Nice store, was going there a lot. Bought several fish. Was talking with the owner and mentioned that I shopped others closer to me as well. He got very upset about that because he had given me some advice. Some of it was wrong. I did buy something and white doing that his daughter gave me a lecture about me shopping other stores.Well this is called competition. They want customers to only buy from them it seems. Not going to happen, and a perfect way to run paying customers like me away. So if you plan to shop there dont mention that you also shop the competition.

Parking is a lot of fun when they are busy for a Sunday afternoon. The place is clean and well stocked considering the pandemic recovery is still getting its training wheels warmed up. I shop here often. Great store. I needed one of the handicap power chairs but none were available. There are also no were for this old guy to sit. They used to have a bench near the registrars.

So, its a Walmart. If you dont know what to expect, I dont know how to explain it to you. I will say that as far as Walmarts go, this one is toward the bottom end of the scale. I guess just dont go in expecting much, so youre not as disappointed when you leave.

Not a fan of Wally World to begin with and today confirmed that. My wife placed an order for pick up between 8-9AM this morning. I was in my way because it said they were getting it ready and my wife received a call saying they were having system issue and our order was canceled. I turned around and went back home. An hour plus some later, I get the notice thay my order is ready. Could not get anyone on the phone at the store to conform or deny anything so I called 1800WALMART and spoke to an Indian who didnt help much. Said his system said my order was ready. I drive back and there were 8 cars waiting. Apparently mine wasnt the only jacked up order. The young lady who loaded my groceries looked high as hell and didnt offer any apologies. Lets go Walmart!!!

About half employees are rude and hateful. And at this particular store I have found that they seem to delight in doing an almost minute to minute countdown of store closing. The nicest and most helpful people are mostly on the grocery side,

I really appreciate being able to stop at Walmart in a truck. Everything I need at a fraction of the cost at a truck stop.

Had to wait way past the time of the 7:00 am opening. No employee bothered to come open the doors properly or tell us they were open until a customer came out and told us they were open that the doors were obviously not working. Not happy about this. The store is usually pretty clean and easy to find a parking spot. Not like in Shelby. You never can.

Walmart - cameras everywhere to look for shoplifters. It would be nice if they could be used to assist shoppers as well. But then again- its Walmart.

The pay is not worth the extremely hard work. I had blisters on both my pinky toes that I will never forget. I was there a month and never made production. I would never work there again under any circumstances.

My husband slipped on the water that was coming from a cooler and I had an associate call for someone to clean it up to prevent someone else from getting hurt, no one came. 15 minutes later I put a cart on its side to cover the spill. Hopefully someone will not get hurt.

Still missing $3,237.00 plus 3,200 withdrawal from cas app is still hard to explain. They wont pay. Square sales only deposited me .45 cents SMH to see if direct deposited went threw and withdrawal my money.

Walmart in Gaffney, SC ~clean store, friendly people. They allowed us in a bobtail semi park on the lot and come in and shop for our food and supplies. Not many Walmarts allow demis to park on the lot.Thank You Gaffney Walmart!!!

At 10:00 pm. Not one register was open. A line was formed from one end of the store to the other. Only self checkout was available. Ridiculous!

Hardees chicken sandwich was good had a good flavor and the bun was really soft. Out of the chicken sandwiches I would rate it at #2 or 3 thats my opinion only.

Love this Wal-Mart they have everything I needed for my new home today including a Swiffer, an Aroma Diffuser, and a bunch of different scents for the diffuser. And they have a lot of food selections too.

I had the worst cashier who was so rude and she went and got a manager who was just as rude they laughed at me because the card machine wouldnt read my card and they just said bye! what happen to trying to help someone. i had to go find someone with some common sense to ring my stuff up at customer service after they put half my stuff up

If God permits I will be 70 in 3 years.Today I bought6 bags of heavy mulch guessing about 40lbs each.well,as I exited there was a tall stocky young man playing on his phone.He had on the vest so I showed him my reciept.i told him Id paid for 6 bags of mulch.i hoped hed offer to help me with the loading and unloading.He didnt and I didnt ask.The way I see it I should not have had to ask.As I walked on he continued to play with his phone.If I were Walmart,when I hired someone,I would make sure they knew if they liked their job they needed to actually work

I loved Walmart until i moved to Gaffney. Worst customer service, nothing is ever stocked. The manager whines about how everything is the customers fault. The pharmacy is even worse. Every time i used the pharmacy there was a problem and noone ever knows whats going on.

