Had the brand of mattress that I was looking for. Great sale. Low pressure salesperson. My only complaint, and I feel that’s too strong of a word, is finding out after I made my purchase, that my old base could not be hauled away with the old mattress. Thankfully, I was able to handle this without further expense.

I am extremely upset right now! We purchased one of your mattresses that we were told had been returned because it wasn’t the one the people had purchased. I was assured it would be sanitized before we received it. This mattress looks like it is 5 years old. One side has been pressed down & bows out. The mattress is filthy looks like someone slept on it without a cover or sheet. Water marks or should I say urine marks all over it. I can never sleep on this thing. I was told we couldn’t return it. We had procrastinated for over a year about buying a mattress because we are so very uninformed about mattress. In the past when it was a necessity we shopped and every mattress essentially felt the same to both of us. When we could not longer put it off....we trudged to Mattress Firm in Gaffney, SC. Regretfully we entered and were greeted by Melissa Lee...what a pleasant personality she had. Within minutes we were beginning to feel at ease. How well informed she was and easy it was to talk with her. She represents you well. She knows your products...answered our questions with confident and every so polite. Well....it we had know Melissa was in this store we most likely we would have replaced our worn out mattress a year ago. You are most fortunate to have her represent you.

I am a huge fan of mattress firm but this particular location is the best of the best!! Diederick is a pro. He not only set us up with an adjustable bed for a back injury, but he also fed us snacks and pop while we waited. We were in Gaffney, SC taking care of this purchase for my mom and had to collect the mattress and frame from the warehouse. Diederick called me and the warehouse the morning of pickup to clear our way. I hope I get to buy him a beer someday. Very good experience. The salesmen were good, the delivery men were good - clean, prompt, friendly - the products seem excellent. The mattress comes rolled up tightly, so it is airing itself out now. I even got a sale price! High recommendation!

The lady there was very helpful . The man stayed on his phone playing games .. here didnt offer to help me .. the lady did .. I also wanted some pillows that wasnt on the floor.. the man never offered to move to go help the lady get the pillows .. she ask him a question about a mattress she thought I would like ..because I ask about them .. he was rude to her with the answer ..what mattress are u talking about.. I had the money to buy the twin XL bed with adjustable frame .. but I choose not to because of how unprofessional the guy was.. the lady was very helpful .. Thanks to the Manager and assistant manager Chris, we were able to get the mattress that suited our needs and concerns of getting some finally good rest and sleep. They really were helpful. Although the music in the place was none existence. There was most definitely a nice calm, restful atmosphere. They went through different choices of beds and bed stands, so to that we can feel the difference. We made a decision and now we are enjoying our investment in our alsome bed. They did advise us of some different warranties to protect our investment. And believe it, we took the good advise without any pressure. They were not pushy, like a car sales men, and loved them for that. The delivery service was great, they were great respectable guys, they worn booties over their shoes, collected the old mattress and box spring. The mattress we choice was a Beauty rest black ice. It is wonderful and love it. Thank you so much. We already, let our family members know about our new bed and where we got.

We stopped in to see their selection of beds on our way to Spartinburg, the sales lady Pamela, said she would be with us shortly. She told us look around. When she came back to us a very short time later, she asked what we were looking for, she then showed us all our options. She was very knowledgeable about the mattresses she had.I told her I had an appointment the next day at a place in Spartinburg to see their selection. She said she could save me the trouble, she put together a package and we were happy, very happy.We had our beds delivered and the guys that installed them were professional and really clean. They were COVID aware, and safe.A top notch experience from the minute we entered the store. ThanksPS I went to Spartinburg the next day and they could not beat the deal we got. The purchase experience was great. The delivery...not so much! Theyll call the night before with a 2-hour delivery window. I dont have the privilege of being able to sit around and wait for this delivery to happen (Yes, I actually have a full time job that requires my presence on a daily basis so, no, I wasnt able to agree to delivery on a Tuesday or Wednesday). The 1st scheduled time came and went - I had to call the store, they didnt call me. I had someone waiting at my home for over 2 hours for a non-existent delivery. Now, I will have to wait over a week for delivery. I wish I owned a truck - I would have picked up my TWO MATTRESSES and accessories myself.I realize truck issues happen, but I should have a phone call first thing this morning to warn of a delay. I should NEVER HAVE HAD TO call the store - after all, last time I checked, I am the customer. I will recommend this store but warn people to choose pickup rather than delivery.
