I was involved in an accident and Francis Collision was a preferred vendor and I can see why!! To say they removed the stress from a stressful situation is an understatement. From the moment I got there they took great care in explaining the process. Their one stop shop was more than convenient, I was able to drop off my car for estimate and they had my rental there ready to go. I was in and out in 20 minutes! The staff is extremely friendly and they kept me informed through the whole process! They let me know when the estimate was done, when work commenced, updated me on the process while repairing and finally when I my car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived and seen my car I could not believe the outstanding job they had done!! Wade (my car) came out looking great as new! The fact their work is guaranteed is icing on the cake. I would highly recommend Francis Collision to anyone who may require their services.

Please beware of their lack of expertise to do repairs with precision. I’m my experience they displayed carelessness in not filling coolant after repairs. They seem to pander to insurance companies like Geico using non OEM parts without being upfront about it; on my car the A/C condenser in my new Honda Civic looks cheap and awkward compared original). They’re great at making excuses and blaming others for their deficiencies in repairs and inability to fix a newer vehicle back to original state.All I can say is do your homework because Francis Collision Repair is there to serve the insurance company’s interest and not the customer that is paying for insurance coverage. There is such a thing as bad faith conduct.

I cannot stop saying how much I absolutely love Francis Collision Center and their team! Wonderful mechanics, cool as heck, ladies at front desk are super nice, helpful and personable. If I ever need repairs, I know I can trust/rely on them, and always will. They will treat your vehicle, like it was their own and if there is any issue after you receive your car back, they fix it quick. I called and was asked if I could bring it in at that exact moment, it was only a very minor, unimportant issue but they treated it with urgency and I simply love it. Thank you Francis!! That was awesome as well 🥰 the extent of damage done to my vehicle, I thought it would never see the road again, cosmetic was nothing, it was all under the car that was jacked.

I went to Francis CC with some severe rear end damage. Long story short I had two other quotes at 4200 from top reviewed places in Fresno. Francis quoted me at 3100 and finished it before they said would be done. They did an awesome job. What a great place. Definitely at least get quote from these guys.

Asked for an appointment to pay out of pocket and was told by receptionist that they were only giving estimates to people with insurance, which I have, but do not want to use for this repair. I will have to take my business elsewhere since they clearly dont want it or need it.

I had an accident that damaged the front bumper, side fender, hood and head lamps. I found out about Francis Collision Centre through Geico insurance. I picked up the vehicle today and I am so happy with the service. On top of doing a great job with the body repair, they stayed on time and even went further cleaning the vehicle (interior and exterior). I am surprised by such a friendly personal service. Also, I did not have any rental car coverage. Hence, they dropped me and picked me up from my home. Great Job! Keep it up..

Theyve repaired my 2021 Toyota Corolla from when my rear tire blew out and damaged my rear fender, fender well, shock absorber, and matched the paint to original. Im back because my sisters goats climbed on top of my car and scratched the heck out of the hood and roof of my car. The photo is of the goat on top of my brothers car. He doesnt care about his car, but i do about mine. Ugh 😩!

Ceico Insurance referred to this place to get my car fixed due to a minor accident. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile :) Everyone work there is really nice and polite. I was told to leave my car there for about 6 days. Everyday, I would get a text about the car update. It makes me feel like they do care about their customers which all business should be. The day I pick up the car, they make sure Im satisfied with the work which I am, and really happy with the outcome. My car looks brand new like nothing ever happened. They also wash and vacuum the car for you. They went above and beyond my expectations. Thank You Francis Collision Center!!! I will definitely recommend all my family and friends to you guys. 😁

My husband and I always go to Francis Collision for all our car body repairs. I have never had an issue with their work and they are always on schedule and explain the whole process so I can understand. I recently dropped off my SUV as I was in an accident and had a few cosmetic issues with the bumper and right front end of the vehicle. I was happy that work on my car was completed 4 days earlier then expected. However, when I got in my car I realized my windshield was cracked from top to bottom on the right side (same side Francis collision was working on). I was very unhappy when a Rep told me it was not their fault because I had already had a few chips on my windshield. I explained to the man that the chips on windshield were not where the new crack was located. That rep said there was nothing he could do and walked off. I asked to speak with the manager! Manager listened to my concerns and reviewed the crack. He made sure that the issue was fixed and replaced my windshield. I am always happy with Francis Collision and thankful that everything worked out! I will continue to be a loyal customer!!!

Was referred over for my company’s van. They were quick and made everything simple! Ladies in the front were very nice and patient even though they were very busy.

After I was rear-ended, I took my car to Francis Car Collision. The whole process of dealing with the insurance company and rental company was new to me so they helped explain everything clearly. Due to the extent of the damage, the repair work wasn’t a quick job but they did a wonderful job sending me updates everyday. They even cleaned my car!

