I hadnt been there in years and I couldnt believe how much its changed and the price of the items I needed. I liked the color selection they had and they were having a sale so I did take advantage of it.

There is not very much clothes for young boys and girls. I remember Jcpenneys carried nice clothes and had a big selection. its not a good place to go no more.

Everything was nice and clean lots of stuff on sale for Christmas and not a lot of people here. All the staff is super helpful and nice. Lots of stuff on sale.

Not enough cashiers. Fitting room closed so had to go across to mens fitting room. Clothing area seems neat, but bra and shoe areas were disasters. Stuff everywhere. I guess there isnt enough help to keep it neat.

Nice JCPennys. Always clean. It sits in the center of the mall you have to walk through the store to get from one side of the mall to the other side of the mall unless you go outside and walk around.

Went to JC Pennies. Its always the same. Decent clothing. Poor selection of Levis for women unless youre REALLY SKINNY. But not bad otherwise. You can always find something. The rest of the mall is ok. Macys is my favorite good service and LOTS of things to satisfy the shopping fix I NEED sometimes. And Wetzles Pretzles also delicious Lemonaid and salty soft pretzels. 😋

Typical JC Penney. Old building but the store was well maintained. The store was not busy at all.

Today I had an appointment at the Instyle Salon at JCPenney I was greeted with a warm welcome I did not have a mask on hand they offered me one which was nice saved me a walk back to the car, my stylist was Suwanna she did a fantastic job so professional very kind such a nice person I will be going to her from now on❤

Excellent help in mattress furniture dept. I had help ordering a cabinet online. The transaction took less than 7minutes!! Later made mistake I picked some clothes and washcloths....waited in line for 25 minutes.... Painful,!😣

Very helpful. Great customer service. Carmen helped me by ordering online and another employee helped by going in the back to look for some shorts. Appreciate their service.

Very friendly I made a what thought was final payment on my credit he said you later to find out my card declined cause me an overdraft and also caused me a late payment fee , why didnt he tell me right there and then my card didnt go thru , then I called the 1 800 when I got a bill for the amount I thought I paid....the guy was yelling and arguing with me! Not my fault!

They have between 20% to 30% off jogging pants, so I bought two pairs. The guys are the register are professional, helpful, kinda and funny.

Bought a suit hear today for my son the service was nice but not helpful. This use to be a high class store but has gone down hill youd think for their prices they would have more knowledgeable staff working in each department.

They have a wide range of quality clothing including plus sizes for both men and women.

Nice clothes but they need to open the fitting rooms it makes no sense to take them back if the clothes dont fit.

Tried and tried to pick up a return on my lunch break and could not do it finally asked a lady by the name of Anisha to help who is the manager and she took car eof it right away. I want to say thank you so much for allowing me to finally pick up my items on my lunch break from work. This is the only time as I get off late from work every night working swing shift for the veterans🇺🇸💞 😃

Shoes were on sale! GREAT sale!! Origional cost 70, on sale 17.99 and 19.99!!!!! Lines appear long due to gaps in line (social distancing) TIP: Go upstairs to check out, lines not as long. Staff are friendly.

I came here just to kill time while waiting for tire rotation and balance from Americas Tire. You just need to spend time at Jcpenney to find a good deal. I found a great deal! Two copper pans for 12 bucks.

They have such a great selection of everything. We looked in 5 different stores for the entire outfit we found in thier store within 15 minutes.

If you need help finding shoes, find Sally in the mens shoe section on the second floor. She was overly helpful and help me find the exact shoe I wanted in my size. She was very nice, and even though she was wearing a mask I could tell she had a smile on her face.

Tonight, Adam in the Mens Department gave exceptional customer service. He was very patient with me, answered all my questions, actually took the time to go onto the floor to help me find an item that wasnt there but was able to place the order online and I made the purchase right then and there. While he was helping me, he was able to multitask and answer Omars (co-worker) questions and gave directions to a couple of other customers without ever making me feel ignored or like he was going to be more engaged with someone that came after me. I just wanted to take the time to highlight what an excellent job this young man did with me. Leo Esparanza is the BEST! He is a manager at the JC Penny on East Shaw Ave in Fresno, CA. I had a horrible time with JCPenny On-Line. I spoke with 7 different customer service agents, and all but 2 were just OK. Out of frustration, I called the Fresno store and asked for a manager. He listened to my rants, concerns, and anger. He found what I was looking for, called me back, told me how I can pay etc. BAM! He apologized how I was treated. He was EXCELLENTand PATIENT! This man deserves recognition and a raise! Had a very nice visit to JCPenney today. The store was filled with hustle and bustle and an array of items waiting to be bought and gifted. Abel, the sales associate in the mens department had a very professional and courteous attitude that put you at ease.

JCPenneys is the type of store where you can go in there with one intentions to buy something and leave out of there with a bunch of things that you had no interest in buying but after you bought them you were satisfied.

I was raised at jc pennys and now Im 53 and my kids were raised there too

A lot more pleasant of a shopping experience this time around. The only draw back Id say is their lack of specific merchandise that I happened to be looking for however I was informed that I could go online and place order for no charge and in fact, the young lady offered to do it for me right there in store. I respectfully declined as I wanted to be for sure its what I wanted before committing to her offer. Overall, I have to say it was a step up from last time I visited the store.

I am keeping my fingers crossed for the store in my city stays open I love their clothes not even Macys has the quality of the fabric of some of the brands JC Penney sell like Arizona and St Johns 🥰
