Fantastic and friendly staff. Multiple people here have been kind and quick to help, courteous and even remembered my favorite order.

It was AWESOME! I got two hot chocolates. I will drink both but I am keeping the tiny one as a little souvenir.

Went to get a vanilla sweet cream cold brew with extra sweet cream. They didnt add the extra sweet cream could tell by the color and then read the tag and was right. asked nicely for the extra sweet cream willing to pay the extra even tho already charged. The girl said she would have to ask her manager. Then very rude said no! theres sweet cream in the drink and its already made and refused the extra cream. When I called to complain they didnt even offer to fix my drink. I had to throw it away because it was not what I wanted. I dont understand why she was on a power trip and refusing to sell me extra sweet cream even tho it was what I ordered. Ive have never had this happen at other Starbucks. I think they need new management.

Did have the ingredients to make my drink and employee suggested I didnt try any other locations bc they dont have the ingredients either. Literally turning away business all around...

Great customer service at the Shaw and West location. And, if you get there early you can get free coffee grounds for your garden😊. Love this place. Worked on my thesis every week here a few years ago when tabels were open 🥰.

My least favorite Starbucks I have visited due to poor customer service. Drive-thru customers take priority here and those who walk in are invisible. I walked in and waited 25 minutes for 2 hot coffee drinks. The worst part is that all of the employees walked away from the pick up counter after only giving me one of my drinks and left me standing there without checking to see that I had been taken care of. I had to get several employees attention to let them know that no one was helping me and no one had even begun to make my second drink. Employees were impersonal and indifferent. I didnt hear any customer names being called and my coffee cups werent labeled with my name, but figured they were mine since by the time I got help, all other customers were long gone.

Today someone in front of me paid for my food so guess what, I paid for the next one. I LOVE THAT! I miss that about Starbucks. But its back. Go Starbucks.

Friendly staff, went in because the drive thru lines was jammed packed but Im glad I went inside to get the full experience. The staff greeted me with hospitality and one of them was even a sports fan, Go BEARS! and Eagles are okay as well. Nice little spot I might go there next time Im in need of WiFi, this Starbucks is definitely one of my top Starbucks to go to mainly because I didnt get a snobby vibe from any of the staff members. Yall rock!

Bad service worst Starbucks I’ve been to.

Went to order and I couldnt recall the name of the coffee I wanted. I apologize to the gentlemen and said I had just did 10 doubles in a row and we laughed then he bought me my coffee. That was so wonderful. The whole staff there are awesome and friendly.

I came in to return some tumblers that I had duplicates of as a gift and the manager on duty was sooo rude. I had a receipt and proof of what credit card they were purchased on and she still continued to be rude. I told her that I had spoke to the manager that morning prior to coming in and she said she didnt care. I work in retail/customer service and have for almost 20 years so I know that dealing with people is like. Im surprised she still works there. Going back in tomorrow to file a complaint. Ive spent over $500 on tumblers alone. I will not be going to this location for a while.

Fast and great service

Fantastic crew!! The staff at this location is fast, friendly, and engaging. They make a point of getting to know their customers and often greet regulars by name. They are meticulous and have always got my most complicated orders correct. Located on the corner of Shaw and West.

Great service. Am the mailman, that is always going for a cup of coffee at any local Starbucks that is near my assign route for the day. Got to have my Granda Misto and overnight oats.

Love this location! 😊 Friendly staff, wifi access, correct orders and an open plug every time! Great for studying or creative time!

Expensive, but they provide free college for their employees and pay them fairly well, so I dont mind the higher costs.

Plenty of plugs at the bar seating against the window and the grand table in front of the cash register. Circular small tables around the floor Two plush pleather seats in the corner, everything else is made of light wood. Seating outside is nice for cool days and get a bit of sun.The baristas at this location are nice and give good explanations when you have a question.

If you enjoy coffee Starbucks is the place for you.

I always go here on my way to school but I’ve never really went inside and it’s super clean, very comfortable to be in and there’s a charging place for your devises and a place to hang your things. I would totally recommend and the drinks are bomb!!

We ordered 2 hot drinks with NO FOAM. Guess what, they both HAD foam. Why taking the time to taking the order down if the barista is not going to care about it?

When I pulled in the parking lot this morning I thought wow this place is so busy, Ill probably be waiting a long time. But I was so wrong! They were amazing, there was a line but they took our orders fast without making anyone feel rushed. And I waited maybe 3 minutes for my coffee that was done perfect, exactly the way I asked! They are very efficient.

Seriously one of the best Starbucks in town. I study often at different locations and this one by far is my favorite. Today Micah helped me and he had the best customer service and took appropriate initiative when handling my transaction. When they called my name for my drink the barista took the time to thank me from across the bar. I was a barista for about 6 years and took pride in working for the company and giving the best service, and I am so glad to have found a store that exemplifies my same values and pride I had when I worked for the company.

This a frequent stop for me due to my travel path for work, but not my favorite Starbucks. The employees I tend to encounter are more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. They also short change you on the syrup pumps. Do they not realize we can see them making the drinks?

It was Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend and we were leaving town by 10:30 am.

My Home skillets. I have a special fondness for their carriers. Better feng shui than the one right next to the casa. I want to buy it.

My favorite Starbucks for the last 7 years. They always have the nicest baristas.

Coffee is good if youre willing to enrich a capitalist who endorses socialism and charges 10 times what his product is worth. Bought my own espresso machine and traveling to Europe with the money I saved in 6 months time.

I am becoming more and more grossed out by Starbucks. The fact that corporate have cut costs so much that they are demanding that their employees do everything is inexcusable.Employees handling my food and drinks should not be cleaning the restrooms! Bring back paper towels! Those blowers are absolutely worthless. Do you really think employees are washing their hands after they use the restroom?I have spent enough money on Starbucks merchandise, coffee, gifts, and gift cards that I could have opened my own franchise. The staff are pretty nice, but people in the food industry need to stop wiping their noses scratching their heads while they are handling food and drinks. Absolutely gross.

My drink was excellent, Iced soy pumpkin spice latte but the girl taking the order was the most un enthusiastic Batista Ive ever seen in my life. On well maybe it was just a bad day we all have them. Great drink though !

Ive visited this location two times in the past not sure how much has changed since but I received the same crappy service each time. Store consists of mainly either high school or college freshmen females who act stuck up and dont provide much help. They definitely seemed more in tune with chatting amongst each other than providing any service, as I had to stand and wait for help for about 3 minutes before I could order even though the store was pretty much empty. At least they made my coffee right about the only good thing havent been back since my last visit.
