This about the service department. Unfortunately this is the only authorized volvo service department in our area. Haron has the look of a high end dealership, yet it lacks quality, professionalism and customer service you expect from premier dealerships. For warranty reasons I am forced to bring my vehicle to Haron. Every visit is made difficult from scheduling service, return calls, basic customer service or transparency. Our assigned service rep Ray refuses to return calls, provide feedback or assist our already inconvient situation. On my last 3 visits I have left messages for 2 days with no response.I have called service manager and discussed our experience. He says they are going to correct it yet here we are again. Most recent service issue Ray hasnt returned my call after leaving me on hold for 20 min. Left him messages to give me a call provide me a status on my vehicle. This lack of professionalism and service is why I would not purchase a vehicle at Haron or recommend Haron to anyone. As I am typing this I am reaching out to service manager again.

I bought a used car from them 4 months back. At signing i was given the option to purchase an extended warranty for the car. I initially refused but was coerced into buying it. I asked for the details of the warranty and was told it was the same warranty that they provide to their new vehicles. Upon reading the details after signing, there is a $500 deposit per warranty claim. It is definitely not the same warranty. I asked to cancel the warranty the next day. The cancelation was sent and approved by the warranty company. The dealership has not credited my loan. Ive been to the warranty 5 times to try and get the refund. They have given me the run-around. The finance manager, Fernando, has been avoiding all my calls and emails and everytime i ask to speak to a manager they are not available. It have been without a warranty for 4 months, yet i have not received my refund.

Theres a reason Haron has such a legacy behind the name. I was blown away by the above-and-beyond service and ease of purchasing. Their employees really know how to begin an ownership experience, rather than just an average transaction. I cannot say enough amazing things about my new Volvo, and I am looking forward to working with them throughout the future. Worst customer service ever. I took my brand new car for a tire and rim change and they told me they will fix it in 5 days. After 2 weeks they told me it will be ready in 3 weeks on October 4th. On October 4th I called them a few times and left several voicemails and no one got back to me. I went there and they told me it will take another 8 days. The least they could do was telling me changing one tire in their dealership will take two months and I could’ve taken my car somewhere else.

Went to this dealership to see a particular car in person. We went during a time when NO other customers were even around. My husband spotted the car we wanted to look at and the door was locked so he asked the lady at the front desk if he could have someone open the door so we could see the inside of the vehicle. We waited and waited. Then there were a few other customers at the dealership. Mind you, my husband and I are Hispanic. We went dressed comfortably. We didn’t go in fancy suits or anything like that. The other customers who were white and they were dressed nicely were helped right away while we were left waiting around. We didn’t get a wave and we certainly didn’t have anyone else coming up to us to apologize for the wait. Needless to say we LEFT and will be taking our business elsewhere. Definitely do NOT recommend this place.

Poor service and poor management. They dont care about customers or their time. They only care about certain selective customers. I made an appointment for service for my range rover and they gave me a date for next month. After I dropped my car I was told that it will be ready in three days. When I called on third day, no one knew anything about my vehicle. And I was told they they are still working on it and someone will call me with the estimated time of work. I waited for a week and called them and found out that still nothing has been done yet and I will get a call from someone. This thing has been going on for almost three weeks. I picked up my car today. And they still havent touched it. Nothing have been done to it. I will be taking my car somewhere else for service. I suggest you all to find some other range rover dealership to purchase or service. They dont deserve your business. Zero stars.

Felt like I just got robbed of $220 nothing was fix. Oil leak was still there when I got home. I had to fix myself can’t believe how professional they make themselves to be but the work was not there. It was horrible. I did tell them it was leaking oil from drainage plug. Who knows how many more are just being robbed like that. Sad

Becareful when purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I attempted to purchase a used vehicle using my own pre approved loan and the dealership never followed through with the deal being that it would have not been profitable because I did not lease through them........its a shame when car vultures not only want a piece of the car sale but they will price gauge you though their interest rate using their financial institution to make a dirty dollar. ....GET pre Approved Prior to going here or else they will rob you blind so they could feed their kids.

