Stopped in on Labor Day without an appointment to have my front end aligned. They did the job, and when I left I noticed it was still pulling to left. Not trying to be one of THOSE customers, brought it back in. They took the time to analyze the issue and figured out the issue which was tires on front. We rotated the front tires and it drives strait as a arrow. Thanks to the crew for taking the extra time to figure it out even though the issue wasnt there fault. Highly recommend these guys, and gals if there are any that work there! Will be back when its time for tires.

Second Big O I have been to in the past couple weeks and they both were horrible. Had an appointment to wait for tires. Was told it would probably be a two hour wait. Then the tires they said they had in stock on the web site arent available anymore. The cheapest ones they had were almost twice as much. It feels very Bait and Switch to me. I will never go to Big O Tires again.

Pros: Service was speedy and done well and backed by a warranty.Cons: The parts were marked up over 100% so we were gouged. Employees also told us that work needed to be done on the transmission when in fact it did NOT as it had just been done previously. When confronted with this another employee stated oh we just say that based on the mileage nothing is actually wrong. Also the employee was not wearing his mask when I picked up the car inside the building.Listen to your customer. If they say I have one issue and I need that fixed focus on that. If you dont mind overpaying then come on down otherwise find another place for your car repairs.

I decided to try your services for an oil change because I had a coupon that was in the news paper. When I presented the coupon I was told the coupon could not be honored because the prices of material had gone up. While waiting, the man helping me came out, with an estimate, and told me I had a bad tie rod on the right side. The estimate was $572.00. I declined the service. I took my car to the shop I have used for over 20 years. Yes, the tie rod was bad on the outer right side. I had the tie rods on the outer sides both sides done for $390.00. I don’t know if it was just that employee who thought he had an easy mark because I am a woman or if this is a common practice at the Fridley location. I have never before paid $75.00 for an oil change. I do know I will never frequent your company again. Also, I work for a company with almost 300 employees and I have shared my experience with your company. The only reason you got one star is because I could not leave it blank.

So where do I start...I started going to Big o Tires Fridley location for 2 years now. My mom moved close to this location, within walking distance and I was a delivery driver so I figured this would be the perfect relationship since I could drop my car off and walk to my moms. At the beginning of this year I was hearing a rumPatronize Patronizeble when I drove. They looked at it and stated I needed new tires. When my tires had tread and looked perfect but I chopped it up and got new tires because I have to be safe with all the driving I do. Not even a week later I was back in there because the sound never went away. Then they stated the right and left caliper had to be replaced which totalled $873! Again I had this fixed immediately charged it on my credit card because I need to be safe on the road. I told them then I never needed tires and they just gave me a blank stare. So when the mechanic was done with the caliper he tells me I need something else done so I might here some rumbling after a while. Im like how I just paid $873! Anyway, a month later I was looking under my hood with my uncle looking at the ac but he goes to the other side and says some cord was disconnected. We plug it back up and he says if it starts acting up then unplug it. It never acted up but heres the thing I have a 2005 Toyota highlander. It was one of the cylinders disconnected but I just got all cylinders fixed, I was running on 4 cylinders for 2 1/2 years! So most recently on 9/15 I primarily go there to get my tires rotated again because Im on the road so much and I got a warranty when I bought the tires of course. I also took a picture of my engine to see if anything magical came disconnected again. I also got a oil change just because that day just so they would go under the hood. So when I get my vehicle I look under the engine seems fine from the picture I took then I look at the tires. They did not rotate them! I had a yellow mark on my passenger tire and it was still in the same place. I looked on my reciept and thought maybe they didnt itemize it because they didnt do it it shouldnt be on the reciept, but tire rotation was on the reciept! I went there the next day and asked why would you say you did something when you clearly did not. He told me oh they didnt rotate them because... I didnt even let him finish I was so livid because that was the main reason I went this time and it was on the invoice so there was absolutely no excuse for it not being done. Especially when I recieved no call or when I came picked up my vehicle nobody said we didnt rotate tires for any reason. Im a black women and I have no time to be treated unfairly. I have multiple receipts from Big o tires and I wish I could upload them to show how much money I have spent with them and it seems like the just keep screwing me over. I will never

Customer service is poor at best. I originally ordered tires and install at the Brooklyn center location And I used a rideshare app for the day. I got a call at 11 am and they don’t have my tires in stock anywhere although after the confirmation e mail I called to confirm they had them the day before. Had to choose over the phone tires I do t care for for more than I planned to spend even with $10 off a tire. After 2k miles a tire blew on the highway I called Scott at the Fridley location to replace it asked for the same discount I had previously over the phone and scheduled a day to drop it off when I dropped it off I wrote in again asking for the discount previously given and got the work done paid the bill and during my monthly expense audit notice NO DISCOUNT from Scott, also notice that there was a 25$ off 100$ or more coupon on the receipt from the original install... I wouldn’t have minded if I didn’t ask twice and the tire had 2k miles on it blew out on 250 of 300 mile trip and Scott insinuated that it was stabbed maliciously by asking if I had any enemies and I don’t it’s pretty sad I wasn’t even offered a discount on nearly new tires and even when I asked he didn’t give one I’ll be using a different tire supplier from now on thanks Scott!

