The customer service here was great! We found a buffet and a bar cabinet here for our dining room. When the men were loading them into our trunk, it was clear not everything was going to fit so they actually took the legs off a couch that we had just bought at another store to make it work! Also, the bar cabinet we purchased was still in box, and when we got home and opened it we discovered it was cracked in two places. I called and they had replacement parts shipped over quickly and were very easy to work with. Thank you!!

Don’t waste your time here - go to the crate and barrel outlet instead. Better value all around. Staff in PB outlet was non engaging, some items have been there for years. I’ve found better prices for brand new merchandise on the website or in store than in the outlet. Marked up to discount and make the same amount.

Great deals on furniture! And HUGE selection right now over 50% off for most things right now. Just bought a new couch and coffee table... Probably going to buy a love seat and end tables this week. Its just really hard to pass up such good deals on quality furniture.

Prices were high. Stock was sad. Used to be my go to place for bedding. Sadly, they had very little. Wont go back.

I’ve shopped here for several years and love the place. The prices are wonderful and the customer service is nothing less that excellent. I’ve read the reviews about complaints of associates not helping customers load stuff. It’s a well known Pottery Barn policy that associates are not allowed to load anything or they could loose their jobs. I’ve heard people complain about prices and about the company policy of wearing a mask. This is Pottery Barn, the craftsmanship and quality speaks for itself so no it’s not going to be cheap. And for customers that are rude and disrespectful to the employees for having to wear a mask .... well that’s just ignorant. Employees are there trying to earn a living. Loading your stuff & haggling about pricing is not their job. Please know the rules before you shop here because I’m also a customer and I don’t appreciate your whining when I’m trying to shop and check out.

One star experience. It was an unsuccessful shopping experience but even IF I found anything I would not have purchased from this store. My sister and I probably spent a total of 30 minutes in the store looking for furniture for a nursery. Not ONCE were we greeted. Shortly after we walked in (with no greeting), an elderly white couple was greeted... not once but twice. We were not asked if we needed help or thanked for shopping there. A lady even stared directly at as but didn’t ask how she could be of assistance. This business has lost a loyal shopper.

BEWARE BEWARE. ...purchased a drape here in their regular section. Told final sale....got home an hour away, opened the package to press tbe drape and there is a square faded mark in the middle of the drape the exact same size as the packaging with label. Its clearly where there was sunight damage to the package, yet ut was not sold as is at clearance price. Im out $$$$ bucks....and my 4 hours of time! Got pics to prove it.

I was sort of sceptical about going after reading some of the reviews written however Im really glad that I decided to come and see for myself. I went looking for a duvet cover and shams hoping for a better price than online. Yes, I had done my research beforehand and I got an excellent deal. Almost everything in the store was 50% off and the clearance boxes were 75% off. The employees in the store offered to help me find things if I needed help and when I told them I was just trying to decide which patterns I liked best they told me to take my time. The young woman at the check out counter was also nice, making sure that I signed up for the store events registry. This was an excellent shopping experience and I dont regret the 2 1/2 hour drive at all.

You can find some great deals but the staff is very unfriendly and non-helpful.

I was so excited to go to the outlet today. Only, after I came home, to find that I was priced gauged by Pottery Barn. After spending $400 in the store today, I came home looked to see online how much I saved on each item. I only realized that for each item i bought at the outlet was priced over 50% more than online price. Even with the 50% discount in store. And example is, I bought a pillow, online it was $12, in the store. At the outlet It was marked $36.50. I ended up paying $18.25 for that pillow at the outlet. I ended up spending six dollars more going to the outlet. After totaling up my total purchase and finding that every item that I had purchased was marked up between $10-to $75 more per each item. I bought a pillow cover. I ended up paying eighteen dollars and twenty five cents for that pillow at the outlet . I ended up spending six dollars more going to the outlet . After totaling up my total purchase and finding that every item that I had purchased was marked up between ten dollars - two seventy five dollars more per each item . I bought a 3 x 5 runner And thought it was a great deal and $125. Only to find, that online The rug was $176. In the store the Mark price on that same rug with $275. They increase the price by over $100. Even though, they are offering a 50% discount for Fourth of July, you are still being priced gouged. I didn’t notice many items were the same price as the Pottery Barn store. Shame on Pottery Barn! You will not be finding any bargains here. Everything is overpriced, overcharged, or remarked, and abusing their customers. Very sad day for Pottery Barn. I will never go back. I even bought a pillow case . It was damaged, and I called the store. They said it was a final sale and they were sorry. Time to boycott Pottery Barn!

Most things in the store are catalog returns so they may have minor imperfections or be open box - still worth the 90 minute trip for us! My friend got exactly what she was looking for at $200 off online PB price and customer service was very helpful when she had an issue in store. I am super impressed by the customer service at PB outlet. I live in the Charlotte area so not local. We were there yesterday and I was just reviewing my receipt and realized they charged me for 3 pillow covers when I only purchased two. I called and they were able to refund my card over the phone. Great customer service!! Thank you PB outlet! We will be back!

Love this place. Prices are much cheaper than the mall. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I have purchased most of my furniture from this location. Always good quality and live to look for those special finds/offers/clearance items.

Rude employees. No regards for medical and handicap exemptions. I will not come to this store again and definitely will be writing a complaint with the DOJ under the ADA.

Nice big store with great prices and selections. Staff could have been a little more helpful.

Horrible customer service. No one offered to help in any or the stores. Too busy chatting amongst themselves and hiding behind the check out counter. Maybe more attention should be given to service and less playing mask police.

Everything about this place rocks. We got our entire dining set here and love it.I wish they had a better third party shipping system like the Restoration Hardware outlet in Asheville. Otherwise, everything has been great here.

Very disappointed with what they had

Terrible customer service. Cindy left me on the phone for over 25 minutes over a simple question. I called back twice and was immediately put on hold before I could even state my name. Finally after calling back someone did pick up but did not even offer an apology. Not the way to treat your customers!

We was not happy at all with the staff. The guy who showed us a rug was extremely pushy and brcome very disrespectful when we did not see the exact same one we wanted online via someone place else. Save your time use AMAZON its same quality and better prices.

Just go to the regular store. The prices are basically the same and you get a better shopping experience.

I enjoy coming here every chance I get, who doesnt love a Pottery Barn outlet! The 4 star out of 5 rating is because of two things 1- the store is not set up to navigate with a cart or stroller very well and 2- the prices are still fairly high for an outlet. I usually have to dig for a deal and bring my rewards coupons!

I loved the wonderful selection of the Pottery Barn and the end tables were marvelous. Liked the cleanest of the store.
