Absolutely awful. They basically robbed me. I sent them $230 about a month ago for an inner door panel on my truck. I received a heavily damaged door panel in an otherwise undamaged box with an insufficient amount of packing material. I made numerous phone calls to them over a three to four week period, they asked for multiple photos of the box and panel, and told me that they were filing a claim with ups. They kept telling me they would call me back after every call and would never call me back. i kept getting different people every time i called, and they just kept leading me in circles i finally went and disputed their charge with my credit card today, and honestly i believe after everything i have been through with them that they basically committed fraud and intentionally sent me a damaged door panel so they could get my money and keep it. These people are terrible… what a nightmare.

I was travelling from the east coast, had an accident destroying the back rear driver door and window of my Chevy Express van. All American Truck and Auto Parts had replacement door. It was viewable on their website. I called, talked to their awesome parts guy, Sal, paid for it over the phone, then drove down to pick it up. They had it ready, loaded it in my van, and in a few minutes, I headed back home. The door met my expectation, the price was fair, and the service was friendly, fast, and reliable. I highly recommend this place and am grateful they were there with the part I needed, when I needed it.

Used auto parts are cheaper if you buy brand new auto part it’s little bit expensive. They won’t screw you over there giving you a good quality part if it’s new. Some of the staffs are into trucks but love the service nice people I’m fun to talk to.

Very bad experience so far!!! A guy who works there told us if we ever needed parts for our truck to shop at All American. So when our driveline broke in our truck my husband called them and they said they had it come down. So we went and took our original driveline and paid $408. We brought it home and our mechanic was trying to get it in and realized it wasn’t the right one. We called them the next morning and they said bring it back and we will trade it which was fine with us. My husband went down there and the same guy said oh we don’t have the right one can you call me every Friday and see if we got one in. They have our old driveline to make sure they are giving us the correct one but now it’s been weeks and my husband and I our sharing a car which we both work and have 5 kids. I have to get ride from other people even though I have a truck in my driveway. I just want my money back at this point because I feel we’ve waited long enough. $400 is a lot of money that we can’t loose. Be careful that you check everything.

I just wanted to say thank you to you and your guys when it comes to these f150 seats I bought. There are little touches here and there that show me your team takes care of the parts they work with, and do their best to keep them in shape for the next user. Seatbelts are knotted to prevent rolling in too far, seat panels are popped out instead of ripped apart, brackets all included and preserved, etc. I still can’t believe how well these are working out! Thank you All American!

These guys are awesome!! I was looking for a set of wiper arms for my dump truck. I searched all local dismantled sources and all over the net. Most places didn’t answer and if they did, it was with a poor, lazy attitude. My purchase was under $100 and even then, Mike took his time to send me photos just to make sure I acquired the correct part. You can’t beat that! Mike was awesome! I had been looking for a fuel tank for my truck for weeks and becoming more and more frustrated with other places mislabeling of their fuel tanks. Every time I thought I found one it was the wrong size. I found All American by pure luck and mike found not only the fuel tank, but the heat shield, and fuel pump I needed. I was already super happy with the service I received, but when I showed up to pick it all up, Mike noticed a small yet important piece that was broken on the fuel pump (the vent tube) which I didn’t even notice. It was already loaded in the bed of my truck and mike could have let me drive away. The integrity really impressed me! He ordered me a different pump and later I decided to go with a brand new pump instead and mike had no problem refunding part of the money towards the fuel pump. Mike Ledoux and his people at All American Truck and Auto were great and I will be doing future business with them!

Called, asked if they had doorr panels, they said yes and gave me a price. Drove 34 miles one way, got there they wanted me to pay emidiatly I said no that I wanted to see the panels first, this took some effort. They didnt have any panels. I drove 68 miles in 102 temp weather with my ac on all the way there and back.

A little more than I wanted to pay,but that pulled it and added the extras that other places wouldnt