Went to get my tires swap out for winter. I was very satisfied. Bill the store manager was very professional and pleasant. Completed the swap and called me informing me of the other repairs he recommend.. unlike other shops he did not pressure me..

Great shop with a friendly attitude towards customers, which I like. I’m a fairly easygoing person and I could’ve easily rated their service much lower if not for the last part of my service here. It took them over a month to order my tires and get them shipped to their location since they didn’t have them in stock. Apparently their was confusion on their end about my tires and I had to call multiple times to ask about when they would get them in stock and they couldn’t seem to give me a solid answer. Finally I called one last time and I planned to cancel my order but luckily they finally promised me that I would get my tires shipped and put on the following day. I believe I spoke to the district manager who finally got everything sorted out after much effort. The appointment itself took longer than they said to install the tires but by that point I didn’t care since I finally got my appointment. Overall, I would recommend them but hopefully next time the process goes much easier.

First time I went to this store, got an oil change on my truck without waiting. Nice. Got quotes for new tires competitive pricing. They need to fix the pot hole in the parking lot. That could wreck tires or bend a rim.

Well, if you have to drop a bunch of $$ on a car repair, you should probably do it here. These guys have kept my ancient Saturn running for like 5 years now, plus the usual oil changes and tires and new wipers and so on. Good people, great work.

The team did a great job fixing my car. They stayed an hour after closing to make sure that everything was fixed and running in tip top shape. Cant thank then enough. Sean and John were awesome.

Great service! Came back from vacation to a flat tire. Brought the tire to Big andO Tires after a quick Google search. They found a nail and repaired it immediately and with great customer service. Made a bad situation not quite so bad!

Went 1 time (last Winter). Excellent customer service! Dude was nice, I didnt need (politely still tried to sell it) tires balanced or anything resulting from our conversation that I just had snow and ice on inside of the rim (Im new to the North & the weather).AND they also had a mechanic put the car up on the lift, have a spare plastic fastener to secure a plastic piece hanging from the bottom of the car. Ill be in there this summer, my tires are getting towards the end.

Walking into the store, I was greeted by a lady who was very kind and super helpful. Also, it was nice coming into a space that was so clean and accommodating as I waited for my tires to be changed. Most auto shops will pressure me into getting unnecessary work done on my car, but here I felt at ease. I was able to relax and not feel as if I was the worst person in the world for not treating my car like its worth a million dollars. Dont get me wrong, I love and care about my car; but some places will charge ridiculous prices. It was super easy to schedule an appointment, and Im glad I did!

We called Big O at 5:30 PM on Labor Day. Sean, who was holding down the fort on his own, answered the phone. We had a flat tire that needed patching and several security lug nuts that needed removal (inherited car). Sean said to come on down. He took all of our information, patiently answered our questions, and remained friendly and professional despite it being closing time on a holiday that everyone else had off.To top it off, he got the tire patched and the security nuts removed and replaced by 10 AM the next day. And you know what he charged us for this? Nothing. Well be back next time we need tires. Thank you Sean! I really hope Im spelling your name right.

Never going to go here again! They dont update their websites. They take forever to put on tires. They dont have the tire you need even though you told them what you needed when you made the appointment. Ugh!

Very happy with my experience. Took my car in with a flat tire, and they had it fixed within about an hour. Service was quick and affordable and the people working there were wonderful.

Great employees at the Arden Hills and Fridley location. Shops are clean and nice waiting areas. The reason why I had to give it a low score was that I had a bad experience with getting a replacement tire. First shop ordered the tire but did not have the equipment to mount it. Sent me to their other location, but turns out they couldnt mount it as well. Had to drive back and forth on a already bad tire, which is why the low star rating.

It’s 2020.... who doesn’t price match?? This place doesn’t. On top of that, they’re prices are easily beaten almost anywhere else.

