Staff was useless and clueless! Drove to the store to pick up a few items that the website stated they had in stock. When I asked the workers they seemed confused and acted like they never seen those items before… I asked for them to check another location so I can get same day delivery and they said “ I don’t think we do that here” when the website states they do. It would be nice if staff was trained on product knowledge

Lots of boot choices but not what I was looking to try. Must have been short staffed when we stopped because nobody moved from behind the cashiers counter to even try to help us.

Very nice selection of more than just boots I would recommend this place.5 stars no problem if they get more wide sizes..I went back last Thursday evening, got there at 7 knowing they close at 9 just to find signs saying that they were closing early (7)Friday and Saturday... not happy after driving about 30 miles one way for what just became No Reason

Got in at 6:15 pm they close at 7 , Tammi helped me pick a shirt and two pairs of pants and a pair of boots, she was very helpful and awesome , Thank you!

We love this store! Husband bought new cowboy boots, a belt and 3 shirts. He also bought me a nice ring as an anniversary gift.

Hands down the best customer service experience while visiting this location. Derek was incredible. He worked with my daughter and I to ensure we found all of the items we were looking for. He took the time to understand our needs, reviewed the proper care for our items and answers our questions. We will definitely be going back.

They just changed their hours to open earlier at 9am instead of 11am (except Sunday is still 11am).

Good selection. Customer service has dropped a bit since I was last there. I was in the store 30 minutes before I was asked if I needed help and they werent that busy.

Being a stock holder I expect the best from the boot barn stores. This one never lets me down.

9/19/20 4pm Pretty close to one of the worse customer service experiences ever. Picking up a online order. Lady walked up arms crossed looking like she was not interested in helping anyone. There was a man that walked in right before me. Did not greet either of us. I had to approach her for help while standing by the front desk. Informed her I had a online order. Ask my name gave me my boots had me sign then walked away. Zero interest in customer service.

Tonight at 5pm, the manager Barbara (with the messy makeup) REFUSED to give me a return at Fridley Boot Barn. Barbara told me I had to go back to the Mall of America where I bought it, she cant do debit card returns. I said, thats not right... There should be someone who knows how to do the return, is there a manager? She said i AM the manager! I said, maybe she (pointing to the blonde cashier) can help with a return? Barbara said, NO Im the only one who does returns. Extremely rude to me and my husband, we are latinos and cant believe they refused us service due to racism. 😔 😞 I called the MOA boot barn & spoke to shawna who said of course you can purchase & return merchandise to any Boot Barn location... Shawna even offered to walk Barbara through the process via phone (if i want to go back there)

Dissapointed in the selection of boots for men and womens.

Wanted to try on a pair of pants dressing room was locked. Only one sales person she never followed up on me. So I left.
