We had our pantry redone with the Elfa system through the container store and its AMAZING!! We can fit so much more into our pantry but its so clean and organized you wouldnt know it! Its so easy to find everything we need and im not buying extra things because i cant find them in the pantry! The container Store was great to work with, there were no hiccups, the installation took less than 2 hours and the man who installed it was on time, explained the process and there was no mess to clean up after he left! I think my only complaint would be that you dont get a full picture of what the area will look like. You see a bunch of lines and the explain it but Im more of visual person and so that was a little nerve racking! In the end though, I would highly recommend the Elfa system and The Container Store!

Jonathan was my installer and he did a fabulous job. He was on time, notified me he would be early in fact. He was a great communicator along the way. The only thing I would change is trying a piece of clothing to adjust the rod height. He showed me how to change before he left but I am not strong enough to move the large sections. My closet caved in during the ice storm and reorganizing it has been a huge project. Jonathan made it so pretty I was inspired to continue the project. I may even leave the closet door off it is so nice.

They take the time to make suggestions and ensure I get exactly what I need. The quality of the product is fabulous and the end result is spectacular! I’d highly recommend Container Store!
