Unprofessional. Purchased a phone here and the girl helping me did not insure my phone after me reminding her multiple times before signing. A few days go by, Im on my xfinity mobile app getting familiar with it, I could not locate anywhere stating I was paying for insurance so I was like ???? Went back in (One week of purchase) and was told there was nothing they could do because its to be purchase same day of phone purchase. They probably sold me a dud because the camera was malfunctioning within the month. What a coincidence that she didnt put insurance on the phone and also needed to be fixed/diagnosed within the month of purchasing. Take your money elsewhere.

I was told I was eligible for an upgrade for a new modem that would make response time faster. Got the new modem and nothing (phone, wifi) wouldnt work. Returned the modem and the guy at the Xfinity store tells me theres no difference between my old modem and the new one. So why did I just waste an hour?

Only one speed here: Molasse. Came to drop off equipment, was told to stand outside in the sun. Then moved inside to sit some more. Then waited some more. Was able to to complete 25 games of sudoku before I was able to hand in my equipment, then leave. Seriously, why on earth couldnt I just drop it off like the good folks on the phone said? There was no confirmation, no verifications, nothing. Literally handed it over and left, but I had to wait 40 mins to....hand it over and only thing I had to say was, Im dropping this off. Ridiculous.

Did not have a clue what I was referring to, and when she did not as advertised. These internet providers are making up this benefit as they go along. And according to the FCC it is simple. I called one company and they want activation fee for the free government Wifi program. 25.00.

Very nice, professional staff. You can go ahead and do a walk im, you are greeted at the door, they take your name, and you sit down at a chair. Then they call you up eventually. My helper was a man named Arthro, he was very respectful and engaging, and helped me get the best deal. I paid $50 down and it gets credited toward your next bill.

I’ve been to this store three times in the last three days, and I have been extremely frustrated every single time. After assuring me that all my data, photos, apps, etc. could be transferred from an old iPhone to the new iPhone purchased there, they were unable to transfer any info to the new phone. Additionally, the WiFi box that they sold me is an old model and turns itself off every half hour which makes it almost impossible to do anything that requires WiFi. When I went back to address both of these problems, they gave me “new” box which turned out to be the exact same kind of box they gave me two days before and is apparently an old model. And it works the same as the one I already have. In other words, it doesn’t work for more than 30 minutes at a time, which means IT DOESN’T WORK!On my third visit to this location, I sat in the store for over an hour waiting for pictures and videos to transfer to the new phone. Some of them finally did transfer, but they were out of order and not all pics and videos were included in the transfer. None of my apps or other information was transferred despite being assured by numerous employees that this could be done.Finally, the most frustrating thing about visiting this location was their disregard for wearing masks to protect customers from COVID-19. I realize not everyone believes in the science of masks, but I live with an extremely immunocompromised family member. Because of that I rarely leave the house. When I do go out, out of necessity, I appreciate businesses who enforce the governor’s mask mandate because I take every precaution to protect my family. Every single time I was in the store there were both employees and customers who had removed their masks and/or were wearing masks improperly (under their noses, not covering their mouths, under their chin, or hanging from one ear). Even after politely asking the employees to wear their masks properly while helping me, I was met with laughs, eye rolls, and continued non-compliance. Some employees would pull their masks back up over their face temporarily, but would remove them again just moments later. I found this to be incredibly disrespectful, especially when they knew that it was important to me. The worst offenders were Kevin and Ty. I even asked the manager if he could please require the staff to wear masks which he was happy to do. But he seems to have no control over the employees once they are out of his sight as they would immediately remove their masks as soon as he stepped into the back. I will never visit this store again and I’m an incredibly dissatisfied with the service. The only helpful staff member I observed was Lydia who wore her mask the entire time I was there for all three visits and who appeared to do everything she could to help sort out my issues.

Anthony aka “Tony” was awesome!! We kept in contact via text before going into the store. The morning of the release of the iPhone 12 Pro Max, I got in contact with xfinity mobile chat, and they informed me that I wouldn’t be able to get the phone in store that same day. Bummed out, I still went anyways to fulfill my promise of coming in as soon as the store opened. As soon as the store opened, Anthony was there waiting for my family and me. I then informed him about the iPhone 12 Pro Max and he said that today was my lucky day cause they only had 4 of them in stock along with the Apple Watch Series 6 in stock too. I then agreed to both and he started getting to work on my wants and needs. During the process, he treated us so amazingly and made sure we were satisfied and comfortable the whole time. At the end of the transaction, he found out I qualified for a discount on my monthly WiFi bill and got that started for me. He then got me a 20% off discount on a new phone case as well. He really gave the hookup to us and never pressured us into anything. He is a very funny, down to earth, and nice guy. Whatever service you need, ask for Anthony cause you won’t regret it at all. Thanks again “Tony” for your amazing customer service! I look forward to working with you again in the future!

Total lack of knowledge. Unaware of their own products or how to purchase them. I made changes with Xfinity over the phone. Quality customer service on the phone. She told me to make sure the store reads the notes regarding the transaction so I get the right equipment when I go in to pick it up. The store said they couldn’t access the notes. The store was unable to answer any questions I had regarding the equipment.

