Third delivery attempt. Delivery company is terrible. Rooms to go furniture is wow ! Seems like the delivery people really could care less. Store employee was fantastic.

Nautical was our sales person. No pressure at all but very willing to answer all the questions we had. Great to work with.

Nautica was very knowledgeable about the products they sell. She was very friendly and helpful. Nautica answered all our question and helped us purchase the furniture we love. I was a pleasure working with her. The store is very clean and has a relaxed atmosphere. The staff doesn’t make you feel pressured to make a purchase.

The experience was pleasant. The sales person introduced herself and then left us to browse without interruption. She was easy to find when we had questions.

I always go in & see Cynthia, she has been there for years. She always is a big help. I wouldnt go any where else Never had a problem with anything I have ever bought at the store in Gainesville. But Cynthia is the best.

Christina was very nice and informative about the product. It actually is going take 2 months to get the product delivered, so Im glad we didnt need it tomorrow. Check out process was quick and easy.

I just want to say that Cynthia Walcott has really gone out of her way to make my experience buying a bedroom set from Room to Go Express in Gainesville, Fl a wonderful experience! I’ve had to reschedule delivery a couple of times due to the fact the construction of our home has taken longer than expected, but she has been so easy to work with and reassured me each time there was no problem! I really do appreciate all she has done for me and would highly recommend shopping there! Make sure you ask for Ms. Walcott!!!

Liked a few things. Saleslady was nice. Ordered neat barstools for breakfast counter & beautiful loveseat with chaise lounge for living room. Havent gotten either one yet.

Highly recommend working with Cynthia Walcott at this store. We ordered a living room sectional and during these difficult times it was back ordered. She kept us updated and made special arrangements for delivery since an 18 wheeler was not going to make it to our house. Again, ask for Cynthia, she’s excellent!

Great pricing for very good value and quality, with mainstream affordability. Wonderful, helpful, no-pressure service from Cynthia. None of the hovering too-close repeated find what youre looking for of way too many furniture stores. Yet always available to answer questions. She closed the sale by not pushing to close the sale.So much so that after having lunch, we went back to buy more from her!

My Fiance and I were not the easiest to handle while looking for a living room set but Cynthia Walcott did an amazing job assisting us with anything we needed and helped us find something that worked perfectly. She even called me to let me know that she could get it to my house sooner than expected. I highly recommend coming here if you would like a good experience during your furniture hunt.

We have purchased many times from RTG and needed a print out of all of our purchases for an insurance claim. Associate Nautica Kramer was extremely helpful and courteous in printing out for us. I highly recommend asking for her to assist you too with any purchases you make.

Visited this location 2/9/19. Was greeted by Cynthia. She was very kind and let me look without lurking over me. Once I made my decision I asked for her assistance with finalizing the purchase. She had everything completed (payment & delivery date) in less than 10 minutes. I was very impressed with her customer service. I plan on shopping at this location again. *Ask for Cynthia and you wont be disappointed. :)

Was able to shop pressure free for a new adjustable bed with no pressure sales. The sales lady was available to answer any questions we had without being right under us the whole time. Our only dislike was that because they do not have anything but floor samples in the store, they have to order everything in, an since they were not delivering to our area again until 3 weeks from then, we were expected to pick up the bed the same day it came in because they had no place to keep them.

Very disappointed with the service of Rooms to Go, I ordered a bunk bed set that was delivered the first week in October I did an online support ticket reporting that the bed received was the wrong color, and the techs left with the screws half screwed in and some screws not in place. I have called numerous times and as of one month later no response or resolution to the issue. Very dissatisfied, will NEVER make a purchase with this company again.

Unwilling to help me locate furniture that they no longer have in their inventory from other rooms to go stores. Sharon didnt want to help me she didnt have time.

Maybe just racist employees!! Maybe just a company that does not care about hispanic customers!!!You have to be American and speak English to buy at rooms to go. My mother and I were trying to buy some items using their credit account. We received a call asking for verification and we called to find out that they could not help my mother because nobody speaks Spanish, so I asked to translate for them but they said to call again next day. They made us feel like there is something wrong with ya for not speak fluent English. Kind of racist people. We were asked to call multiple times and nobody helped us. At the end we decided to cancel $2000 order for their lack of customer service.

I called this store looking for a chair for my elderly Mom. Cynthia was very helpful in determining what would fit our needs and our budget. By the time we arrived she had lined up several chairs for us to look at and before long we made our decision and delivery was arranged. This store and Cynthia made our day end a great deal better than we could have hoped.

Bought a sleeper sofa from them. Mattress was supposed to be a very good one which I paid extra for. It is horrible. I also bought a recliner and I love it. I did love their interest free terms.

