Im new customer , great service...OmG Im in love with my boots, will be back to buy clothing 😀 😍

Who would not love this store? They have a great selectionId shoes and western wear. I bought a pair of causal shoes there perhaps 6 years ago or more and they are holding up very well, although Ill admit I wear tennies most the time.When I bought my shoes I also bought all the stuff the salesperson recommended to maintain them. Somehow over time they have been misplaced, probably lost in my cluttered garage. I shared this with one of the sales personal and was told I could bring them in and they would recondition them- no charge. How nice is that? (havent take them in yet, but plan to do so soon).[Edit: update] Today I went and picked up my shoes and could not be more pleased. They look like new. The gal who helped me is Suzzane (sp?)Will be saving up my $$ to shop there again in the future.

The fig Garden village location was awesome. Great customer service. I wish I would have got the ladies name that waited on us because she was amazing.

In Fig Garden Village this shop is well put together and compliant to the COVID restrictions. Very clean and friendly environment. I can respect this as a business owner the dedication it takes.

After driving around to damn near every boot place in the area and having bad luck and bad help I ended up here. I should have came here first. I feel bad not getting the girls name that helped me but she was incredibly helpful and I ended up getting boots that I wanted that fit correctly. Thanks again!

There is a lot to choose from and the staff is super friendly. The store is also dog friendly!!

Christina was very helpful & knowledgeable. She helped me talk through my options in footwear to meet my needs and concerns. She wasn’t pushy, was very polite & professional. I walked out a happy camper!

One of the best experiences Ive ever had in a store like this. I wish I could remember my saleswomans name, because she was so helpful, and SO well versed on the subject of boots! She taught me things I wasnt ever aware of, and helped me to find a pair of boots that fit perfectly (after 2 weeks of searching all over fresno, because I wear an awkward size).If you need some boots or any other Ariat gear, dont go anywhere else. This store is the last stop.

One of the few places that carries my size. They also are great in terms of my style. Would like to see a better selection of boots and belts.

Great store we drove 3 hours to visit and shop at the Ariat store well worth the drive came back home with awesome merchandise 🤠👍🏻

Its a really nice store, and the employees were very friendly and extremely helpful. Their boots were competitively priced, which surprised me, given the fact that theyre located in Fig Garden Village. Best of all, they offer a 15% discount for students!

It was my first time at this location, is not a big store has a fair variety to choose from, but the costumer service is great , friendly and helpful

Evan was fantastic! He was able to answer all of my husbands questions and placed an extra emphasis on educating us. He made sure we knew of their complimentary boot stretching services and made us confident in our purchase. Highly recommend asking Evan for assistance next time youre in!

Was greeted initially upon entering store but none of the three employees offered any help - there were only two customers in the store. No way to treat potential customers at the prices they charge. I will not be returning to this store.