These people will try to scam you one employee is a scammer who scammed my friend from his phone service. I had a bad customer service some guy was saying that he was going to put my name in less he didn’t So don’t expect people to do things for you and that place they won’t even help you or find a good package deal for you but they try to screw you over with high price package deals.

I thought it was a nice change for the representative to come and get me rather than the usual yelling out your name from the counter. He was very friendly, and it was a quick transaction. Staff is always on the prowl of shoving deals down my throat that they have had the worst customer service during the whole coronavirus season and they just get worse. All they do is work their behinds off to rob me blind, destroy my life, and force me to turn against my true family and friends. Horrible. I changed my package and 3 days later wanted to change it back to what I had and was told my price went up $30 in 3 days! Packages are a scam and whoever answers the phone decides what your price will be. Will be changing my provider immediately.

Service was fast and easy for bill pay. The associate at the front desk, Felix I think his name was, provided us with information and got us signed in quickly. Carmen helped us with bill pay and even provided us with more info and help once we were technically finished. Comcast is trash but this store has helpful employees and fast service at least.Edit Nov 25: I returned to this store to pick up equipment and was immediately helped by Devlon Davis. He is incredibly personable and knowledgeable and made me totally redefined my thoughts on this location. If you visit this store, ask for this guy personally -- you cant go wrong with someone as helpful and kind as Devlon!

These stores have no public service capabilities. Their only there to sell you a phone but not to teach you how to use to phone you purchase. Also the phones do not come with any written or pictorial directions. Basically Xfinity sells you a small box (phone) and expect that you magically know how to operate it. They dont tell you that even though you have had the use of cell phones for years, havent changed your habits ( times of use or locations and amounts of data retreived)

In general -- needing service from them is a minefield. Walking into any of their stores you feel bombarded by an endless pitch to buy, buy, and buy. In my opinion, you are off saying goodbye. While the service model generated in the 1990s - 2000s to replace the VHF/UHF bands of television seemed promising. Cable television has taken over mainstream television. The behemoth that we face should is far worse than the one we had before. If there is a silver lining to the problem, it is the concept of streaming via internet.

Easy to pay my bill here. I paid at the automatic payment kiosk. The manager was there to help me step by step through the payment process.I came to the store on kings canyon rd. In Fresno again and really great service but a roach crawled on me twice and then it took a long time to be seen the second time around.

What do you expect from the area? It’s a hood store with half the employees being hood themselves. A level of professionalism goes a long way, however the manager is on a differently level the way he handles things, given the customers are super ghetto too, so I see where he’s coming from. I guess it beats driving to north FRESNO.

Its about the only thing good that I can say about Xfinity and Comcast is there stores are pretty nice! Its not an awfully big chore to take back down your Comcast box and your modem and the parts that go with it to return them. Ive done this before I did it was AT&T and they just had me put it in boxes that they sent to me and drop them off at UPS. But I had the choice to drop it off at the Comcast store or should I say Xfinity store. LOL either way its the same place wasnt so bad if you ever need to go there go there the people are nice easy to get along with and they will help you out with everything you need.

There was an issue with the previous tenants in the apartment we moved into and they made no compromises to assist us even though we came from across country and had Massachusetts license. Very discouraging. We went to AT&T we were very helpful and curtious.

Great place unless youre being attended in the very first counter when you walk in. I wouldve liked to be understanding but if youre going to be attended here on that counter simply ask to be helped by someone else. As Im being helped, every person that walked in comes in not knowing what to do (not their fault their store is designed terribly). For that given reason, the person that is helping you on your issue is not only helping you but cutting off the help theyre giving you to attend and help the big line behind the computer screen they have to attend people as they come. Made what couldve been a resolved issue within 10-15 minutes but the lady attending me would not stop and finish resolving my issue for needing to attend everyone else. Its a bit understandable but its happened three times to me already and have seen it happen to others when I come to pay my bill on their machine. If they were to fix their arrangement inside the store, it would make the life of their employees a bit easier and manageable and also make it work for the customers as well.

After not being told we had to answer a phone call or the technician wouldnt come but only that someone over 18 needed to be home.. Our first appointment was cancelled by them. The next time was 2-4 pm so our plans for the day had to be cancelled and of course- The guy didnt show up by 4.. Way to run a Business!

Comcast is supposed to have terrible customer service, thats expected, but when they have procedures they should try to stick to them. Stood in the store and I knew I was to be called up next since everyone before me had been or were being attended yet as the person in front of me left, 2 sweet little old ladies went up to the Comcast clerk. Instead of taking their names and putting them into the queue, as everyone else had been doing, they just helped them, which was taking more than 15 mins before I decided to leave, after the 15-20 min I had already wasted there.

I went w/my sister Vera to pay her bill the security guard greets you as you come inside. Theres enough space where you can sit but customers bring their children in and instead of sharing a seat the children takes one each. So when others come theirs nowhere to sit. Theres also a kiosk machine if you want to pay your bill & if you get stuck? always ask for help...
