I purchased over a $100.00 order the flowers she received was old the 2 dozen chocolate covered strawberries was soft and old felt like they just been sitting around for a while. The service and the delivery was on point I will give them that but from where it was coming from the Fig Garden Village I was expecting better then that. I waited for a few days before giving this review so get feedback from my girlfriend on what she thought. I will not spend my hard earned money on that establishment again.

I live out of town and we werent going to be able to spend my MIL bday with her, but Danella (store manager?) and Daniel (delivery driver) made sure she got her gift even if there were a few hiccups along the way. Excellent customer service and talk about willing to go thw extra mile. Most definitely use this location again ❤

I ordered an edible arrangement for Mother’s Day from out of the state to be delivered in Fresno CA. Not only did the arrangement not arrive on Sunday for Mother’s Day, it did not arrive the next day either. It finally showed up on Tuesday...two days after the confirmed date. There was no attempt to make this right. No offer to include a service or refund a portion of what was paid, nothing! They collected payment and did not meet their end of the agreement. Things could have been salvaged somewhat if they would have extended any type of service to say “hey we missed the mark” let us try to make it right. I will not use them again. Buyer beware!

I work at the Edible Arrangements in Madison, and I must say that their order was superb. Although, I didn’t understand their routing techniques (we route business and residence simultaneously through the SMS to optimize routing to make a straight circle back to our store), I still appreciate them getting my best friends birthday gift to her on her birthday! So thank you! And yes, while you don’t honor employee discounts at your store, your tact, beautiful presentation of the gift and exemplary customer service will bring me back. I ordered a variety box of chocolate dipped fruit the day before I needed it delivered for my parents anniversary and it was delivered exactly when they said it would be and it was a beautiful and delicious presentation for them! I absolutely love Edible Arrangements. Always so good and fresh. And I love the way they arrange the fruit in the vases and boxes. Looks so beautiful. My favorite is the chocolate covered bananas.

I wanted to surprise my wife, this has been the most time we have spent together due to the virus lockdown. I ordered a plater of dipped fruit, but changed up the order to half white dipped chocolate. I was told, delivery time 3-6 pm and it arrived at 3:05 nice, she loved them. Ordered about a week and ahead of time for a Valentine’s Day date. Was supposed to go to a business and never got there. When I called to see about a possible refund they advised me that they would call me back to confirm my refund and cancel my order. Ended up calling back because I never got a return call and asked if I could do a different delivery date and address. Again they told me they would call me back after I called the second time. Finally got a hold of somebody because they called me back they told me that they ended up canceling my order without calling me back or confirming that I didn’t want to cancel my order.

Everytime I have ordered from Edible Arrangements in Fig Garden Village they have gone above and beyond to make me feel special when placing an order. The staff is nothing less than courteous and willing to help me find the perfect gift. I could not thank you enough for always providing our parties with the best fruit around! You guys rock!

The staff was courteous and friendly, the place was super clean, and once someone opened the door from the back, you are hit with the smell of all the fresh fruit that just make you want to eat everything in the store! I loved it!

Ordered a Valentines gift for my son who attends Fresno State. Son never received the arrangement I ordered. Called the store on Valentines Day to see where order was, no answer, all day long. Called the store the next day and was told that they were so overwhelmed and busy that they lost a few orders. I was asked if I still wanted delivery made the day after Valentines Day or my money refunded. Told them that I wanted my money refunded however it screwed up my sons Valentines Day on my Valentines Day. Was very disappointed that the store did not return the call that I left on their answering machine on Valentines Day to notify me that they lost the order I had to call them, they would have walked away with my $75.
