I like getting my parts here. The staff are friendly and helpful. I can get tips and suggestions about my projects, or just some friendly talk about what im working on. I can get oem parts fast and at a decent price. Not as cheap as some other places, but also not as cheap. Theyve got high quality stuff that lasts. I once made a mistake on an installation and they exchanged the part for me anyway.

Best auto repair shop in town! Amazing customer service. Gentleman running repair shop in the back was friendly and professional and was able to resurface my aluminum flywheel for $40 while rude service at Quality Transmission was trying to charge me $75 for the same exact service! Highly recommend this place to anyone needing auto repair work done.

Today (5/31/18) @ 1135pm, I think I just had a run in with the same Smith Auto Parts driver behind the wheel of same vehicle pictured in Yelp review photos taken from a road rage incident from three years ago! I was driving north on Sunnyside Avenue entering the Tollhouse Road intersection with a green light. As I entered the intersection, I signalled to turn right into the businesses on the other side of Tollhouse Road. The driver was waiting at the red light to make a right turn onto Sunnyside Avenue. The driver then started to inch forward causing me to brake hard. The driver then honked at me and made a hand gesture at me. I proceeded to drive into the corner business area and the Smith Auto Parts driver continued north on Sunnyside.I sincerely hope the driver gets some help before anyone is hurt! Im sure there have been many other road rage incidents involving this driver that have not been reported!

I proceeded to drive into the parking area and the irate Smith Auto Parts driver continued north on Sunnyside.I sincerely hope the driver gets some help before he hurts anyone! Im sure there have been many other road rage incidents that have not been reported involving this manical driver!

Forget Napa, OReillys and AutoZone. Smith Auto are the parts people who care. This is the only place you need to buy auto parts. If you buy somewhere else you must have manure for brains.

Bought some wagner brake pads about a year and half ago with lifetime warranty .. Unfortunately I misplaced receipt was hoping they kept record like the other auto parts stores do nope they dont.. So I paid the extra $65 for pads and get screwed..