I initially contacted Haron Land Rover in hopes of purchasing a Range Rover Evoque for my daughter as a graduation gift from nursing school. Our family recently retired from the military and I told the sales representative this is something we really want to do for our daughter. We wanted to show appreciation for our daughter’s patience, flexibility, and commitment to her education after we moved her around the world so many times in service of our great country. I preceded to tell the sales representative that we reside out-of-state. She told me she did not anticipate an issue with an out-of-state sale as the Evoque is a lower end vehicle relative to other vehicles typically sold by Land Rover. The sales representative informed me she would discuss with her management and call me back with details. I expected an out-of-state sale option to be a yes or no answer, however this was not the case with this dealership. We all acknowledge the pandemic has influenced multiple industries including the availability of vehicles. The sales representative told me they would sale me the vehicle, however I would need to pay $15,000 over MSRP. I was immediately insulted by this approach and to be honest disappointed that an organization, especially someone like Land Rover would take advantage of a situation influenced by the pandemic. I shared our story as a military family and nursing student graduate to highlight the values this organization conveys. We did not ask for special treatment or any discounts for that matter. We invested and saved years to make this purchase for our daughter on her graduation day. It is clear everyone, regardless of circumstances is simply a number and commission at this organization. Some say the pandemic has helped to show our true character. I could not agree more—I just never expected it to be so disgraceful and discriminative. I would rather this company just say NO as opposed to taking advantage of the situation.

Our experience with Jaguar was phenomenal. We recently purchased a used Jaguar F Type and it had a couple minor issues. The staff was very responsive and professional.Randy took good care of us and the issues were remedied rather quickly, not to mention he made the process so easy and convenient with a loaner car that was delivered to us so we weren’t inconvenienced. Service was outstanding!!!Received my baby (Jag) back in a couple days better than ever!A BIG Thanks to Randy & Staff! Purchased a 2020 Range Rover from out of state for $105,000 CASH and after the certification fees, dealer fees and taxes was roughly $118,000. I am in Ohio and they are in Fresno and I am convinced that the lack of communication from sales staff to finance to GM coupled with the fact that I purchased it from 2300 miles away added to the disregard in fulfilling basic customer obligations. The GM, Ryan Salisch is rather pompous and didnt follow through. I really wanted to complain to CCNCDA but noticed that Haron Jaguar is their base office so it didnt make sense to file a complain. Had some closures by a follow-up phone call by one of the family owned partners, Randy Haron, who was actually the only person that thanked me for the business. If it werent for that I would give this dealer a 0 out of 5 rating.

She is VERY knowledgeable on both the new and used vehicles(porsche, audi, lexus etc.) that they have on one of there many lots. SALENA goes ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure that you are taken care of! If youre looking at a any vehicle, Salena will send you extremely detailed pictures. Couldnt of had a better car dealership experience! Will be back!

I rarely leave reviews but I thought it was important to share our experience with this dealership. Wife and I had been in discussion with the salesperson over email and text for a couple weeks regarding one of their vehicles. We landed on an agreed upon OTD price (out the door). Wife and I get off work at 4p and drive 1.5 hrs to Fresno to finish the deal. We were preapproved through our local credit union so no need to hash out financing details.....but, wouldnt you know it they told us the financing wasnt approved but they could get us financed through them (classic tatic to skim more money on the back end of deal). We wouldnt budge..and after a few minutes he agreed to accept our preapproval letter. Fast forward to the numbers.. our salesman comes out hands us a paper with the price we agreed upon BUT... our down payment went from $3000 to $7400. So they tried to sneak in more out of pocket from us hoping we wouldnt see it. They vehemently denied that they agreed to the original OTD price even after we showed the manager the proof. He ignored the proof and said it must have been a miscommunication. The salesman didnt even have the guts to confront us after that. I would have expected this from a shady corner dealer but this is a Land Rover/Jaguar dealership! Be warned...Im sure they will chime in and deny all of this but...again, we have proof. Not much class.

