This place is amazing. Everytime I’ve gone in, I get treated so politely and the ice cream is delicious. I love the variety of all the popsicles. Everyone needs to try this place. It’s so good!!!

Not a happy camper. Talk about sliding downhill fast. We have offered their products to our clients and friends for many years now with one of their commercial retail freezers. Unfortunately to hear more and more about the quality of the product going downhill. Which is hard to disagree with considering our re-orders over the past few years have gotten smaller and smaller because product would sit in the case longer and longer. Only reason for this is bad product. Heck read the the wrapper,,, it used to be called a premium fruit bar or premium ice cream bar, now its called frozen dairy dessert bar. Which means the bars are not made with enough milk to be called ice cream. The ingredients seem to be more chemical then actual fruit or even milk. Milk used to be their #1 ingredient. I also remember when the product was called (all natural) and written right on the front of their wrappers. Well thats been long gone too. The bar is more chemical then a food now.Anyway their fruit bars which used to taste fantastic (seem to be more water than anything else these days) they used to be made with tons of very large pieces of actual fruit from strawberries to limes to bubblegum. Its rare to see any of these items in a noticeable size in their bars these days. I guess just another company that is cutting expenses to drive profits. But what they forgot to remember is that the product has went downhill and its not even edible anymore. They used to stand for premium quality obviously thats been lost. Save your money and buy another brand you will be much happier with your experience.Anyone who would rate their product at 5 stars is obviously a fake or paid for review.

I am not one of those wanderers who will not go somewhere twice just to try something new, or lets say to try something well-known somewhere less-known. Whenever I find a place that suits me - product, services, atmosphere and all, I do not go elsewhere. Helados is one of those places for me. The ice cream sandwiches are unbeatable. Find me one with the same quality, same taste at the same prize and I might consider visiting.

This isnt a retail outlet, its the place where they make an awesome ice cream product! If you see it in a store, try it. Theyre really good.

Amazing ice cream best I’ve ever had

When I found about this place I thought it was bigger ..i went here to pick up some ice cream pops. You can create your own box of mixture if flavors and the size. Its ok if you dont know where to get the mexican ice cream pops .However , the prices are a bit higher than a regular Mexican store .

Food was so appetizing. it has a good feel to it. feeling here is similar to a cafe in san jose i liked.

I work here and I will tell you we run a tight ship so all your ice creams are 5 star quality.

Its so good each bite bursts with the flavor that you have like lemon mango and strawberry.

By far the worse Ice cream distribution, never on time, product is always running out, the management is a joke. have to call like 6 time just to get delivery on time. Save yourself time and stress by looking for some other ice cream company.
