape juice do you usually smoke? I said usually fruity he then says we have all fruit flavors wouldnt read the labels to me.... I ended up leaving empty handed and most likely wont be back... Its unfortunate, i know alot of people that vape and I couldve gotten some good business for them.... Too bad 1 employee had to ruin my experience and business for the company 😡

I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought a Smok vape kit from this store and it started leaking within the first 20 minutes I used it. I brought it back 4 times and they said the fixed it each time. Every time it leaked. The 5th time I came back they told me there is no refund or replacement to pound sand basically. I called Smok and they dont warranty the tanks. Basically I wasted $60 in this store. Also, while helping me I know they were talking about me in their own language and laughing which was also rude as well. Absolutely wouldnt go back even if they gave me a new vape kit. Poor quality products.
