After a rocky start to the upgrade with two areas not arming over the weekend, the manager sent Anthony over here and he quickly found and corrected the zone issues. Its been 3wks and its still all good! Thank you 360!

Company has bad business practices. Contract was extended for 3 additional years without my approval when we moved homes. We had already been with them for 2 years at my previous house. I was told I would have equipment moved for free . NOT FREE! Im currently disputing and will file suit against them once I receive copies of new contract I supposedly signed. I would of never signed new 3 year contract when I was not happy for the first two. I was not even home at time of installation. This is fraud!AVOID! Find another company. Use Ring or other Xfinity. Much cheaper and no long contracts. Dont get locked in on long contracts for 3 years. I will not pay them and will go out of my way. Its only $800 but its the principal and I want to make sure this doesnt happen to others.

We had to install a new garage door opener and they were able to come out to us right away to add it to our security system. I spoke to Jess on the phone and she was able to wave our travel fee. Thank you Royal Security for the great customer service.

I called to have someone to fix my camera. I had changed services from AT&T to direct TV. Jessica was great in helping me solve the problem. She had a technician, Sal came over in less than 1/2 hour of my phone call and completed the work very quickly. He was professional and seems like a very good person. I am very satisfied with my contact with Royal Security.

We had multiple phone calls with a representative to set up their services at our 2 gas stations for security system and cameras but in the end there was no follow through. The rep set up date and time to come and get us all signed up and ready to go but never came. This concerned us on the culture of their security business. Because of the lack of initiative and follow through we chose not to go with their business. It’s disappointing because the great reviews they seem to receive.It was a Rick that dropped the ball. I would of gladly been handed off to another rep. We were literally waiting on him to come to our business, so we could sign the contract but he never showed or gave a heads up he wouldn’t be showing. I was just about to sign up for what seemed like good home security when I discovered the initial contract is 36 months with AUTOMATIC renewal for 12 additional months that is ONGOING EVERY YEAR...I dont know of any company that requires a LIFETIME CONTRACT...yes you may cancel, but it has to be at the end of the term...who knows when exactly they will move several years down the road...which means going without security for a time or paying the remainder of the year to cancel if needed to sell or move...to bad you will never be eligible for month to month...EVER....

Friendly salesman approached me at home and was very professional, office staff confirmed details of service offered by salesman and was proactive in ensuring I was comfortable with everything going on. I’ve had experience with other security companies here in Fresno but going through Royal for my home security needs has been the best. I was given thorough information and wasn’t pushed into signing right off the bat. The guy who installed our system was on time and did a great job making sure no wires were showing and not to mess up the walls as well. Royal to me is up to speed with their technology in security because I can open my garage with my phone if my keys aren’t too handy and look into my home to see what is going on when I’m not home from their phone app. I enjoy using local companies and Royal has not disappointed me with their equipment or their office staff. We have been with Royal Security for 2 years now with no problems at all. They installed several window and door monitors on my large home all for an excellent cost. Our outdoor camera is fantastic and led to the arrest of a man breaking in cars in our neighborhood. A clear picture was given to the police to help with the arrest. A quick thank you to Jessica for being helpful with any question I have and with helping get another outdoor camera. I would recommend this company to anyone that hates speaking to a machine when they have questions.

System is pretty cool. I have a camera overlooking the front and the skybell to watch and give me a heads up whoever approached the front door. They made setting up easy. Someone came out to do the set up and give you a tutorial on how to work the system.Reps are knowledgeable, my favorite is Jessica.

Our system has been acting up, and when we called we were told that our battery was no longer covered under the warranty, however if we signed a NEW 3 YEAR contract you guys would fix it. Our thermostat has never worked properly, and after 2 different people coming out to fix it it still isnt fixed. I am so over the poor customer service, and the sideways way you people get customers to sign up. And a 3 year contract is crazy. You all sure do like to take my money though. 5 more months and we are done with you.

I got broken in twice in one year, I call Royal security great customers services explain everything details. Put alarm systems directly to call center, which it will call the police within minutes if no respond from you. Feeling safe already installed cameras which I can see my house while Im away set my outside light while Im away set my thermos in these cold days. Me and my husband have had Royal for 2 years and love it vivant tried to get us to switch about a year after we got royal and we fell for it immediately within 24hrs we went back to royal they have the best customer service and its all local no 1-800 numbers anytime we have had a question we call and get an immediate response the cameras are the best quality you can ask for we have actually handed over footage to cops to help aide in the arrest of men from a chop shop who stole our neighbors truck on Christmas Eve

My experience with royal security is very positive. They are really good in responding to you .they will call you for any problems they see on there monitor. If its a power outage to low battery I am really satisfied with there security. They work with you and its very easy to make payments with them. I give them a 5 star.

Royal Security along with Central Security have been a great asset to my home security in the Fresno Tower District. With the new cameras I have been able to help identify people stealing things from my yard. The monitoring system works great and the server is fantastic. I have set the alarm off by accident a few times and they call right away! I have had the technician out one time to make adjustments to my wireless sensors on the detached garage and he was GREAT. The system works MUST BETTER THAN my old ADT System.

We have used Royal Security since 2013. The price is reasonable (we had ADT prior) and the equipment is great. The customer service has been one of the biggest positives with Royal Security. They respond quickly and thoroughly to any concerns or service needs. The monitoring is great as well and my only complaint is that Royal seems to be a 3rd party for the company doing the monitoring so there have been some minor but annoying communication issues there. However the monitoring company is also great. I have moved this system twice and Royal has handled it well each time. They also offer incentives at reasonable rates or free depending on the promotion at the time.