Ray in the Service Department is exceptional and Haron Land Rover is highly recommended. My last three cars have been serviced there. This is the reason why I purchased directly from Haron this last time. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised on our most recent visit when the owner, Randy Haron, stopped to talk to us when we were looking at some of the cars on the showroom floor. He visited with us on a personal level and selling us a car wasnt even brought up. Seeing how the owner treated us was the answer as to why everyone at Haron weve dealt with is always genuinely kind and helpful, it truly starts at the top.

I just had the best experience being a first time buyer.. Gabriel really made me feel so comfortable and was understanding with what I was looking for. . I highly recommend him and this dealership! Everybody was so nice and they have drinks and snacks! Gabriel even took the time to show my son some cars because my son is a big car fanatic.. from beginning to end was so smooth and he was never pushy.. he made us feel so welcomed as if we were family! This will be the second time I have takin my car in for service. The customer service is always great. However Upon being notified that my car was ready I noticed I had not been washed. Unless I am wrong I though this was apart of there luxury services to treat their customers special by offering a complimentary wash . Either way this will be the second time I have not gotten a car wash. There was a customer sitting a cross from me who had waited for their car just as long as I had been and was offered a car wash I had not been offered. I Found that to be rude. I expect better from this dealership.

This was such an amazing first time buyer experience! I would highly recommend anyone to go see Gabriel if they’re seeking a new or pre-owned car. He showed interest in what I was searching for, asked multiple questions to find the right.... no, the perfect car for me. He showed me multiple cars but was never overwhelming nor pushy with making a sale. He was genuinely attempting to find the right fit! He is easy to talk to and is knowledgeable about his craft. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. After searching for a Range Rover Velar online we found the color (white with black exterior package and roof) and trim (P340 Dynamic S) we were searching for on this location. My girlfriend called to confirm the pricing and availability. We spoke to Eric who was very helpful and able to answer all our questions, stating “you guys called for the special”. After confirming pricing and availability we decided to drive to the dealer location to purchase this vehicle which was over 2 1/2 hrs from our home. After arriving and test driving the car, we started working on the paperwork, when according to the sales manager Mike they had made a mistake with the price in the vehicle, “I already corrected the price, we are humans, people make mistakes.” The initial price was 65,***.** after they changed the price it was 70,***.**. Although they lowered the asking price a couple of thousand dollars we decided to take our business elsewhere. Will not be going back there again.

Everyone is so nice at the Huron Jaguar Land/ Rover dealership! The manager is very nice and helps out as much as he can. There is also a drink bar that serves coffee, soda, water, and more. But the one thing I absolutely want to point is the person that really helped us out, Derrick Masih. He is a excellent guy 10/10 and will help you choose the car that fits your choice! He is a great salesperson and understand what his customers want and serves them as needed! Absolutely loved working with him and he helped us get a 2019 Range Rover Autobiography brand new! Love the car so far and love working with Derrick and the manager!

Haron goes beyond to make the entire process a premier experience. Their personal attention to the customer and respect for your time is unsurpassed. Update to my Post Below:About 30 minutes after I arrived home I got a call from the Service Director. He had read the review and called to talk with me about the issues I had today. He promised to take care of everything to make sure this service call and future service appointments go more smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised that Haron Motors pays attention to the reviews and then acts on them. That is impressive and worth the time to update this post. Everyone makes mistakes but the best learn from them and solve problems.I will update this again to let you know if all those promises made today are kept—just keeping them honest!Previous Post:The service advisors are very nice and generally accommodating. I brought my car in today for a recurring problem that they have not yet fixed—which is problem number #1.Problem #2: If you need a ride somewhere after you drop your car off they call Lyft. After about 15 minutes waiting for the driver, I finally asked the service advisor what car I should look for. He then realized the driver cancelled and he called another car. So far I have waited 45 minutes for a ride. Still no Lyft. This is really unacceptable customer service and a waste of my time.The service here is priced at a premium. At the least the problem should be taken care of the first time and getting a ride home should not be this difficult or time consuming.

