So we were at our local walmart and we where treated really rudely toward these deals. That werent deals because of mistakes we didnt make but there associates made but were made to feel like it was our fault that we should have known that they were mistakes made by there associates also they have an honoring system if its theyre fault they need to honor it. This woman Dianna was a nightmare to deal with acting like we did something wrong like we put these items in these places when obviously it wasnt us.

Wait to Ed 15 minutes in self check out line only to be told card only after getting to the front of the line than had to wait another 20 in the regular check out line when ask to speak with a manager or at least he said he was the manager I ask if they could open a few more registers he said not there where short staffed myself and others ask him why there where 4 employees in self check out and only 3 register s open he said well you could apply and your friends and maybe we wouldnt be short staff very unprofessional total 5 employees in same area doing nothing when I was waiting in line I called into store and spoke with the real manager but he seemed uninterested and un willing to help I watched at least 4 people walk out leaving carts full needless to say I will be stopping at Target from now on . The few extra cents between the two store is worth it because I dont have to wait 50 minutes in 2 lines . Self check out is a joke if I wanted to work at Walmart I would

Took 25 minutes for someone bring pick-up order to my vehicle after I checked in. I was the ONLY vehicle waiting.Went into store to look and purchase a television, nobody was in Electronics. 4 - 5 others waiting for assistance. Had to call the store and ask if anyone works in that department. Waited over 20 minutes.

I went to Walmart to pick up groceries I hadnt been shopping for a long time. I was worried about the shelves being empty because of all the stuff about the ships not being able to unload. I was pleasantly surprised the shelves werent empty. Thanks Walmart!!!!

Well its cool beans.. I mean the one thats closest to my house never ever had anything, employees are rude....However this location it is cool beans.... they had product on their shelves, people are nice and helpful...

I do not understand why Walmarts always have their products in the wrong place. I can never trust what I buy without matching it 100% with the shelf tag. I understand that customers put things back in the wrong place but this is more than that, this is a whole shelf of the incorrect products.

This is a good store as far as product availability and cleanliness. Service is good most of the time. There can be a scetchy crowd in that area sometimes.

Disgusting bathroom, told associate who said staff would deal with it and walked in other direction. never seen so much vomit on a floor.

I did a curbside pick up and all of my items were given to car spot 3 including the persons own order and I waited for an hour with no items. All I have to say is when people are spending that type of money and with Covid-19 your employee Demetrius should be making sure they are properly given the right orders to the right cars. I’m beyond disappointed and then manager Brittany had the nerves to say my order was dispensed meaning I already received the items and after I clearly explained her associate messed up and he acknowledged he did she wanted to then apologize and try to give a $25 gift card. That’s not enough after being lied to and on then after the employee himself knew he messed them the manager wanted to take accountability. Walmart needs to get it together but I’ll be calling corporate as we speak.

I went for two specific items. They had the training potty I have been shopping around for in stock, highlight of my day. But they were out of stock of the new Stephen King book so my Walmart shopping mission was only half completed. The line for self checkouts was long, seemed to take forever. The greeters were friendly and the store was clean. Pretty standard Walmart.

Had everything we needed. Staff was polite. Unfortunately spent a lot of time in the check out line.

Its Wal-Mart, not enough personnel , always trying to chase someone down it seems. Shelves were stocked well qnd prices clearly marked. Ill go back.

They must have been waxing the floors or something as things were moved around and some stuff was not accessible. Went looking for a luggage duffle bag and the shelf for luggage was bare which is understandable for the time of year. Cashier was quick with getting us through the line.

My experience at Wal-Mart super center is always great only there are times that Ive gone in there for one thing the most and they were out of it and that was my collard greens lol however lately they have been better stocked with them. Thank you Wal-Mart.💯😍

No Handicap Carts every time I shop there. So I bring my business to Cub. Where they have plenty of carts for handicap.

Was on hold for 10 minutes to speak with guest services, someone answered then immediately hung up on me. I then called back, was screamed at and told me if I left a debit card in the store to talk with the pharmacy because theres nothing they can do about it.The pharmacy obviously was unable to help because it would make no sense that they would handle lost items.

This store is kept nice and clean and the shelves are always restocked.

Worst customer service ever! Litterly waited over 30 mins for any employees to help with futon box and had to drag it to the front! After check out someone finally offer a dolly to transport it to my vehicle

Place had a bad curb appeal bruh this place has so much traffic. The shelves stay empty.

Only had three registers opened with lines of people at each. I went to use the self checkout and only had cash. I had already bagged up my items. Went to go and turn around to head back to the registers. Employee freaked and told me that the items need to come out of the bags because of the cameras. She started taking the items out. Why is it that every Walmart treats you like a thief? I only shopped here for my workplace. I would never step into a Walmart on my own time.

This Wal-Mart is getting dirtier everytime I go. Since the pandemic, I havent been going out much, except for essentials. Today I went to refill water with their primo water station. It was gross and had dead bugs on the machine. Looks like it hasnt been cleaned or sanitized in a month or so. Last time the machine had maintenance done was on 08/03 according to the sticker. Also, their associates they hire (not all) have no customer service skills or are rude. When I said, excuse me 2 times to an associate trying to ask for assistance, from a guy named Arthur today, he stopped, looked at me, turned around and walked away. I was baffled. My kids stood there with me speechless and in shock. With the pandemic, my kids are already fearful with how people treat each other and today was another incident they witnessed that will most likely stay with them. How saddening. Wal-Mart should ensure employees are being trained with service skills. I will be avoiding this location most definitely.

