Didnt even buy a car from them. My wife and I reached out regarding the same vehicle, wife via Facebook post in which she got ghosted after asking about a dent on the vehicle. I reached out by phone since they didnt follow up with my wife. I was told a different price than what their post indicated AND THEN the lady reaches out to my wife on Facebook (after my call) to tell her that the car was sold and she didnt know until she got in the office (the lady didnt even identify the correct vehicle). Given all the other posts of bad service why even bother...may be new management but some company cultures you cant change.

Scam scam scam and scam. They dont give one dam about you or the safety of your family. All they sell is defected cars! Then tell you something and dont follow through. The owner is very unprofessional and rude as hell. I dont recommend it to anyone not even my enemy. Dont waste your time people just dont!

Stay away they will give you the run around. Been trying to get my license plate for a year. Got pulled away they said the registration is back in 2016. And they barely transfering it in my name in may when I got it 9-13-2017. Plus had other problems lucky the cop was nice and didnt tow my car. AGAIN STAY AWAY!!

Great service; worked well with our decision and offered great monthly payments. Gave us time to think things over and when we were ready we financed and took the vehicle with us same day.

Worst place ever! I had been trying to get my plates for months and after many calls someone finally called back. However, I was never told that I needed to pay $500+ in order to get my plates I was not aware of that! I had drove an hour an a half just for them to say that...After a lengthy conversation the person assisting me told me that it was because the car was from out of state, which was a lie because the car had the old CA plates under the little sign. This person also said that they had only charged me and estimate of $150 for the DMV fees which I believe is ridiculous. I would not recommend this place.

Horrible ! Very unprofessional employees & owner.. I dont recommend anyone to go here.. All they care about it getting your money and after never return your calls. Ive called them numerous times to get information. Noel says one thing but then tells you another thing never communicates with you. Tries to make you feel like your in the wrong. I gave 3,000 down payment that was the deal and later said I had to give more when he never mention anymore money needed until two months later. I havent received any car payment information, and he tried to say I had the car so I have to give more in a down payment when Ive been calling him and texting him to get information to pay my car.. Very stressful situation, Im a single mom and they just want money out of you...

NEVER go here. I recently bought a car not even a month ago (Feb) and the car has already given me multiple problems including giving out on me on my way to work. I tried calling and telling them and the man i spoke to (Max) said he would have someone call me back and havent heard from them since. They are ignoring all my calls and messages. Im out $2000 and havent even made the first payment.

I take the photographs of their vehicles and upload them to their website. The have nice cars and fair prices!

All negative reviews was on previous buisness (automania), now its a new buisness (autopro), new owners, and clean cars. and they care about their reputation. come by and you will see for yourself.
