I have visited Trek twice this month for repairs etc and both times I was treated so well.. There have been some changes in personnel and I have to say I felt at home. Tim, Alex, Loree and of course Chris took great care of me and my bike.. Thanks so much guys. Happy I stopped there!

I would have loved to have bought it had they found it, and I could have used a few different sizes. Wasted my time.(Second Edit). When I showed up they looked through a drawer of old, previously removed rim tape, and told me they didnt carry it.It was clear they werent interested in helping me.To the owner: Please dont lie to assuage the damage from a bad review. First time here and will be the last. I live down the street from this place and wanted to take a look to see what they have in their inventory for my wife. An associate by the name Loree approach us right off the back rubbed me the wrong way. My wife does not know too much we were just in the market to get the right size bike for her. Loree did not want to speak to me, he wanted to speak to my wife even though she told him to speak to me. He pretty much blew me off and I have never felt disrespected that much before . I am the buyer. The one that is purchasing. Pushy and keep misleading information and keep telling my wife lead time is not long. I’m am also in the same type of work line, by far worst customer service by that man.

When they didnt have the size bike I wanted in stock they called around and got it from another Trek dealer. They are friendly and went above and beyond to get the bike I wanted.

Ok editing. Service is good. However the tire they ordered for my bike has been punctured many a time and the last couple times the stickers you find everywhere here left gaping holes in my tubes that the sealant couldnt seal. So I replaced the tire they sold me with an extra thick one from Amazon along with an extra thick tube.

Initially my experience was horrible, but they made it right so I guess its all good.

I went in there a month ago looking for a good quality bike rack, we found one I wanted to use it a lot before giving a review and it works great thank you for your time and leading me to the perfect bike rack for us. We have enjoyed it since and will enjoy it for many more trips.

Brought in a rim for tubes and tires . Handed the rim to the technician and his first question was what size is it . He sold us all the wrong stuff . We will see what happens next .

CLEAN, Spot On, and really quick! The service? Very courteous , humble, polite and comfortable! The price for a rear tube change w/ presta removable core(wheel off the bike) and checking damage cause on my flat tube was $22.an change TOTAL OTDThat Shop / Store is nothin less than impressive, well stocked, quality items with ANY and EVERYTHING covering everyone from beginner to Professional and from children to elderly!! Ive got 55 years with bicycles in my life! Built em, bought em, fixed em an customized em... I kno my stuff. Prices are relevant, but time is too! I waisted at least 30 hours and $45.00 on tubes that others all said: Yeah, that should work. Id buy em, hoping theyd some how be right yet knowing better. But as youve likely guessed, none of em worked long.Now Im good. Finally found a fully stocked bike shop! Thank You Guys at TREK

Both times I went in the employees mentioned how its a very corporate formula store and they didnt have much control over the stock. I might go there for a Trek specific thing but the vibe was really bummer.

Fast, friendly, clean. If youre interested in the aesthetic, Trek Sunnyside is not a hole-in-the-wall, stuffed with bike bits and crusty with chain lube. Its clean and modern and stocked with just enough parts and products in the front, but no more.

From the first phone call to gather information, to renting a bike, to test driving another, then purchasing a bike at Sunnyside...everything was very easy! These guys know their products!! Needed a wheel repaired and another one trued. They called me to set up and appointment to drop off after I had submitted a request online. Got a call back from John updating me with an estimate for repairs. Done in 4 days, and we are back on our bikes! Professional, no-nonsense, courteous, timely service! One trick pony. Road and Mountain bikes. (Ok two tricks) Nothing else, no BMX parts, no 20, no old school parts, only carry two Maybe three different brands mostly Trek. They didnt know what a half link chain was, confused when I said crank arm. If it wasnt a Trek they didnt know much. Sorry, thats what I got.

It was a nice shop and I appreciated the social distancing protocols during the COVID-19 crisis. I had been to another bike shops in town where employees did not wear masks, customers and employees did not practice social distancing, and the shop was in disarray. Sunnyside Bicycles, on the other hand, was very organized, wore masks, and respected social distancing. They had all the parts I was looking for in-stock, and seemed to have a nice inventory of new bikes.

Went in today with no knowledge of bikes...I really wanted to get one to increase in exercise and ride around the neighborhood...Chris was extremely helpful in helping me pick out the right bike for me he took his time educating me on how it worked and showing me the accessories I needed for a safe ride which I really appreciated because I wouldn’t have known any of that on my own. He even helped me order a rack to mount to the back of my bike so I can put my doggie on it he was so great I will be making any bike related purchases here from now on. I could visit other bike shops in a closer proximity to my house. I choose Sunnyside Bicycles because their friendly, knowledgable staff is beyond compare. In moments of short notice, I have ventured into other bike stores and the number 1 thought upon leaving is always, I shouldve just gone to Sunnyside. This is the Cheers Bar for cyclist. One goes in and “everyone knows your a name” the owners and staff all make you feel comfortable. They listen first and then match your needs. Your store was very friendly, very helpful. This was particularly good because I had already walked out of two other stores—one store made me so angry over how they handled the transaction that I left, and my wife stayed behind to collect our refund after they first told us they had the helmets in stock (on the phone), then didnt, then told us it would be 5 days, and then, after we paid, were trying to get our email address and other info because it was going to be one to two weeks.

I walked into Sunnyside bicycles and was instantly greeted. Devin took the time to thoroughly listen to my concerns about my bike and the work I needed done. He also suggested some wonderful clubs to join so that I could meet local cyclists and triathletes in my neighborhood. I found Sunnyside Bicycles about 3 years ago and their customer service completely blew me away on my first visit.