I had an employer at a bar/ restaurant tell me that I was moving too slow. I hope she never comes to eat at this place! I have never in my life seen wait staff move that slowly. To the point where they went backwards. Maybe it they had a SUPER BUSY MORNING. Ill give them that. But it is still no excuse for the restaurant to be less than half capacity, and every single table was dirty. Some with dishes on them, some no. My forearms stuck to the table. The coupons I was looking at stuck to the table and were not usable after that. The food was ok. I was told that basted was not an option for my eggs. Whaaaaaat? In what world? Maybe they dont pay very well there. I dont know. But we will not be going back to eat there. I do have to say tho, the clientele didnt seem to mind at all about the snails working there. Could it just be me and my companion? Nah. I think not.

Some Walmarts are really nice. This isnt one of those. Shelves are frequently unorganized or messy, and its hard to find what youre looking for or match the pricetag to the item you found.

Better than average Walmarts for cleanliness... plus they had mixed hugs/kisses, which is exactly what I was looking for! I hardly go to Walmarts, but this one is definitely one of the better ones in the twin cities.

Ok as Walmart goes this trip wasnt bad. Aside from a drug deal in the parking lot the rest of the place wasnt bad. It wasnt as messy as most.

If you want groceries🛒= Go to Cub Foods. If youre shopping for various house items walmarts a safe bet.

It was bad first I went in to your woman rest room in the evening and it was horrible dirty and no tiolet paper all over the floor the towels all over couldnt wipe your hands then the lady the check me out was rude and I was just saying about the virus that bathroom should be clean .she the woman was rude to me and that was wrong. And I seen meat on shelf and store is not clean anymore and I call the corporate and no one call me back. How sad no one care anymore . Not going back to your walmart and the woman that was waiting on me also was wearing rubber gloves and she not changing her gloves when checking each person out thats not great .

I was disappointed that they had ran out of luggage choices, literally only 2 different brands and 3 luggages left total.Any rate I purchased a pink suitcase for 89.00 and it works effectively, I am not sure if the product was overpriced

The Deli, is loaded with fresh sandwiches and food items, especially lunch favorites like chicken salad sandwiches, and wraps are awesome.

Ordered a cake but they called me back 4 days before the event and told me that their designer is gone. But I did get my refund later on.

Received my Covid vaccine here. 8am appointment. Arrived to find a huge line of people waiting. Man in line said he had already been waiting half hour. I didnt get my shot until 9:15. An hour plus late. No sorry or reason given. They were completely unorganized and had no idea who was up next. Better make sure you have a few free hours to kill before making an appointment here.

Very rude workers......I had employees going fast thru isles with a huge metal one and not move over or say excuse me ...and Ive had a few ladies at different times say they dont speak my English ,sorry and walk away ..ok so no help for me today..you all need help.

One of the cleaner stores that I’ve been to in the Twin Cities. Employees are friendly, helpful and much quicker to check you out then at several other locations. Drive out of my way to go to the store.

The 1st Wal-Mart we went to, had no Cold cuts, because their coolers were down, We then drove to another WalMart and their Deli was closed, store open but Deli Closed! We ended up going to a local Cub Foods for the sliced cold cuts we wanted! Very dissapointed!

Simply outstanding, there were no empty shelves and abundance of everything.

They were well stocked in alot of items that still can be kinda hard to find. (CLOROX BRAND) That was nice to see!!! Staff members were helpful and kind and knowledgeable as well.

This walmarts bathroom is absolutely disgusting every day. I work inside there at subway & I use the bathroom frequently. This is what I ALWAYS walk in to.

I rated the storm with the five star but if we went by visits to the store I would have given it a zero.Primarily we were looking for a certain part of Walmart and we stopped and associate Blue jacket the whole the whole thing she was now her response to my husband almost made maybe decide not to shop at Walmart its simply she simply said we said maam can you show us where such and such and such is her response to us was Im sorry but Im off work and I cant help you the only thing that saves her butt the stores rep was that she at least that Im sorry inappropriate but it was out there now I know everybodys quick to pass on its not my job its not my thing you need to see somebody else but when youre shopping looking for one item the last thing you expect is to have a store associate say Im sorry Im off work its not acceptable.

Fridley Walmart has a friendly staff, is pleasant to shop at, and Im pleased with the product selection.

Probably one of the worst locations Ive ever been to. Dirty store & lot, bare shelves, & of course only a couple registrars open despite the long check out lines. YIKES!

Pretty disappointing that not only were they letting people shop inside without wearing masks, or wearing masks improperly but there were also a few employees that weren’t adhering to proper masking as well. The person who was handing out carts had his mask down around his chin, the person standing by the cart wipes was only wearing a face shield (which is not a proper substitute for a mask) and many of the employees stocking shelves either had loose fitting masks which were falling off or masks not covering their nose. Only reason why this location is getting two stars instead of one is because they had the locks that I needed that the location I typically go to didn’t.

Wish they had upgraded this into a super Walmart. The single entrance side gets a bit hectic during busy hours.

Do you honestly think any good is coming out of double bagging every thing? I bought a bunch of stuff including a loaf of bread, the cashier put the bread in a bag by itself and double bagged the loaf of bread. Get better bags so as to not waste so much plastic and for the cost per bag probably paying double just by double bagging.

Needed more registers opened either with someone working them or the self serve ones opened. Had all I needed thank you!!

Prices are good. They did not have the paper towels stocked. The cashier was very pleasant.
