They did amazing for my kids b-day

Low on inventory. I took my 4 year old for his birthday and he didnt want anything. My 7 year old wanted the light fury. Inventory and online prices do not match. Services is great and my kids like to see it.

A special experience for your kiddo! The store is clean and bright and very well organized. All of the staff is friendly and outgoing. It is a little pricey but you are getting an experience not just a toy. There is some real magic involved! My son was almost as excited with the Birth Certificate they included.. They offer upgrades but arent forceful with over selling! There are several options to choose from not just bears! Adorable clothing and accessories are available as well. Today was Veterans Day so he chose an Army outfit in honor of those that have served. Thank you again!

Such an easy gift or personal use. They have so many selection on bears, accessories & sounds.. Its always fun being in there & the workers are so nice too! They do make you feel welcomed!

Ppl are very kind. They didnt fill a couple of bears right and some other errors . When I took back to fix problems they were very sweet and fixed the problems right away.

You choose a bear , its in a indoor mall. If you take a child in there , youll get a bear . I did .

My grandbaby gets me every time when I come to visit we have to go to build a bear. I was concerned with all the over selling. Before Covid they didnt push as hard. Yada cost $60 and how about a scent...how about a sound...how about this or that? The bear which wasnt a bear was way too expensive and what do you do when the grandbaby is saying pleae after every request. It will be a while before I go back thats for sure!🤔

So I had bought 8 bears last week and 2 special 1s for my foster daughter for gifts for her 2 little sister and we missed placed 1 in the mall so the manager of bild a bear got ahold of me and replaced the Olaf bear thank you very much Buld A Bear for making my foster daughter day much love to you and your store

This was my first time in a Build A Bear Workshop and Travis and Jacob are stellar representatives of the organization. I joined their rewards program as well. I mean, who doesnt LOVE one point for every dollar spent in the store!?!?! They even do field trips so I am looking forward to bringing my 2nd graders before the school year is over. Talk about making magical moments. I really cant wait to see what Christmas will bring!

3 year-old daughter and I have been here 4 times. Employees are super friendly and give children a wonderful experience. They are patient and understand the need to slow things down a little. We even have brought a bear in for a repair. It was done quickly and with great communication.

The workers were all so friendly and helpful at every station. Made my experience amazing. I would recommend everyone to visit this location.

Weve been coming here since my oldest was a couple years old, we love bring our kids here and the staff is always amazing!! Theyre also going to help me put my fathers ashes into some bears for me and my mom so just great service all around and always done with a smile on their faces!

Cute store not as expensive as everybody makes it seem reasonable prices they have good sales at times and good clearance things so I found I could go in there and do pretty good get the things they want without spending a crazy amount of money

Went for my son birthday to build a bear at first he was shy but afterwards he enjoyed, cant wait to go back in July

I love this plaxe probably more than my kids. One team member let the children stuff the cotton inside the big machine which was awesome because they spoke about it for the rest of the nigt. Tey to go when they have specials. If you go when there is no special talk to the manger. Clean, kid friendly for sure, always have new gear for the bears

So im 17 and have autism and when I went last the person helping me just looked at me like I was too old and they didnt want me in the store they didnt greet me they didnt talk to me they wont give me rewards or coupons I can actually use and they werent friendly Im not thinking about going back I dont want to go back but the animals R cute