Its decent as far as Walmart is concerned. The lines are atrocious but the stock and staff are much better than boiling springs and hillcrest.

Dont care for Cheap Chinese made products.. Great costumer Service though.

Quickly found what I wanted, checked out at the front, out in a matter of minutes.

Very clean, newly remodeled rooms & if you do have a problem front desk sends somebody to fix the problem nearly before i was even able to hang the phone up from alerting them to a problem!! The only problem i have & its really not a problem cause they do tell you the check out time when you check in but they are pretty strict about the the check out time....BUT RULES ARE RULES & they did give me 10 min pass check out so see this was not a problem of theirs it is a problem of mine & I need to make sure i have A M SET ON ALARM INSTEAD OF PM!! LOL BUT I WILL GIVE THIS HOTEL A 5 STAR RATING!!! VERY CLEAN THATS IMPORTANT

Tuff to find some items because of diffrent layout but overall friendly service and fast checkout!

I must admit while living in Cowpens gives me a choice of 3 different Walmart super centers to shop from I find that Dorman center is frequently out of stock of items I often purchase and is a nightmare to get in and out of sometimes and the Hillcrest location can be a pain to get in and out of as well as poor parking. Gaffney while having its own problems is usually in stock and I can get in and out fairly easily.

Great place to shop all in one store

It was the latest I have went in years. Employees standing around talking and lots of pallets on every aisle. I bought $500+ worth of groceries and had to scan everything myself because I guess after a certain time it becomes your job to do their job. No crowd but be ready to do work if you get a good many items.

My internet is slow. Other than my low bps everything is OKAY.

Ordered coleman pool for $296.00...it was after 4 so I couldnt pick up same day and was told to expect message with time to pick up following day. I did receive message telling me that it would be ready for pick up after noon. So arranged to use my sons suv because I was afraid it wouldnt fit in the trunk of my car...at 11:45 the following day I received message stating that my order was canceled due to no stock. I went online and saw that there were 7 in stock but that the price was now $798.00 and shipping was $400.00 ...I contacted support and was told nothing could be done...sorry...I had already ordered pool floats and accessories!!! Dont Dirty by Walmart Gaffney! No ranchers offered...nothing!!!

Its downright stupid to have every self serve line open to ONLY CARD HOLDERS. While people with cash have to stand in long and I mean LONG LINESITS like saying if you dont have a bank account youre not smart enough to run a self serve line.

Happy they allow trucks to park & shop. Living on the road is difficult enough trying to find a good healthy meal.

Only had 1 register open and the young lady was ok but needed some customer service training.

Its usually been a good place, but recently they have a hard time keeping their shelves stocked. Last few visits havent been too promising, being that I cant find certain items, again and again.

Only a few things on my list they didnt have. Not too worried. The cashiers are friendly. The store is clean. The front bathroom could use a little more tending to or at least a little more often.

Serve their purpose. Would be perfect review but they can’t seem to match sign listed prices with their system. Require an override every time to not be overcharged. Still; they get a good review for having more helpful CSRs than those in Greenwood (who refused to honor advertised price and lied claiming they lack the ability to override erroneous prices 🙄)

Went in to pick up medicine. Read it with a friendly smile got my medicine and was on my way less than 30 minutes which I appreciate it

