The Michael Kors outlets do not carry the same styles in each stores. If a purse catches your eye, It probably wont last long because the discounts are reasonable and new styles come in on a consistent basis. I saw some really nice bags!I had a great experience during my visit.

At one time I hated it. Staff would call security because I was not wearing $50,000 Clothing. But tgats OKAY they got sued for selling items at FULL PRICE when they were suppose to be selling at discounted prices. And the security people were firedNow its different...Almost. I buy from Michael Kors because I want the real thing, not flea market counterfeits.

I love this outlet. They always have great prices. They also always have great deals. The service is very friendly and its family oriented. There’s a playground near this location.

I was greeted immediately by a friendly customer service associate who told me about the amazing sale that they were having. She also was happy to tell me the sales price of a handbag that I was instantly drawn to and I couldnt believe that I would be able to afford such a beautiful quality product from a name brand store at a factor outlet mall. If you want quality name brand handbags and accessories this is definitely where you want and need to go to get it.

I just want to let everyone know that I have been in several of the Michael Kors outlets this is by far the best one around! The manager and assistant manager were very aware of my needs along with the whole staff! They were friendly, helpful, courteous and by far well managed! I will never go back to Pigeon forge Tn again to purchase my purses! In fact I feel these girls should go teach them how to do business because they know there business! Thanks staff at Michael Kors I will see you again soon!

As a guy, I think I will likely NEVER understand womens infatuation with pocketbooks. (handbags, purses, whatever)This, In spite of my heyday being in the 80s. (The advent of the true Designer Age) But hey, I suppose such understanding will always elude me. Back then, They took an All American item, Blue Jeans lessened the quality (quantity & material thickness) deepened the color put fancy stitching on the rear end pockets, and the rest is history.Give me a good solid pair of Levis or Wranglers any day. Oh Well, I guess All that matters is that it makes my wife ( And the wives & girlfriends of others) happy, right? 😊For that? Yeah, Ill Dole out 4 stars.Even if I do find some of the designs range from questionable to outright Blechh 😬😳

It was a great experience for me I went there two weeks ago and I found all kinds of sales. The sales associates were great they help find all kinds of deals and very helpful with putting my outfits together the purses are still a little high in my opinion because I just personally like Coach and Vera Bradley when it comes to purses. But overall it was a great experience.

I buy my daughter a purse every year from this outlet and the service is always pleasant

The ladies here are always wonderful. Its expensive no doubt buy even tho I didnt purchase anything they are very friendly and know their products and will tell you about whatever sales promotion are currently going on.

Great store, but when I returned my gift 2 days after receiving it and went in when they opened, they couldnt give me the cash back (I purchased with cash) said they didnt have that kind of money that early and they would send me a check. The check took 6 weeks to process. I will switch to a different designer.

Actually had a great time shopping at this outlet shop. Store personnel were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I found a very nice bag at a great price and had fun bantering with the three ladies (one sales associate and two managers).

Love Michael Kors Products, not to crazy about a blond woman who is always working at the outlet in Gaffney. She is so PUSHY and OVERBEARING. Other sales associates greet you when you walk in and then let you shop. She insists on badgering all shoppers. No matter how many times you tell her you are fine and will let her know if you need anything she insists on following you around the store, Not sure if she is the manager or thinks you are going to steal something but today was the final straw. Even if you talk to another sales associate she interrupts to add her 2 cents. I have been trying to buy a wallet to match my purse for months now but every time I go in she is there and follows me around the store. I tried at 2 different times today when they first opened and later in the day. She refused to let me shop. I went to Kate Spade instead and bought a wallet and a new bag. I will not go into Michael Kors in Gaffney again thanks to one pushy annoying 40 something blond know it all that answers questions directed to others.

I was so excited and drove an hour to buy a new Michael Kors handbag for my birthday. The sales associates were horribly aggressive. They would not leave me alone. Everyone continously tried to push bags into my hand and wouldnt stop badgering me for even one minute. It was so bad that I couldnt wait to run as fast out of that store as I could possibly go. Its a shame really because I probably would have purchased something if I could have browsed at my own leisure. It felt like a used car lot! I agree with the other review in that the blonde was the worst.