I started going to this location about 20 years ago. It was first Goodyear, loved them. Second was NBT, still good. Now, Big O was great at first, but lately are inadequately staffed. I just spent $137 for a undiagnosed, diagnostic. These guys are nice enough to work with and they did throw in the oil change. We decided to move our service to a shop that offers employee discounts through my spouses job.

I like how personal the guys were, easy to talk. They gave me the discount for my oil change after I mention the online coupon so that was nice. They were wiling to work with my schedule to help me as fast as possible.

Have been to another location in the past with wonderful service so I figured I could go back to the same company just a different location and get the same service. I was wrong. Not only did they charge me twice as much for an oil change than their other location, the guy gave me a list of stuff that was wrong quoting $900 and was joking and laughing at me when I said I just needed the oil change for now. He laughed a bunch when he told me he was going to use my oils as an example and acted as if I was stupid.Will not be returning. Havent paid $50 for an oil change on an 06 car, ever before.

Good service pricing and convenient location led me to 2 visits to the Brooklyn Center store, both of which took twice as long as the same service I have gotten at Firestone and Samaritan. I gave the Fridley store a try, in case the issue was just with the first shop. Fridley was worse - even with an appointment, my oil change and snow tire remounting took 2-1/2 hours. Apparently, Big Os service model puts the customers time at the bottom of the list. Its time for me to give up on Big O.

Big shout out to Bob and crew at Big O Tires. I was in a jam and drove in during a snowstorm with a flat tire. They didnt have the tire I needed but quickly put on my spare and helped me to track down the tire I needed. Customer service top notch!!!!

Took my car in for Spring tires swap and car alignment. The service really quick and just when I need before my trip.

Amazing location. I had gotten my wheels/tires changed and came in for an alignment because I thought youre always supposed to do that after a change. Serviceman took my car for a ride, and came back to say I didnt need an alignment. They didnt even charge me for wasting their time. I will try to visit this location more frequently for all my service needs!

The worse service ever!! We had an appointment at 10:00 am and we finally have our car back at 3:30 pm. They have to call twice for parts and waiting and waiting.. We definely not coming back. the store is not the same with out Dennis. The quality of service has lower from 10 to 0.

About 1-2 pm Friday the rear Brake line broke right by Big O went in to get an estimate, needed the Dodge quickly for work starting early Sunday morning. If they couldnt do it I needed to know. Sean Hanley said theyd get back with an estimate between 3 and 4pm, said they could do by Sat. afternoon. I call at 5:45pm Friday asking about the brake line fix estimate, said would be fixed Sunday by noon wouldnt have estimate until Sat a.m.. Did get a call Sat 9am did have estimate $710 wasnt specific about what was going to be done. Suggested fixing other lines and things as a precaution $ 300 more, I wanted bare bones fix, this is a 2000 Dodge, would get back. By 9:30am I did get back to have them do the $710 fix. Got a call that just as the mechanic expected the other work he wanted to do had broke and now he had to do that work for about $300.00 more and would be completed Sat afternoon. Did pick up after 4 pm.. The billing was unbelievable the parts cost, crazy labor and I questioned. Like the one F Bleeder Screw NAP 6751565 was charged $ 34.16. The total billing went the same way. I did not order or was told of the Brake Fluid Exchange cost. Mechanic cost of $ 135 an hour is way out of line I did have the front brake line replaced, with all the add on parts and liquids at Midas Muffler and Break in 2012 for $ 122. I feel that I was charged for work that did not need to make my Dodge whole again. The mechanic wanted to do more work which I declined, strange as it might seem, the exact parts he wanted to replace broke on the test run and had to be replaced, hence my $ 1000 bill. As a big surprise Sat I received via email a coupon for $50.00 off which I used. All the drama with not getting an estimate on Friday afternoon as promised by Hanley. Having to call at 5:45 not being able get the estimate until Sat morning then about noon the $300 bump up when the Dodge should have been ready, to call this a crooked situation, less than truthful, deceptive, Im not sure but my experience with Big 0 Tires I wouldnt bestow on anyone it was really, really bad. If you want something done right, this is the place to go. Levi was awesome! Friendly and very knowledgeable. I previously went to meineke in Columbia heights, and they put new tires on my vehicle. Well, after that I had vibration problems so I brought it back. They said it was a balancing issue and said they fixed it. Well, they didnt. So I came here to get an oil change and see if they knew what was going on. It was indeed a balancing issue. Three of the tires were off balance and the fourth didnt even have any weights on it. So, this is the reason why I will continue to bring my vehicle to BigOTires from now on. Thanks guys.

