Bought carpet and had it installed last May and it already needs to be replaced - the carpet is absolute junk (I did not buy bottom grade carpet either). I called Sherwin to find out if they would warranty it and they would not budge on their 1 year warranty policy. Very unfortunate I waited this long to call and ask them about a warranty. Im not usually a complainer, but when you spend that much on flooring you would expect it to last more than 15 months. I even tried having the carpets cleaned hoping it would bring some life back into it and the carpet cleaning company even told me I should look at buying new carpet - he was shocked when I told him I already did and this is apparently how long it lasts. I will not be buying from Sherwin again!
