Cool store. I bought a gift for someone while there. Great place to find some neat, unique niche items.

If you go here looking for exclusive collectables you have a better chance getting them online. They play favorites. Theyll give them to friends and coworkers if theyre running low. Online shop is decent though so 3 stars.

They have some of the coolest TV show and Anime stuff around! And friendly staff.

Today my family and I were doing your average chores around the house when we remembered the Pepita and Zuko BoxLunch Exclusive Funkos were being released so, we decided to head over. We did not want to miss these items and have them sell out so we did not change the clothes we had on to save time. We werent dirty or or messy looking so we thought it would be fine. We arrived waited in line because of Covid. (Limit access). We browse around and we hear associates talking about the group of five we were the only group of five in the store. (Didnt think much of it). We picked up the Pepita and a couple of other items when 2min later an associate approached us and asked to take the Pepita from us. She explained that because its a new item they need to be kept up front. This never happenedto me before, EVER! I have been shopping at BoxLunch for about 7 years.(but Again, Didnt think much of it). Then after there was an associate looking and following us from a distance. (I thought this was weird but maybe because of COVID). At check out we were separated. They explained it was to expedite the check out experience. (Again, I didnt think too much of it) but right before I was about to pay I asked about a figure of The Child from The Mandalorian that was is a box. I asked what it was? The associate explained that it was this was a statue (with a weird tone of voice) and as he finished he said but its $140 sorry. We did not have a pleasant experience. We dont think someone should be treated differently by the way we look. A person should be treated by THEIR ACTIONS! WE WERENT LOOKING TO SHOP LIFT. WE WERE LOOKING TO SPEND MONEY ON SOMETHING WE ENJOY. I dont care if they give a free meal for each $10 I spend. I help more people on a daily basis than that. The $100 I spent today will be the last I every spend at a HotTopic or BoxLunch EVER! To the associates who read this- what you guys get paid here a year I probably make in a month or two. Dont shop here! I know I wont again!

I am in love with this store!!! Every $10 you spend helps your local food bank!! And they have a variety of things. From Rick and Morty, Harry Potter, Disney princesses. Sock, sweaters, assorted novelties. I was a kid in a candy store.

A great store to find unique Disney and other movie and show items. Their staff is very helpful, and Im always greeted nicely when there. I always find what I need/want!

One of my favorite places to go! Love this store! They have the most unique coolest things you can think of.

Always super helpful and nice, store is kept organized and clean. Prices are little high, but standard for the mall. They have at least one good deal going at any one time. Their Pops stock is small, but they are really helpful in finding what you are looking for. A lot of places wont even keep track of their Pops stock or look it up.

Super hospitable. Very considerate. Has an amazing assortment of 90s memorabilia from pins and collectibles to blankets and shirts. I go everytime I go to Fashion Fair Mall. I have yet to be disappointed!

I love this store! The employees are helpful and very knowledgeable. I love the idea that I can buy anything, and they will take a portion of the money and feed the less fortunate.

Great store, little more grownup pop culture geekery. One of the managers always tries to remember the people that come in regularly, even their names. Fun bunch of people. Great products, deals and exclusives.

They are basically Disney for adults. I love the the selection. They carry unique and highly collectible items. As always im a satisfied customer.

This store has all your geeky needs! They carry a lot of specialty items for animes and stuff like the office and Disney. I love coming to this place, everything is a bit pricey but its a lot of collectible stuff.

Cool little store. Lots of sci-fi , anime, horror, and generally cute merchandise for just about every tv, movie, pop culture franchise you can think of. Staff is always friendly and I always find cool stuff here.

Always a fun experience. Staff is prompt in asking if you need help.

I would happily spend my paychecks at this store, especially because they carry a Flash jacket that I am obsessed with.But speaking down to customers is an automatic OUT for me.I worked in customer service for years, and currently own a business- and saying No to customer returns is normal- BUT being condescending and unkind about it shouldn’t be.Not excited about it, but I’ll have to find another geek store to spend my money at.