After having an appointment at the St. Paul location, waiting in the rain, and no one was there (I was told to drop the car off at 9am, I was there at 9... and again at 9:40), we called the Fridley location to ask if they are open that day (it was Memorial Day). They guys at the Fridley location added us into their schedule that day and took care of my car! It was even cheaper than what the St. Paul location quoted me. Would definitely return to Fridley, they were amazing!

Very helpful and stayed to help fix a flat. They even checked the other tires to make sure we were safe to drive.

I brought my car in because the check engine light was on. The diagnostic was estimated to be $125. They found a simple problem (a loose hose) and fixed it. I was able to speak to the mechanic who did the work (very few places let you do that, and it was important to me). Even better, when it came time to settle the bill, they only charged me $41, because the problem only took 20 minutes to solve, rather than the hour originally estimated. I appreciated the honesty--I would never have known the time involved, and was pleasantly surprised. Will I bring my car in again? You bet.

Had a previous good experience here on my wifes car so chose the fridley location for my car. Made an appointment Friday for Sunday at 10 am. When I walked in the man at the counter didnt know what tire I requested so when he looked it up and said he would have to order it, i presume that should have been done Friday so it was ready. He told me he could get them from the crystal location, again shouldnt this have been done in preparation for my appointment. I had things lined up for the day hence the 10 am appointment. Really disappointed in my second experience here. I chose to leave without new tires for now.

I definitely do not recommend this place. When it changed from NTB it really went down hill. They gave me an $1,800 est for work to be done. They were supposed to connect our warranty company and let us know how much would be covered. They never even got back to me. We took the car to Bona Brothers down the road and it turns out the car only needs about $500 in repairs. This place is obviously taking advantage of their customers! Weve been going there for 10+ years but will no longer be bringing our vehicles here even for oil changes. BEWARE!!!

I made the mistake of going to a different location for an oil change so came to this location with an oil leak. Manager Kris T. and his team went above and beyond their duties to ensure everything was fixed and my car was good to go. I went to this store today and needed some help with a tire and he refuse to help so they really have a bad service .they want you to spend lots of money so they can help you .thwy do not care about helping costumers they just care about the money .i worked for a tire shop for 2 years and they just have bad services .

Had them put tires on my truck a couple of weeks ago. They did a good job except they didnt have a center hub available that was big enough to fit my wheels available for spin balance.Just a bit unorganized, but quality work.

Bad attention, bad service, I had a flat tire and couldnt even see where the problem was, and they told me they couldnt fix it, how is that possible?

1pm appointment, out at 3:15. It should not take 2-1/4 hours to do a winter tire change over. They quoted a synthetic oil change, higher than dealer by about 60%. Back to Costco for tire change and dealer for oil change.

I was stuck with a blown up radiator..and the Manager Dennis went the extra mile to fix my vehicle at a price that was agreeable in everyway...The staff and Mechanics were friendly and professional...the Store was clean,and the waiting area was comfy with TV..The wait was short,and they left no mess in my truck...Thank You BigOTires

A 1:00 appointment for a flat tire repair. My car was taken into the shop at 1:52. Repair took approximately 20 minutes.

Booked appointment the day before, got there a little early to be told the guy the day before had only wrote me in for 1 of the 2 things I asked for, was then told the store was running at least an hour late. This is the third time this has happened at this store. Girl at front desk very apologetic but wont be back. Even though they said free tire rotation with oil change on the sign I didnt get mine done due to scheduling issues but they sure tried to sell me new tires. Hate ,Hate hard sells!

I am so very pleased with the service I received at Big O Tire in Fridley. I have been a customer of this shop since 2000 when it was Goodyear, then, NTB, and now Big O. Today I had a resonator replaced in my 2007 Toyota Corolla. I had gotten an estimate just over a week ago, made todays appt earlier this week, and the car service, customer service, estimated time of repair, all, once again were spot on . The staff here are awesome, professional and personable. John, the mechanic who worked on my car today, has been doing my car maintenance and repairs for over 15 years. He also worked on my 1997 Corolla before I bought the 2007!Kris, the store manager, is kind, honest, and up front with what needed to be fixed on my car, how long it would take, and when my daughter needed new tires immediately and made an appt on short notice, was able to help her too with the same professionalism.It is such an asset to our community to have the Big O shop in Fridley with this staff and you have awesome people representing your company here!

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service and didn’t put any bead sealant in my tires. Go somewhere else for tire service.

Bought a set of tires and was told one tire was defective and couldnt get it balanced. I was told they would order another tire and call me when it came in. Going on 3 weeks and no call.

Professional, honest, friendly, knowledgeable. Stopped in for a tire repair...Ill be back for at least six tires before winter.
