I needed a window fixed on a Fri at 3 p.m they close at 5 and for the weekend,Scott said bring it in and well take care of it.in about 30 min I left with a beautiful new window and it was not expensive.ty to the men,woman and friendly dog for all yr help.

I called Carroll-David Distributing to replace a double pane window that had one broken pane. Their customer service was outstanding from beginning to end. Marie at the front desk was very knowledgeable and based on the information I gave her, she gave me a quote over the phone. She sent someone out to measure it the next day (Friday), the glass was ordered and it was installed on Monday. I paid exactly what she quoted me over the phone. Every person that I came into contact with this company was timely, professional, and did an excellent job! I would definitely recommend them and I will be keeping their number for future reference.