The purchasing process with Lauren was great, no pressure and super helpful. I ordered my couch on 11/1/18 & set up a delivery date that next week. Well they delivered a LoveSeat instead of my couch that I already financed and paid for. People make mistakes I understand as one who works in customer service. I called the 800 number and they were extremely unhelpful, and would not budge of their next delivery in a reasonable time frame since I had already taken off of work for their previous delivery. So a week later they return and I get my correct couch BUT they gave me the wrong pull out couch mattress. I ordered a queen gel and they delivered a spring full. I am expecting guests to come stay at my home and sleep on the pull out for Thanksgiving. They could not give me a delivery date for my mattress. So this will be the third time it will take them to get my order right of just a couch! They offered no compensation and I’m still awaiting my call with delivery. It’s going to look like I’ll have to take off work for the third time & have to put my family in a hotel out of my pocket!! Extremely upset!! Not a way to conduct business.

Ask for Cynthia Walcott, she was a great salesperson. And very patient as I took a great deal of time selecting mycouch. I shopped all over town and found the best quality in my price range here.

Lauren Peck did an outstanding job. She is very knowledgeable but not pushy. She provided us with the information we asked for and let us make up our minds, without pressure.

The staff was kind enough to give me a blanket and bungee cords so the furniture I bought would not get dented or fly out the back of my truck and they have some great prices in there.

I usually hate buying furniture because of annoying sales people and the chance that the stuff you buy is damaged but I did not have that problem at rooms to go. The sales lady let me have my space and waited until I picked out the furniture I wanted and set up a delivery the next week and the truck drivers were very polite and set up everything for me

DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased an entertainment center with a matching dining room table and a couch. I strongly regret it. I am now on my fourth delivery because they keep delivering furniture that is damaged and in terrible condition. The customer service is terrible and they are never helpful. I have spoken to several different people and it has been almost two months and I still cant receive furniture that isnt severely damaged. I spoke to a woman in the corporate office who lied to me and told me a fake name. By far the worst experience I have ever had. Everyone that works for this company is horrible and will not help you in anyway. Dont ever buy anything from them please.

I was suprised to find out that rooms to go actually sells all the mattresses you’ll find at actual mattress stores at lower prices and they have great finance options.

We had been EVERYWHERE in Gainesville and Ocala. We ran in to Danielle Wimberly while looking for an adjustable base with mattress. Ended up with 4 adjustable base beds, 2 sofas, and ottoman, a new bedroom set and then my Mom also bought a sofa and bedroom set. Danielle, along with her amazing sidekick Lauren Peck are the most attentive, informative and caring young ladies around. See for yourself, you will be super impressed with this class act!

Received our new couch and the frame smells like cheese. I dont know what its from but it is unpleasant and probably bad for my health. Waited over a week and a half for a service tech to come out to the house. Wanted to take a picture! No resolution still. The couch looks fine, but smells bad. This is ridiculous. I hope no one has to go through this. Please go somewhere else for your furniture needs. Dont be like me and get stuck with a smelly rooms to go couch.

Sorry but there are better furniture stores in Gainesville. Prices are way too high here. I suggest leaving this place as a last resort. Only thing that is good about this place is location.

Really upset with the bait and switch attitude! I went in thinking I would get the 5 year financing for a living room set and when I went to do the online purchase in the store, the salesman said the promotion had just ended and the new promotion was for the 4 years. Obviously I was a little disappointed! but now I get billed for 3 year financing not 4!!!!!! And No One cares who works there!! Im being told as a matter of fact mam that was the promotion at the time. Well the truth is thats not what I was told and I trusted the salesman was being honest, as we spoke about this in great detail. Since I had not seen the furniture, I was also told I could and should return it on the spot if I was not satisfied or if it was not what I thought or if there was something wrong with it at the time of delivery. But when I tried to look it over the delivery men did not want to wait and they were in a hurry and insisted that I could return it later if I found something wrong. (I told them what the sales man had told me)!! Unfortionately there ended up being a problem with the furniture and now they will not let me return it! they will only let me exchange it with the same furniture which was poorly made. Also its been very hard to get any return calls from the store. All I can say is bait and switch! DO NOT trust anything they tell you! Once youve made the purchase they dont care after that :(

Purchase new table from RTG. Drivers delivered and broke 300.00 floor standing vase in my home. Drivers did not leave a note. Did not make apology. Claim department did not apologize. Corporate office did not apologize. Incident captured on security system from two different angles. Sent photo of incident to claims department. Filed claim with corporate office. Claim denied because they asked me to produce the receipt for the vase from 6 years prior. (I really feel violated at this point) Get this.... Delivery is now mandatory on purchases....!

You need to be careful of their supposed guarantee, 8 months ago we purchased an entire bedroom set (bed and dressers) including a very expensive leather couch and love seat. Now the leather is peeling on the seats and discoloring, they sent the tech out and through all of his wisdom decided we spilled something in all these different areas (did not happen) and said it was our fault and they wouldnt stand behind the guarantee. When you pay thousands of dollars for items and youre treated like dirt its very disheartening to say the least. We will never step foot in this store again and hope with all the negative reviews theyre receiving it hurts them enough to stop being so cruel to consumers. They could have at least offered us a replacement seat for a reduced price but they didnt even offer that. Its a shame companies get away with this. Shame on you. Stay away from this store.

Terrible delivery policy. Didnt call to notify delivery, and gave immutable window that makes it impossible to be home if youre into things like class or working, if you try to cancel you either wait a long while or pay again. didnt build bed when they got here. furniture itself is fine
