STAY AWAY! This is a garbage and “fake” company. I’m a contractor and was referred to them by a neighbor for granite. Used them on two jobs but the owner, Adam, is never seen and ignored requests to properly schedule the install so I could coordinate with the homeowners. Adam only responds by phone when he wants payment. He makes you deal with Ed, the front man, but he won’t talk to Ed either...On the last job, which resulted in me getting fired because of Adam, he told the customer she could pick out her slabs. There was no stone yard like he mentioned. That’s because he uses samples of nice granite then turns around and pushes prefabs from China on everyone! You don’t even get what you pay for because they are ripping people off. My client read right through the BS and sent us on our way...and I’m glad she did because it confirmed their shady business tactics.The worst part is I had to give my $7k deposit back to the homeowner being an honest contractor, but Adam is refusing to give me my $3200 and ignoring all requests. No work was ever done and the material was never paid for.

I asked for a quote for cabinets. They asked for my phone number and email. They gave me a quote with no details, not one single measurement or anything. I asked them to please provide the necessary details. They never got back to me. Then months later I start getting calls from them asking if I’m still interested. I asked them not to call back. They continue to call on a regular basis, I had to add their phone number to my address book so I can recognize it and not pick it up.

Excellent work! I would like to highly recommend your fabrication services to anyone in the area. The product I got from this contractor was a custom-tailored addition that perfectly fit when installing it. The end results were outstanding!

I would leave negative stars if I could. The real company name is US Flooring Factory and there’s a reason they have an “F” rating with the BBB. They stole over $3000 from us and refuse to communicate further. They must enjoy spending time in court according to other non-fake reviewers. ADAM...that name seems to come up quite a bit...

Horrible service, communication, and product installation! Several cabinets were installed incorrectly and others have scratches all over them. They argued with me about the quartzite I chose and tried to have me settle for the wrong colors. We have been in our home for less than a month, and I have had to hire someone to come do repairs already! My dish towel drawer front fell off into my hand a couple of days ago when I went to open it! I contacted the owner yesterday, and I never received the promised return call! Our cabinets were the absolute most frustrating part of building our home. I would NEVER recommend this company!

They are the worst place to call a business, Adam is a bad owner or manager, cause to him the owner is in with OBama why would a buissness owner say that, there is no reason to bring political opinions in your business, just do your job I payed for !! Learned a lesson, and my granite cracked, he said so!!!! Bad Buissness!! And they drove threw my yard after rain!!!!

I called US Flooring in Friendswood on November 17, 2016 to come to my home to give me an estimate for granite countertops in my kitchen. Spoke with Don, the salesman, and he came out the same day. I signed a contract and installation started the next day. I was told that the installers would start the next morning. Installers didnt show up until 11 the next day. They left at 4:30 and said that they would return the next morning. I was leaving to go out of town for the week of Thanksgiving that morning and didnt return until the following Sunday. I came home to find that they had installed 2 different types of granite. All of the seams were rough and chipped. One of the pieces of granite had been cut too short leaving a large gap between the wall and countertop. The installers had hit the wall with a piece of granite leaving a hole in the new sheetrock. Some of the bullnose had not been buffed which left it dull. Another piece of granite had been misaligned with the piece of granite next to it which caused it to protrude. The installers placed our glass cooktop back in place on the countertop neglecting to align it with the exhaust vent. The weight of the cooktop crushed the vent preventing the cooktop from being used until the vent was replaced. I called Don when I returned on November 27, 2016 to tell him about the horrible job. He said that he would have someone come out to take a look at the granite. He was unable to come by because he was out of town. He had me take pictures and forward them to the company. I made several phone calls the following week to only be told that someone would be out. Kimberly finally came out on December 2nd, took pictures and said that Adam-the owner, would get in touch with the installers and have them come back out and fix the problems. Installer came out the following week and told us that he knew that he had messed up the granite and he would try to get to it soon. In 3 days it will be a month since the granite was installed. We have not been able to install backsplash because of the poor installation of the granite. Obviously, in my opinion, this would not be a company that I would recommend to anyone for the installation of granite. The only reason that I gave this company 1 star is because it will not post without.

Service and materials are pretty good, its a good contractor!

They will not even call you back or respond to your texts about quotes after they tell you to send photos. If they cant even do that then I would not trust them to do anything that would cost me money. RUN