On Monday May 18 2021 at 6:18pm, my sister took her 2012 Honda Accord Crosstour to Gaffney, SC Walmart located at 165 Walton Drive, Gaffney, SC 29341 Store Number 00638, to have two new tires placed on her vehicle. While there the associates at the auto center took her car back and began to replace the tires. The associates informed my sister that due to the front tire conditions, they needed to replace the front two tires with the new tires. When the associate attempted to remove the front passenger tire, the associate broke two studs and lug nuts. The associate had already replaced the front driver tire prior to damaging the front passenger tire.The associate approached my 21 year old sister and told her the studs and lug nuts were already broken on the front passenger tire and he needed to place the second new tire on the rear driver tire. This was not true and my sister explained the studs and lug nuts were not broken prior to him attempting to remove the passenger front tire. The vehicle was used daily and inspected often since my sister commuted daily to Spartanburg for work and there were no issues with the front passenger tire until the associate attempted to remove it to replace it.The associate went on to replace the rear driver tire and refused to fix the broken studs and lug nuts that they broke. My father spoke with the associates and asked them to correct their wrong but they refused. My father asked the associates why didn’t they follow their own recommendation to place both new replacement tires on the rear axle. The associate stated the front tires needed to be replaced and the rear tires were okay. My father confronted the associate with Walmart’s recommendation which has a box checked stating they recommend both tires be placed on the rear axle when replacing only two tires. Again, the associates refused to correct their wrong.After nearly 30 minutes of trying to have Gaffney Walmart fix the damage they caused to my sisters vehicle, Walmart refused to corporate and accept responsibility for their actions. Now, two studs and two lug nuts are broken on my sisters front passenger tire, which is unsafe for her to drive back and forth to work and Walmart absolutely refuse to correct their wrong.My father would like walmart to accept responsibility and be held accountable for their wrong doing and unprofessional behavior. Attached is a copy of the work order and recommendation form. This is absolutely unacceptable and embarrassing and had the potential to place my sister in danger. Just so happen, my father noticed the new tires position on the vehicle and looked into why the tires were placed against Walmart’s own recommendations. If it wouldn’t have been for my fathers vigilance, we would not have even known the danger of the broken studs and lug nuts on the passenger front tire.

Adam the manager has the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. First time I called I was disconnected after he put me on hold and called back and I explained why I was upset and asked to talked to his gm and he said he couldnt tell me the gm schedule cause he doesnt know it. So the pump on the pool I just set up is broke and I have the extra warranty and still cant use and get no help from the manager told me to call other stores cause he cant check other stores inventory and see if I can exchange. Adam u work there u call!!!!!

I really like the Walmart Store in Kings Mountain, North Carolina because of the stores cleanliness, the ability to find groceries and supplies I need very quickly and most of all the great service and friendly help of the people who work there. When I spoke with the pharmacy personnel and found they could retrieve my flu, pneumonia and shingles injections history, I was able to get the current flu shot very early in the season. The pharmacy staff were the best, most caring and professional that I have encountered at any Walmart Store and because this store is close by, they will get my patronage from now on. If I had to give this store a grade point average for overall factors that one expects from a store offering goods and services such as theirs along with congeniality and professionalism, it would be AAA+.

The workers on the floor will run over you filling other customers orders that are picking up. They dont have the price scanners any longer and there is merchandise not priced. This Walmart store is not so nice any longer.

Every time I check out its not that bad

They had one checker. That was all. Everyone else had to self check out. Wal-Mart can do much better than this, if they only would. I bought 2 Lasko stand fans. I havent put them together yet, but the price was very good. I never go to Wal-Mart unless I really need to because of the checkout problem. Most everyone I know and talk to says the same thing.

I usually dont have an issue with Walmart because there a one stop shop but today I went and checked out $300+ in items and used EBT and I also had some cash items (paid $30 on credit card also)., Well I needed to remove one of my cash items and instead of just taking off 1 time she voided my whole order and it charged my snap card $300 and I have no groceries to show for then they said they will re-ring everything but I cant cuz I cant pay twice for groceries and still I have no pending refund on either of my cards. Two cashiers and 2 managers and no one could figure it out. Legendary incompetence smh, If I could give 0 stars I would. So now here I am on a fixed income with no groceries and a kid, thanks Walmart

I can always just about find what I need at Walmart. One item I could not find. But there was glass in the parking lot. Big pieces of broken jar. I told the cashier and she called someone. I was in the store for an hour and a half. When I came out the glass was still there. I had a small whisk broom and dustpan in my car. So I got it up myself. I pray no one got a flat tire from you. I left notes on the peoples car. Warning them about the glass.

The actual store is decent. The parking lot and ensuing chaos is not. Some major changes need to be done to the layout of the parking lot. Its like there are random stop signs here and there and arrows leading to nowhere. It really makes me not want to go to that particular store. Other than that, its meh.

Shopping at Wal-Mart is an experience in itself.
