Placing a order online for almost 3 weeks ago , and not receive a confirmation number is so unprofessional. This will be my last time I order from Mk. The people who answer the phone for customer service are so rude!! All I wanted to know was why have I not received a confirmation number when I placed a order for a special occasion and now I won’t have it on time ** on top of that I paid to get it delivered early. This has been the worst experience & will be the last time I ever do this again.So disappointed.

Beautiful store filled with nothing but beautiful items, yes you might spend more here but the quality you get from the items you buy here are priceless. Absolutely fantastic place to feel beautiful surrounded by beautiful items.

Went in to shop once again a sale sign was up above a garment I wanted to purchase the gal quickly moved the sign like a lightning bolt. I was not given the sale even though it was false advertising.

Will never buy from them again. They sent me a defected bad that ripped in 2 weeks. Instead of replacing with the same bag sent my girlfriend an uglier basic bag even though the bag is still in there shop. They will give u the run around and avoid to ship a bag back to you. Probably the worst customer experience I had in my life.

Rude and and very unprofessional, Lauren told another customer that I was rude to her because I took back 3 pairs of shoes that I had ordered online and they shipped me ugly worn shoes never buying from MK again or shopping at this store.Lauren really should be trained to keep customer details to herselfThis is why some people cannot get real jobs and have to work retail. Manager (per the receipt CHOI Yuen Trista) on 1/18/19 at 7:15pm had an attitude and was very rude. I ordered a bag from another location cause it was out everywhere else. It ended up not being what I was looking for so I returned at the nearest one to me. Apparently ALL bags come with dust bags which mine didn’t come with. Instead of apologizing on behalf of the other store of MK for not including one, she basically accused me several times that I must have it or very passive aggressively implied I was stealing it. Im sorry, I have no need for a dust bag. For a somewhat luxury brand, I would expect better customer service. Definitely turned me off from wanting to shop with this brand anymore.

Nice & welcoming staff. Building doesnt represent the company well. 3 out of 4 doors were broken and had paper signs on them to not use them, and on top of that 2 out of their 2 watch sizers were broken. When I came back I had a girl reduce the size of my watch. I told her I thought it needed one link taken out, but she recommended 2 after seeing it on me. I should have stuck with my gut and said something because its so tight it leaves an imprint on my wrist... Now I need to go back a third time to put one link back in. The staff should know how a watch is supposed to fit.

Horrible customer service. I bought over $750 of this crap as a Christmas Present to my GF. They gift wrapped the wrong watch. Gold/Silver vs Solid Gold. We come back to exchange and they say I have to pay $80 to get the same watch in Gold like I originally asked. April the Manager was offended I thought it was BS to pay the difference. It was my fault I paid a discounted price and they packaged the wrong watch.Buy Online And Avoid Like The Plague!

I was greeted and assisted from the moment I arrived into the store. Very friendly customer service. Was in and out of the store in no less than 5 minutes.

When I went into the Michael Khors Store, I was VERY DISSATISFIED. A angry looking short Asian man was following me in the store.I believe he goes by the name, Leon. He gave me nasty looks and I felt like he was discriminating or racially profiling me. I never experience such rudeness and disrespect in my life. I love Michael Khors dearly and I am a big fan but this store made me feel very uncomfortable. I doubt I will be returning to this store in Fashion Fair mall.
