We love our new carpet! Ron walked us through picking out our carpet and gave us recommendations on the pad for the stairs and basement flooring. Everyone comments on how soft it feels and how nice it looks. We couldnt be happier. Ron was so easy and flexible to work with, and patiently waited until we did our part of our project. The day of install was great, got it installed in a day. We did get other bids and the price came in better than a flooring store we checked out. We recommend them to everyone thinking of flooring.

We just had our whole upstairs and lower level re-carpeted in preparation for selling. Ron did our estimate. He was great with my young kids being interested in what he was doing, and occasionally being in his way. My husband decided to tear out the old carpet to save on cost. Ron did not seem bothered in the least that we were taking that work out of the job. He even offered suggestions on how to make the rip out of glued down carpet easier for us, and was prompt and friendly in replying to my questions. We have been very satisfied at every step of this process, and the new carpet looks great.

The Performance Floor Covering crew prepped our basement concrete floor (after a pipe under the concrete was replaced) and installed vinyl in the laundry area. They also layed new carpet down the stairs and the rest of the basement. Upstairs they replaced the vinyl and subfloor in the bathroom and did a fantastic job! I called for an estimate and ended up talking to a guy on a cellphone that was so garbled I dont know if his name was Rod, Ron, or Rob. I could hardly understand him it was so garbled. I asked him if I could call him or anyone at the office on a land line and he said, this is a working company and Im on a job right now. Well Rod, Ron, or Rob (or whatever your name is)...I guess Ill have Jerrys Floor Store in Spring Lake Park install my hardwood flooring.
