Love this store. I dont need anything walking in but always walk out with a buggy full. Very friendly staff. And the best thing is they offer veterans and active duty a 10% discount. Theres never a crowd. The aisles are never blocked like in many other stores. They carry good quality products at very reasonable prices.

I gave it 5 stars due to the staff. Didnt get their names, wish I had. They were excellent. We didnt have to ask for anything. From entering the door, to furniture, household items, we were ask if we needed help. Check out was less than 3 minutes to finish. Store is old & needs updating, but it was clean, organized, stocked & fronted. Found all we needed. They have cloth & disposable face masks! Great experience for a 1st time customer!! Most definitely we will be back. Excellent customer service.

Great visit! Found the same ceramic spoon rest my cat just broke, so that was a fun surprise!! Had some snax we hadnt gotten in a while too!

Well havent been in big lots in awhile. So I was surprised when I walked in and they have groceries in there now. It was pretty cool.

All the way from Sales clerk, cashier, and manager were very helpful.I was shopping early for Christmas. Brought a lot of stuff.everyone was so helpful.Store also well organized.

Went in for 1 thing they didnt have but I found a child recliner, im happy!! Been to 4 stores looking for one and look at that it was in Big Lots!! Never thought to look in there for childrens furniture!

This place looked about dead when we pulled up. They seemed to be out of a lot of stuff that they carry. The staff there was nice and polite. Check out was ok, one register was open and the other one was broken. I guess I just expected better but the prices werent all that great either. I dont think that we will be going back.

The remodeled store is amazing. Nothing was where it used to be so I went thru almost every section. Big Lots has stepped up their game. No more clutter. The Christmas section is beautiful.

I had only ever visited the Big Lots in Spartanburg SC a few years ago. I was not impressed so never tried another until I had a few hours to kill in Gaffney SC. Boy what a difference. Clean and stocked with some really cute household and garden decor. Not cheap looking at all. Had some good snacks too. Very impressed.

Has become more of a furniture store than anything else now. Doesnt have many clothes or accessories that they used to have.

This is a good big lots and overall I like all big lots and theyre all generally the same but there have been some i might not care about going back to. This one always has a good selection and everything is laid out well in the store and neat and employees are friendly and helpful.I always find everything Im looking for here and the store layout makes sense so if its a first time visitor or local its easy to navigate the store. Plus its nice they have a cold freezer case too and a few food items that might be nice to get for a quick grab.

Needed pillows, found them there. Walmart had much less variety. Go to big lots.

This is a newly renovated Big Lots; merchandise is well laid out, displayed and has been streamlined to make this store a comfortable place to shop and unlike some Big Lots, this store is very clean, not junky. They have changed alot of merchandise and Im always impressed when I go in at some of the great things they carry now, prices are still competitive and the selection is very good.

1st time in a while since weve shopped @ Big Lots, we found some neat stuff.

Big Lots is a great place to shop. When you walk in the store you are greeted with a friendly hello. The owls are wide enough for two people to get through with a buggie clean throughout the store. You dont mind taking your time to look around you can find great deals and bargain

Buying recliner nice Recliner guy wouldnt budge on price .But very nice for 323. Call be frugal I am not spending 6 or 900 for one. Its too much but if you got it like that go for it. Just to look at it it looks like I spent more . And it is so very comfortable. I can sleep in it . Very pleased with my decision to spend my dollars in Big lots furniture.

Really good and friendly place

Ordered online for pickup, and the website messed my name up, so I wasnt allowed to have my purchases. Very frustrating and I did eventually get my things, but after waiting in line 4 separate times, and none of the waits were short. Some staff is very friendly, but the older staff is straight up hostile.

Big Lots in Gaffney South Carolina is a good store. Its a nice discount store to go in and grab what you need. They have decent priced items that wont break the bank. You can get anything from a bag of potato chips to a new bedroom suit in this store.

They have no knowledge of furniture over the phone. I tired to get info on a mini sectional since I dont have a ride until tomorrow so thanks to your employee Ill check out badcock Aarons and rent a center first. Until I talked to him I was coming there to big lots first. He needs a customer service class Ive always worked with consumers and he sounds like he was just ready to go. Not help answer my questions.