The sales guy name was Derrick Masih he was an excellent salesperson. By far one of the best we have dealt with. Also the finance manager was great to deal with too. Took my car in for a service and software update the day after Thanksgiving. Was told it would take all day and should be done by 5 or so. Thankfully we were given a loaner to use that day. Being from Tulare, we hung out all day in Fresno waiting for my car to be ready. I got a call at 4:30 saying it wouldnt be ready and it still had a long ways to go. I wish they would have told me earlier in the afternoon that it wouldnt be done so I could go home. I just spent more money and time than I needed to that day. LOL. Then my husband had to go back up on Monday afternoon to pick my car up. As I mentioned earlier, I am grateful that Haron has loaner cars which is much appreciated. Thats one of the main reasons I bought a car from them.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from “G” Brar in the sales department. I live in Modesto and since we don’t have a local Land Rover Dealer on our area I visited the Livermore, Sacramento and Fresno dealerships before making our purchase. Although I had a good experience at the other two, “G” at Haron Land Rover was the best to work with in regards to following up on the questions I had and sending me pictures and the vehicle options page to confirm it was the right one for us.We weren’t set on leaving with a new vehicle that day, but “G” was able to work with the sales manager to get a price and competitive financing rates quickly for us. I appreciate him not being a pushy salesperson and making it an easy process.Overall, we had a great experience and I would recommend adding Haron Land Rover to your list when shopping for a new Range Rover.

Called asking about a car that was listed for just under 41k.. then we basically agreed to disagree on the price. I checked the car a few minutes after on car gurus and auto-trader and they increased the price to just over 45k. Is 2020 do they really want to get away with this sales man trickery??? There have been a few times I have taken my Rover in for minor issues and I can report that this dealer does promptly resolve the issues and it rolls out for another year of enjoyable road trips.Its nice to have the rental car opportunity there in shop. Makes drop off and get back to your duties fast and easy.Have not, thank goodness, and any major repairs needed for the four years I have owned this full size Rover. It has been reliable.

I wrote a long review on Land Rovers own system detailing my terrible experience. The condensed version is terrible communication with the service department, missed deadlines, month long wait for an appointment in the first place, and then getting the car back in a worse condition than when it was sent it with the issue not even fixed. After the review I got a call from the service manager promising to make things right and fix the issue once they could organize a loaner for me. That was over 3 weeks ago. You do the math.

WORST experience with a car dealership EVER!! The whole experience was painful, and I PAID CASH!! First they cannot detail a car, still had water spots and stains on the passenger seat. Wait for delivery was excruciating, over a month. Then the processing of the paperwork. What a cluster. No-one knows what the other is doing. Communication stinks.Bought my vehicle end of December and still dont have a title as of March 14, 2020. Just got my registration and plates yesterday! State Attorney Generals fraud division is looking into my case ,as often when a buyer does not get their title, the dealership has not paid off the previous lien holder of the vehicle and has sold a vehicle they do not own. Fraud. I paid over $105,000.00 for a Porsche Turbo Cayenne and will be holding them accountable. Do not be surprised if you see them shutdown by the State Attorney Generals office.

Last March I bought my rover and it was easy and painless. Loved dealing with Gordon my sales person. All the paperwork was completed before arriving and it only took 20 minutes to get my new car. We called Haron on the road and everything was ready to replace the windshield and service the car (2008 SC Range Rover) when we got to Fresno. A great car deserves great service. I recently purchased a Discovery for my husband, however I drive it more then he does. I love the drive and feel of the vehicle. The amenities this vehicle offers, exceeds my expectations. The comfort the Sales Department provided when purchasing the vehicle was excellent. Haron Jaguar Land Rover delivered the vehicle around my schedule, I did not feel rushed and they explained everything about the vehicle to us.We recently went to the dealership to purchase accessories and I was informed of a nail in my tire. The position of the nail was dangerous for me to drive. I had plans to go on a trip out of town the next following day. The tire was replaced and my plans for my trip was not interrupted. This dealership is fantastic in taking care of their customers.