Francis Collision performed body work on my SUV after an accident. They were very courteous, professional and timely. From the beginning I was treated respectfully and offered help at every opportunity. I didn’t have to really ask many questions as I was provided ample information and given regular updates. Andrew was my rep and he was very nice to me. He reviewed everything. My car was promised 2/24 and I received a call that my repairs were completed on 2/19. I am very happy with the work that was performed. I was worried that the paint wouldn’t be blended well. You cannot tell where the old and new paint start and stop. They also made sure everything was checked thoroughly to ensure that all repairs that were needed were completed. When I picked up my car, I was reminded that my assigned rep, Andrew, was available if I found something I was unsatisfied with or had questions about. I highly recommend their service. I am extremely satisfied with my repair.

I am truly impressed with the Francis Collision Centre team. In less than 30 minutes from my arrival, I was on my way home with a quote in my hand! Since they have a partnership with Geico, I hardly had to do anything except for show up with the car and hand them my keys. They even gave me a ride home which I truly appreciated since Im new to town. In less than two weeks my car was fixed! They picked me up from my house, showed me my car and I was blown away! It was if I never collided with that parking pole; my car looked brand new! It feels amazing driving my car around town and no longer being embarrassed!

My poor little Civic was hit on the drivers side 😢 I could not even open the door. Not only can you not tell it ever happened but they had the car ready the day they said it would be ready and are also friendly. I even received a free tee shirt after picking up my vehicle.

Best repair center I have ever dealt with. Friendly, caring people. They will handle everything for you from start of your claim, to updating you throughout the repairs and handling the rental. When your car is ready you can return the rental to them and they will handle getting it back to the rental agency. 5 stars all the way!!!!

Ive used Francis Collision Centre in the past, and would never consider going anywhere else. They always go above and beyond to make the process easy and their work is impeccable. My car looked amazing when I got it back.

When i picked up my truck i noticed the driver side head light was pushed out not siting correctly then i also noticed my fog lights were pushed in about 1 inch away from the bumper, when i seen this i expressed my concerns to my adjuster mike he said because the truck had being in an accident some time in the past that was the best they can do. i didnt doubt that my truck had being in a small fender bender in the past before i bought it but when i had it the bumper, lights and fog lights fit perfect it and after taking it home and looking over the truck i see so much things wrong with it like my inside door handle feels like its binding on something its so hard to open feels like its gona snap off , theres deep scratches on the outside of my rear driver side and drivers window that def were not there before. the emblems the put on the door that says ram are not strait my interior and my seats are coverd in white power dust i opened my hood and i notice that my steering fluid level was dangerously low, they replaced some parts and there for recharged my ac and coolant fluid and power steering fluid so now after seen my power steering fluid so low im having doubt about all my other fluids they touched, and my air bag light still on. i dont think i should have to take it to another shop to get all this stuff fixed or feel like i need some one to double check their work they should be professional enough to double check their work before giving it back to there owners. Im the person that washes their car on the weekend and does his own oil changes i know when theres a new scratch or dent and all this was not there . anyways so disappointed right now i think im gona take farther action on this.

Francis Collision center did an amazing job with my truck! I had paint damage on my truck from a BB or pallet gun. I was a bit afraid they paint was not going to be the same, but I am glad I took my truck with them. They had my truck ready pretty fast, but unfortunately I couldnt get because my insurance was talking long to get back to them. But the wait was worth it. Francis Collision Center did an AWESOME job. I would recommend them.

Had a collision and took it to Francis, due to thanksgiving and holidays it was a couple days delay but when my car was ready it was perfect. The color paint was match perfectly and the front bumper and license plate was done well. Highly recommend Francis if you got into a collision or anything.

My experience wasnt that great at first they fixed my truck but it wasnt done right, after a while i took it back they half fixit the third time they fixed it right and i got to say that they were always courteous and helpful the last person that help me was sorry his team didnt do right the first time! Did a wonderful job on my car

I had my two cars service at francis, my corolla looked terrible after work has been done. The rear bumper was loosing on the fitting and it made a noise when driving over 45 mp. I had to take the car for second time to correct it. On my Tacoma They replace the rear bump, but the bumper not even level. one side was high and the other was drop down low. One of the bolt that holding bumper to the frame was missing. The trailer connector ground wire was not even ground after work was done. I did know that until one day i hooked up my trailer and all trailer lights did not work.Try out for yourself maybe you have a better luck. I would not take my car there again.

We had a Nissan that was rear ended in a hit and run. Needless to say, trunk no longer closed, and it was a cosmetic mess. They were able to bring it back to pristine condition. Thank you car accident because my car looks better than before.The both receptionist were professional and friendly and had great personality and communication skill. They also speak Spanish. I dont but Ive been in Fresno long enough to recognize the language. Lol.5/5 would get rear ended again!

Ive been here a few times to get repairs on two different cars. This latest time,on my Ford Escape, my front bumper and hood needed repair. It took an extra 2 weeks then the first date mentioned, but they were extremely thorough in ordering the exact parts needed. I was in a decent car accident as a high driver ran a red light and smashed into my car. The cops said my car was totaled. Mike and his team did an amazing job. They did it quickly, for a fair price and was extremely communicative the entire time. I told someone today that I was recently in a car accident and they looked at the car and told me they couldn’t tell. I have nothing but positive and wonderful things to say about Francis Collision Centre. They also have great relationships with geico and enterprise.