I contacted Haron specifically for a used Range Rover found on car gurus. I offered a purchase price based on Actual fair Market values and included the adjustment for low miles. Chris at Haron countered with a price way above fair market value but due to low miles I accepted the offer. and the sales person called me back the next day and increased the price by thousands!!!! Haron is a scam. I’ve never seen a dealer propose a price, the customer agrees to the price, and the next day the dealer raises the price. BEWAREthe worst part is Chris at Haron shared the calculations that shows their price is not even close to the market value. And his excuse was “DO NOT BUY FROM HARON. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

Had a terrible experience with Lesley, the service manager & his group. Certified Technicians supposedly fixed my Rover, which they did NOT, because it was literally falling apart after driving it out of the shop. They refused to step up to the plate & take responsibility for their major error. No sense of professionalism, integrity or responsibility! I will NEVER consider them for any future purchase, parts or service (nor will family & friends). I received far superior service at Pep Boys...unbelievable!!! Rating service a single star only because I have to check one!!!

I purchased an Electronic Jaguar from Haron.Ive talked to 12 dealers and visited 8 in California. Haron is the most professional and knowledgeable of any of them. Even though they are 250 miles from LA which has the highest consentration of Jaguar dealers, its still worth the trip to work work them.Gordon Israelsky was my sales person. He was always available even when he wasnt working, answered all of my questions and got me the best price to make the deal workNicholas Goosev is the EV specialist that worked with me as well. Hes the only person I talked to in at any Jaguar dealership that knows everything about the product.I am beyond impressedI highly recommend this dealership

It is not easy for me to give Haron Jaguar a 2 star rating. This place has been completely renovated inside and out. The building is absolutely amazing as is the showroom. Staff are also very helpful.Unfortunately the issue I recently encountered was with communication from their service dept. My fiancé and I took in her car for what we thought was a simple dead battery. It turned out there was rats/nice that had chewed through cables. the issue wasnt with any of the work being done but it had to do with the promises we were given for completion dates.Initially we were told the work would be completed that day, later on we could not get ahold of anyone in the service dept, and finally after calling several times and someone called us back to say it would take 2 days and ready on Wednesday. We tried calling yesterday only to receive the same service, and finally had to show up to the shop in the evening to find out we would be without the car for another 5 days.In total a simple repair that would typically be done same or next day at Ford, Toyota ect is now costing us a week without the car, with little to no answers on why its been delayed so long, no assistance on getting a back up car, and little to no help from the people handling this on Harons side.I just assumed that with how proud of a company Haron Jaguar is that they could take a little more time to be customer oriented. Its easy to sell fantastic cars but if you cant support the customer after purchase, how do you retain them for the future?Update: still no calls back and its not been over a week. This is beginning to get ridiculous. This is not a way to run a business of any sort.

The dealer in San Jose was so bad that I called Haron in Fresno. Couldnt have been treated better, Richard and Andy were very helpful with a difficult lease process (Corporate) and it all went quite smoothly. The after purchase instruction about the features and functions of the car was excellent. I would strongly recommend this dealership for a new car purchase.

Haron always goes above and beyond. My wife loves her Range Rover Sport! Every time she brings it in, if something is found it is fixed. Rental is always provided and never an issue to pick up or drop off. Recent work was done that included warranty as well as emblems that were peeling/tarnished in look. Parts only were charged for new emblems (not under warranty currently), no labor. Very good customer service!!!

Every single time theyve touched our vehicle for a factory recall or service theyve managed to ruin something else in the vehicle. We just did an $800 repair on our gas tank 3 days later there is a massive leak of gas and the vehicle is broken. Please do not use this dealership go somewhere else like the Newport Jag who actually bothered to take care of their customers I cannot in good conscience recommend this this company. This dealership does not care about the craftsmanship of their vehicles or the service in which they provide the repairs.
